Not good. I am now reluctant to stop at this Buffalo Wild Wings due to lack of service during afternoon happy hours and the staff could give a flying f--&. The takeout service counter up front does just fine, but the bar staff and servers are thumbs down for very delayed service. I missed the happy hour cut off since the bartender took their time pouring drinks & doing chit chat. I decided to walk away and out of principle, spend my money at a different restaurant later in the evening for food and drinks. Lately, I have been trying to convince my group that there are slightly better locally owned places in the area for real food and drinks. This place was good when it first opened in 2012, but it's been gradually declining over the years. The happy hour specials at this location are becoming smaller and the food choices are down to three apps instead of 10 app choices a few years ago. The problem with Concord is there is very little competition for the good beer selection at the same place category. Buffalo Wild Wings has that locked down in Concord, more than other local bars in the City. There is competition in Manchester like at Strange Brew and Thirsty Moose for best beer selections. A Yard House is definitely needed in Concord for better food, better beer selection, and better happy hour specials. Somehow, the Buffalo Wild Wings (different owner) and Yard House in Burlington MA can coexist near each other just fine. I will still go to Buffalo Wild Wings 'GO' locations for quick service sandwiches, fried foods, and bone-in/boneless wings fix. read more

Food was cold and chicken tasted slimy. Waitress was really nice. Service slow but seemed she was alone. Music way to loud.

Ordered online for home delivery. Did the Ultimate Sampler. You choose the sauces, which I did. Not one sauce was delivered with my order. Ordered 2 Brownies. Got Chocolate Chip Cookies instead. When I called is the issue: First asked if I "ordered" from DoorDash. THen they took no responsibility at all for checking the order. My slip showed exactly what I ordered. But there was no name in the "Checked By" box. He tried to tell me that online orders do not get checked the same as if I called the order in directly. BS. How do you load the bg then? Told they ran out of brownies so just gave us the cookies as replacement. Very poor responses, no offer to compensate for substandard performance, the sauces are part of the order and included in the price! Food was great as always, but once again, the people who work the counter and phones need great improvement! read more

I had the all-American burger, it wasn't that great we had potato wedges overcooked very crispy! Ambience, loud, loud music as she seen the photographs nobody was there too loud too noisy. It was kids friendly parents put the kids on top of the table and they just danced around. Service was so so it spent most of the time at the bar where the men was at. read more

Have not been to BWW in about a decade, if not longer. We decided to go and catch a game. They had all the games on except the one we came to see. Ordered the appetizer sampler. You get to choose 4 and we did the mozzarella sticks, pretzel knots, onion rings, and boneless wings. Wings were overly salty and cold. Onion rings were bites of grease with some flavoring. Pretzel knots were basically tasteless, even with everything bagel seasoning on them. The mozzarella sticks were pretty good. No reason to return to any of their locations ever. read more

Popped in for the first time to BWW in years and had a pretty good visit. My waitress refilled my soda without asking. I ordered bone in wings at 1pm, menu states 13$ from 12-2pm for 10 bone in wings. I ordered them wild and let my waitress choose my sandwich between nashville hot, buffalo, or another option. She delivers the buffalo chicken sandwich first and it was honestly really good. Looks smaller than i remember the chicken sandwiches being but it was crispy and good. Fries were perfect. Then the 10 wild wings came and were nearly all drums which is fine by me. The sauce seemed to taste different than I remember but its been years, still very good. I get the bill and get charged 16.49 for wings instead of 13$. Instead of creating a fuss i just reduced the tip by a few bucks. The restaurant was a ghost town but clean, the wings were insanely expensive for a place built off buffalo wings. Haha. Luckily i had a gift card in my wallet for about 5 years i wanted to finally use up because there are so many better options for buffalo chicken around. BWW had a good run but they are on the downward spiral imo. read more

We ordered mild wings and it was spicy, told waiter, she said it's spicy mild, so we ordered the honey barbecue an so it came out within 3 minutes, they were room temperature. So the waitresses gave us our bill then disappeared for 25 minutes, didn't return so had to find another waitress to pay tab, still waited and never got our change, out waitresses finally showed up and she never got my money. T I would not recommend this place at all. Cold food and slow service. read more

Went here today with my family. Waited 30 minutes for a waitress to come. We ordered our food at the same time we ordered our drinks. We waited 15 minutes for our drinks before asking another waitress to bring them. We were suppose to get lemonade from the bar in regular glasses, came in plastic cups after waiting another 10 minutes. Waitress told us they ran out of glasses at the bar. Then the food finally came. I would rate it a 1. Not great. Then she came with our bill and it was not ours. I know the people next to us got our bill and paid and left. So finally I had had about enough and asked for the manager. Told her what happened and she was not very helpful. I will never go back. So if anyone wants to eat here be prepared for a run around and a wait. I would rather had gone to a drive through. Not a clean place to dine. read more

First every web review and first time ever ordering from the Concord NH location and we were very disappointed. A simple delivery of buffalo wings, fried pickles and mozz sticks. The wings were way over cooked and very small. We ordered a 20 piece and aparrently someone can't count. The mozz sticks and fried pickles were the standard take out of the freezer and throw in the frier. For the prices they charged, you would expect a lot better quality food. It is Buffalo Wild Wings, you would expect the buffalo wings to be the best in the buisness. The reality is and this is very sad for me to say but I have gotten a much better wing and a much better value for the wings from the Walmart Deli. I have eaten wings from hundreds of places and have become a wing connoisseur. I am afraid that Buffalo Wild Wings has become another business that is participating in Shrinkflation. read more

First off the waiter was not listening to what we had to say when ordering we had ordered certain things and we were given something that wasnt even asked for. Second the food was the worse food I had ever had from a buffalo wild wings I couldn't even eat it after asking for it to be remade right my husband and kids food was also cold the manager was completely clueless and at the end of the day we still had to pay for food they didnt even cook right then after getting home I was puking all night will NEVER GO BACK!!!!! read more

I've been here probably six or seven times across the last few years. Quality has varied, but overall it's been pretty solid. Not enough to make them a regular stop, but good enough for me to get occasional cravings. Staff is nice, ambience is alright and the food is decent. Sometimes the wings come out under seasoned with the dry rubs or overall a little dry... hasn't happened much though so I'll chalk it up to a mistake. Overall, a good restaurant. read more

Worst Buffalo Wild Wings I've ever gone too , I got there , nice guy took my order and gave it to his manager. Waited after few minutes I got 2/3 drinks. My boyfriend got up to tell someone in the small room where they have fountain drinks if he can get the missing drink and the two workers were kissing and hugging ( Mexican girl with black long hair ) , he finally got my drink after. We waited for our food , workers were just acting like they couldn't hear us. Food was cold , small pieces of chicken that I got . No one at the counter no one keeping and eye out . Poor old man was waiting to get his order taken and they took a long time afterwards they were taking long to bring his food out and my bf called a waitress to help the man. She gave the old man attitude. The manager seem so off too , everyone that works here looks between 20-25 years of age. Just go to another Buffalo Wild Wings read more

The buffalo wings were terrible! There was barely any buffalo sauce on them and the outside was chewy instead of crispy. As for the boneless wings, they tasted like something you'd find in the frozen food section at Aldi. After one bite, we threw them outside, and it seems the foxes enjoyed them because they were gone by the morning. I won't be returning! read more

I just want to say that me, my daughter and husband came to this establishment when a server asked him That if he has no seat then he can't order his beer I Mean we've been to all the beer places in California and we've never been treated in such a way, the place was empty!! My favorite place to grab wings. They have like a million different flavors and types of sauce to choose from. Just a warning everything a spicier than it says. If you don't know what to get I recommend medium because that is the one that is regular buffalo spiciness with a little extra flavor. read more

My friends and I decided to get Buffalo Wild Wings and yes I know there known for the wings but I decided to change it up and try something different. Be bold and out of the box so I went for the 3 tacos. I was hoping they'd be bigger but for being a small shareable snack I was okay with it. Here's where I was surprised.. it tasted amazing! These small 3 tacos were delicious! Now normally I could knock down about 7 tacos until I got the "full" feeling but maybe because it of the cheese or something I felt fuller quicker. Not stuffed but content. Overall, if you decide to give there tacos a go I'd say go for it! I went to this restaurant about 10 years ago and ordered a hamburger. It came out way overcooked and too dry to eat. I asked for the manager and he told me some b.s. about how they have to cook to a certain temperature. He didn't even look at the hamburger. Jump ahead 10 years and I give them another chance. I ordered their specialty. Chicken wings. How could I go wrong! The came out way over cooked and dry. Unbelievable. I didn't waste my time talking to the manager. They must have had cooked ones sitting in a basked and put them back in the fryolater for too long to warm them up. Don't think they'll see me in ten years. read more

By far the worst BWW location I've been to...and I'm a frequent customer. Our waitress rushed us out the door, immediately brought us our check after being delivered our food (which was ice old), did not bring us ranch with our wings and was no where to be found when needed (non busy day). This was the first time in my life I tipped well below 20% and i don't regret it. Service was terrible, homeless people on the street could probably do better. read more

Just don't lie Order was slow...which is par for course at this BW3. Kiddos food came out 10 mins later than adults food. Waitress said it was delivered to the wrong table. Ok. Not her fault. Receipt comes out and it's the wrong food. Manager stops to apologize and says she entered the wrong thing into the system. So yeah, it was her fault. read more

Just not very good food, feel like all the chicken was frozen that was just heated back up. Great place to watch a game, just not to eat.

Decided to give BWW another try as we has a coupon but we definitely regretted it. The waitress was good but the food was horrible and despite being one of only 5 tables of people it took over 50 minutes to get our food. Last but not least it cost us $40 more than it would have at any of the other chains in Concord. read more

It's way too loud the food is horrific and you can't really hear one TV and there's just too much going on it's not enjoyable the beers are expensive that mention the food sucks I'll go to anywhere else to watch a game and have a few beers and the wings are okay they're not amazing they're not above and beyond they're just okay and I love wings read more

not enough tvs! i need more tv. i need subway surfurs gameplay, family guy clips, and story times!

Went for lunch today, group of 8. It was raining and they put us out on the "patio." It is covered, butnopen ok the sides tables felt dirty, and since it was raining everything was moist. I can't speak for the others but my review is for my order: 1. Diet Pepsi tasted gross, like regular Pepsi but two different people swore it was Diet 2. Cesar salad, was literally swimming with dressing, almost seemed like it was made the night before, the "Parmesan" cheese was soft and not very appetizing. 3. I ordered a large boneless tender 1/2 garlic Parmesan and 1/2 buffalo. The sauces were good and as described. The blue cheese dressing served with it had no blue cheese in it, and was bland with no flavor it was just a flavorless white sauce. At least half of the tenders were hard and crunchy and almost like there was no meat. None of the tenders were served hot, and didn't seem freshly prepared. I'm not a huge fan of BWW for these reasons and past experience. We went because one person in our party wanted to go....next time we have a business meeting like this, I will either try to get the group to change its mind and go somewhere else, or I'll just go somewhere else, get a ice coffee and toss $25 out the window so I get the same experience. Very disappointing and I'm not sure how these places are still in business. read more

Updated again... The wings are awesome! When they get the order crispy as ordered, the jammin jalapeno are delicious. Service however has been an issue in the past but it is definitely improving. We have had great service the last couple of times we went. We go for the sports and the atmosphere. It is one of the few places you can watch hockey, football and basketball all in one night. Do not assume they have your game unless it's a hometown team or it is regular season though.. Check before you go. I have gone there several times now after calling to confirm they have a game only to get there and have them give me the 'oops'. However the GM assures me they are working on the kinks that have caused that in the past and lately everything advertised on the board has been shown. I gave them another chance because the food is good and the atmosphere is great for a hard core sports fan. Melanie at the bar is friendly and helpful if you run into problems. She's also good at helping you pick a perfect beer. read more

I reminded myself why I've only been here twice in my life: the hot wings are awful . I asked for double crispy and the waitress said it would take a half hour so we met at 20 minutes. I won't even comment on that. If you like hot sauce this place will ruin it for you: it's a red gooey disgusting sauce that will burn your lips and tongue. Awful taste. If it was flavorful, it would be doable but it just burns. Real Wings are not served at chains . Locally , Tandy's and The Draft have the best wings although I don't recommend the draft becasue the owner might as well be Roger Goddell. This place was a 2 . The service was crap the food was crap. The only thing they had good was the chipotle bbq dry rub. WHOEVER PRICES THESE WINGS SHOULD BE PUT IN JAIL, THEY ARE THE MOST EXPENSIVE WINGS IVE PAID FOR THAT ARE NOT GOOD. read more
