Not good. I am now reluctant to stop at this Buffalo Wild Wings due to lack of service during afternoon happy hours and the staff could give a flying f--&. The takeout service counter up front does just fine, but the bar staff and servers are thumbs down for very delayed service. I missed the happy hour cut off since the bartender took their time pouring drinks & doing chit chat. I decided to walk away and out of principle, spend my money at a different restaurant later in the evening for food and drinks. Lately, I have been trying to convince my group that there are slightly better locally owned places in the area for real food and drinks. This place was good when it first opened in 2012, but it's been gradually declining over the years. The happy hour specials at this location are becoming smaller and the food choices are down to three apps instead of 10 app choices a few years ago. The problem with Concord is there is very little competition for the good beer selection at the same place category. Buffalo Wild Wings has that locked down in Concord, more than other local bars in the City. There is competition in Manchester like at Strange Brew and Thirsty Moose for best beer selections. A Yard House is definitely needed in Concord for better food, better beer selection, and better happy hour specials. Somehow, the Buffalo Wild Wings (different owner) and Yard House in Burlington MA can coexist near each other just fine. I will still go to Buffalo Wild Wings 'GO' locations for quick service sandwiches, fried foods, and bone-in/boneless wings fix. read more

Ordered online for home delivery. Did the Ultimate Sampler. You choose the sauces, which I did. Not one sauce was delivered with my order. Ordered 2 Brownies. Got Chocolate Chip Cookies instead. When I called is the issue: First asked if I "ordered" from DoorDash. THen they took no responsibility at all for checking the order. My slip showed exactly what I ordered. But there was no name in the "Checked By" box. He tried to tell me that online orders do not get checked the same as if I called the order in directly. BS. How do you load the bg then? Told they ran out of brownies so just gave us the cookies as replacement. Very poor responses, no offer to compensate for substandard performance, the sauces are part of the order and included in the price! Have not been to BWW in about a decade, if not longer. We decided to go and catch a game. They had all the games on except the one we came to see. Ordered the appetizer sampler. You get to choose 4 and we did the mozzarella sticks, pretzel knots, onion rings, and boneless wings. Wings were overly salty and cold. Onion rings were bites of grease with some flavoring. Pretzel knots were basically tasteless, even with everything bagel seasoning on them. The mozzarella sticks were pretty good. No reason to return to any of their locations ever. read more

Popped in for the first time to BWW in years and had a pretty good visit. My waitress refilled my soda without asking. I ordered bone in wings at 1pm, menu states 13$ from 12-2pm for 10 bone in wings. I ordered them wild and let my waitress choose my sandwich between nashville hot, buffalo, or another option. She delivers the buffalo chicken sandwich first and it was honestly really good. Looks smaller than i remember the chicken sandwiches being but it was crispy and good. Fries were perfect. Then the 10 wild wings came and were nearly all drums which is fine by me. The sauce seemed to taste different than I remember but its been years, still very good. I get the bill and get charged 16.49 for wings instead of 13$. Instead of creating a fuss i just reduced the tip by a few bucks. Went here today with my family. Waited 30 minutes for a waitress to come. We ordered our food at the same time we ordered our drinks. We waited 15 minutes for our drinks before asking another waitress to bring them. We were suppose to get lemonade from the bar in regular glasses, came in plastic cups after waiting another 10 minutes. Waitress told us they ran out of glasses at the bar. Then the food finally came. I would rate it a 1. Not great. Then she came with our bill and it was not ours. I know the people next to us got our bill and paid and left. So finally I had had about enough and asked for the manager. Told her what happened and she was not very helpful. I will never go back. First every web review and first time ever ordering from the Concord NH location and we were very disappointed. A simple delivery of buffalo wings, fried pickles and mozz sticks. The wings were way over cooked and very small. We ordered a 20 piece and aparrently someone can't count. The mozz sticks and fried pickles were the standard take out of the freezer and throw in the frier. For the prices they charged, you would expect a lot better quality food. It is Buffalo Wild Wings, you would expect the buffalo wings to be the best in the buisness. Not enough to make them a regular stop, but good enough for me to get occasional cravings. Staff is nice, ambience is alright and the food is decent. Be bold and out of the box so I went for the 3 tacos. I was hoping they'd be bigger but for being a small shareable snack I was okay with it. Here's where I was surprised.. it tasted amazing! These small 3 tacos were delicious! Now normally I could knock down about 7 tacos until I got the "full" feeling but maybe because it of the cheese or something I felt fuller quicker. Went for lunch today, group of 8. It was raining and they put us out on the "patio." It is covered, butnopen ok the sides tables felt dirty, and since it was raining everything was moist. I can't speak for the others but my review is for my order: 1. Diet Pepsi tasted gross, like regular Pepsi but two different people swore it was Diet 2. Cesar salad, was literally swimming with dressing, almost seemed like it was made the night before, the "Parmesan" cheese was soft and not very appetizing. 3. I ordered a large boneless tender 1/2 garlic Parmesan and 1/2 buffalo. The sauces were good and as described. The blue cheese dressing served with it had no blue cheese in it, and was bland with no flavor it was just a flavorless white sauce. At least half of the tenders were hard and crunchy and almost like there was no meat. None of the tenders were served hot, and didn't seem freshly prepared. I'm not a huge fan of BWW for these reasons and past experience. We went because one person in our party wanted to go....next time we have a business meeting like this, I will either try to get the group to change its mind and go somewhere else, or I'll just go somewhere else, get a ice coffee and toss $25 out the window so I get the same experience. Updated again... The wings are awesome! When they get the order crispy as ordered, the jammin jalapeno are delicious. Service however has been an issue in the past but it is definitely improving. We have had great service the last couple of times we went. We go for the sports and the atmosphere. It is one of the few places you can watch hockey, football and basketball all in one night. Do not assume they have your game unless it's a hometown team or it is regular season though.. Check before you go. I have gone there several times now after calling to confirm they have a game only to get there and have them give me the 'oops'. However the GM assures me they are working on the kinks that have caused that in the past and lately everything advertised on the board has been shown. I gave them another chance because the food is good and the atmosphere is great for a hard core sports fan. Melanie at the bar is friendly and helpful if you run into problems.
