Recently came here since I wanted a late night dinner with some friends and it's been a while since I had a Buffalo Wild Wings as well so I came here and took advantage of their daily special with the wings. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. There is not really a wait time even though it was half full but the bar was packed. The wings here were pretty good! I thought I got my money's worth... until a day later, when my card, which hadn't been used and hadn't left my presence for two months prior to my visit, was charged for online purchases totalling in the thousands. Card canceled, I'm clawing back thousands. It's not the end of the world, just a major pain. You can have their average chicken wings, but it would be most prudent to use cash only. I have ordered from this location a couple of times via DoorDash. Both times I got the same thing: cheeseburger and tots. Since I ordered in DoorDash, I didn't get to experience the service directly. They are listed as Wild Burger on DoorDash. Had a great experience here tonight! The staff here are super nice, and food was actually really good! We arrived, and some dude with long hair covering his face said it was like a 40 minute wait. Someone else came over, and I asked how long the wait was, and she seated us immediately! Every time we go here she is always super nice and always is working hard, but I never catch her name. Our server was super attentive, and was great. Shout out to Josie for being awesome! We got our food quickly, and most of it was still hot (except for my fries, but they were still pretty good). The facility is perfect for Friday and Saturday night dinners with the family, and watching some games. So the kids and I went to Buffalo Wild Wings (Harpers Point) last night for dinner. Their special was bogo boneless wings. Ordered 30, 15 with one sauce and 15 with another (they allow you to split them as part of the special) . Waiter brought 60 to our table! I explained the order was incorrect and he admitted he messed it up. He went back to fix the check and had a discussion with the manager. So he comes back and says "yeah she says you either have to pay for all of them are we have to take em back". I said "well we didn't order 60 so are you saying you have to take all these back and remake them?" Waiter says "no, either pay for all of them or you need to give us back 30 of them" . If you don't live in or near the Sycamore Community Schools district, chances are you might not have known about the old Buffalo Wild Wings back in the Harper's Station shopping center off Montgomery Road. The Buffalo Wild Wings was nestled back with several other businesses near Kemper Road, providing for almost no exposure. Even though it was popular with some of the local residents, especially on Sunday afternoons during football seasons, it wasn't the ideal location for any major restaurant. Guess what? They moved. Buffalo Wild Wings is bigger and much nicer, sitting right on Montgomery Road after occupying the former Don Pablo's in Symmes Township. After much work went into renovating and revamping the former Mexican restaurant, Buffalo Wild Wings finally opened during the last week of July and it has been a major upgrade and an overall big success. Nearly every night the parking lot has been full, and even Monday night for the Bengals' first preseason game the lot and restaurant was filled. I had long wanted to check out the new look and same great food from Buffalo Wild Wings, so I picked up some wings and a salad from there this past Saturday. Even though I was in there for just five minutes, I was impressed with what they had done with the place and the service was really good as they were extremely friendly. I expected to see a bit more seating than there was, but I guess when you add the upstairs and the new outdoor seating to the equation, it is a pretty big place. At the very least it is that much nicer than the previous location and it is in a perfect location for any hungry person driving by. Buffalo Wild Wings has a ton of big screen and HD TVs, the same great wings with fourteen sauces to choose from, free trivia, Wi-Fi, daily drink specials, and 40-cent wing Tuesdays and 50-cent boneless wing Thursdays. While the restaurant operates the same way as it did before, it's so much nicer and their new location has been good exposure for the restaurant. I was reminded of their good food, not to mention I now know about their Tuesday and Thursday wing specials. Overall, I'd probably rate the overall Buffalo Wild Wings franchise a four, but since I am rating this new location specifically, I give it a five-star. My 4 star review is really for the service during my first visit. Because it was my first visit, the waitress was kind enough to bring me out a couple samples of different sauces that I was debating over ordering. This was really sweet of her and much better in helping me decide than an oral description. Being the dork that I am, I wore a stark white dress shirt to a wing place.
