Our first BDubs in the area and sadly not what we are used to. It's in a great location so we expected more than 10 customers to be here. We sat ourselves. Weird and our first clue. We only knew this because the odd employee at the front, itching himself everywhere, said we could get a table wherever. One waitress in the place and no Michelob Ultra draft. So at $6ish dollars a bottle I was not pleased. We had traditional wings that were lukewarm, not warm enough to melt the sauce they were in. We got the check and I had beer #2 that we waited a long time for (did I say there were very few patrons?) We may try again on all-you-can-eat wing night but that would be a big maybe. read more

I went in on Sunday the 12th. Sat at the bar (usually faster service). I had an empty coffee cup in my hand and the server behind the bar said "can't have that in here" not a hello, not I'll be right with you just rude snap at me. Brushed it off. She came back ten minutes later 'what can I get you to drink?' I said diet coke and I'd like to put my food order on now please. 'I'll get that later" walks away. Five minutes later returns with a Diet Pepsi. Still no greeting just walks away. Comes back stands by the register and starts playing on her phone, coworker walks up and she begins to bitch about something, f this f them blah blah. So after twenty minutes I decided to leave. They should be embarrassed. Never again. This has happened before a few times but poor service and cold food seem to be par for the course here. I fully expect to see them close soon. I am handicapped and was there with my elderly mother for dinner. We were told the only tables available were high top in the bar area. When asked to speak with a manager, a female employee who refused to give her name came out and told me I could either sit at the high top table or go somewhere else to eat. I have since filed a complaint with corporate and Americans with Disabilities. Hell needs to freeze before I will ever go back. I have not heard from corporate at all. Been to this location quite a few times, and I normally tip well and have no problem with staff. Michele was very passive to my friend and I and was just not friendly. We noticed something floating in the bottom of our beers and we were gonna share another beer anyways so we just asked for the new beer and she acted upset and then just brought us 2 regular sized beers. Still charged us for them btw. She still got a good tip from us because we are good people, but I hope Michele sees this and learns her lesson. Hamburger was good but the poor servers are over worked. Only one section was open for a Ravens playoff game night. I counted maybe 4 waiter/waitress's in the whole place. Slow service, I set in plain sight for over 30 minutes until I went to the bar and asked for a server. The server showed up with a crazy attitude. I feel sorry for them but try harder. For some reason the floor felt like a greasy ice rink, everyone was sliding around. For the half filled dinning area, the atmosphere was one of joy as the home team won the game. read more

Update to a previous review. After three visits in the past three weeks I'm done with this location. Each time poor service from the bar. Beers sit empty for a long time before a refill and it's nearly impossible to order food. The staff just complains about "all the takeout orders" or tables around the bar. It's like a switch was flipped and they just gave up. read more

I do not ask for much. As a general rule, I do not fault the service staff themselves, but rather the structure of the service system in which they operate. That being said, upon placing an order through the Buffalo Wild Wings app at approximately 8:00 p.m., I received a confirmation email with an estimated completion time of 8:20. I arrived at 8:15--yes, a bit early, I'll concede--but hear me out. Alongside several other loyal patrons, I stood waiting without acknowledgment until 8:25, when a young attendant finally appeared and informed me my order would be ready in about ten minutes. Fair enough--fifteen minutes late is still within the realm of reason. What soured the experience, however, was overhearing the attendant explain to another frustrated guest that dine-in customers were prioritized over takeout orders because servers rely on tips from seated tables--tips which, according to him, do not come from takeout. This struck me as somewhat ironic, considering I had already left a generous six-dollar gratuity. At 8:40, I was offered a drink "while I waited," a polite gesture but also a tacit acknowledgment that my food would be delayed even longer. At last, at 8:51, my order was handed over--delicious, I'll admit, but nonetheless twenty-one minutes past the promised time. I will that the "fresh fountain beverage" was handed over to me warm. I assume this disappointment stems from having ice placed in the cup at the established time of my food being handed over to me. read more

When we got there, there was no one at the front. No sign stating to seat yourself. We waited for someone to notice us and then they told us we could seat ourselves. You know have to scan a QR code to order your own food and pay through the app. Whats the point of waiters now? Two people in our group couldn't get the app working correctly so their food didn't go through. It wasn't until the waiter noticed everyone else had their food did they say something. The wing sauce wasn't good. The wings weren't coated well. The queso tasted like nothing and looked like thousand island dressing. When it came to pay, the app didn't work and all our food was put on one persons check. The waiter had to manually print our checks. Overall it was a terrible experience and it isn't the first time it's been this bad. We won't be coming back. Over the years, BWW has gotten significantly worse. No thank you. read more

Abyssmal customer service on the part of the store AND corporate! Super Bowl Sunday. Figured they'd be busy, so placed online order for winds on SATURDAY at 1041AM. Got my receipt emailed to me and order woudl be ready at 5:30PM as requested on SUNDAY. 5:30PM SUNDAY: Arrive. Big Line (understood). Got to head of line, they took my name, told me to wait in car and they'd bring order "right out". Cool. 6:00PM SUNDAY: No wings to the car. Went back in. Still busy (expected). They said we're backed up they are right on the way. Go to your car and we'll bring them out. I even had a $10 bill for the person because Super Bowl Sunday probably sucks for a wing person. 6:30PM SUNDAY: Get call from home "where are the wings, they are getting ready to kick off?" Go back inside, ask where the order is and NOW they say they don't have it. I show them my emailed receipt and they say it is not there and they don't know. I say, OK just make it. Sorry, we have an hour to 90 minute wait. I say, screw it, credit my card. Oh you need to talk to a manager--wait over there. 6:40PM SUNDAY: Manager asks if she can help, I give her the low down, she looks at my receipt and says "sorry, no refund for you because you did not order it today". EXCUSE ME??? Yes, we will onl;y issue refunds for orders placed today. You need to call corporate and they will work it out...and she diappears back in the kitchen. Tweeted to corporate and they said, go fill out a complex survey onlin and tell us how we can do better. Uhm, maybe not take $50 from me and not give me the wings for starters. But I asked for a phone number to talk to a real person. Got that. MONDAY: Called, after about 15 minutes of hold, a call center picked up (I am guessing it was offshore as the connection was really questionable) and neither of us cold really understand each other. The gist I got was that they need a whole lot more information and they will open up an investigation. And then the phone crackled and the BWW customer service agent that was "so sorry" was gone. Lazy people!!!! been waiting at the entrance about 20 minutes 2adults 1 teen and a toddler and the employees at the counter didn't even acknowledge us. We had to ask them if we had to wait to be seated. And a lot of there section were closed. We wanted a booth due to having a 4 year old. They were sitting us at the tall tables with the stool chairs. In the past, I've had mixed results from this location, but I was willing to give them a chance considering how simple the order was. My food arrived warm and the wrap was good enough albeit basic: chicken tenders tossed in barbecue sauce, some pico de gallo, and cheese. I would *maybe* order it again, but it's worth noting that the price is a little expensive for what you're getting. The reason I'm giving this location 3 stars is because the side order I paid extra for, the potato wedges, weren't packaged with the rest of the food. If you can't take a minute to double check that everything on the receipt is in the bag before you seal it and hand it to the driver, that's on you. I'm not asking a big chain restaurant to go above and beyond, but the least they can do is make sure customers get what they paid for. It's not the worst experience I've had with a chain restaurant in the area, but it was definitely disappointing. First, BWW is a casual sports bar/restaurant, so that is what I'm basing my rating on. It wouldn't be fair to compare it to the Ritz or Ruth Chris, or some other 5*+ White Glove service establishment. Overall, I'd probably give BWW Annapolis a 3.5 star rating, but half stars aren't an option, so I rounded up as the experience was more positive than negative. A group of friends and myself went to BWW this past weekend (Saturday evening) to hang out and catch up with a friend from out of town. We sat in the bar area, and our server (Courtney) was excellent. She was attentive, fun, prompt, and basically everything a customer could want in a server. No complaints about her, the drinks. The only issue we had is one of our friends joined us late, so he ordered his wings well after the rest of us had finished. Courtney got the order put in promptly, and it came out correct, but it came out perhaps 2-3 minutes after he ordered. There is no way wings can be properly cooked in that amount of time. And soon as he bit into the first wing, he spit it right back out, as the wing was pink on the inside. We told Courtney, and she got the issue corrected easily (and had both the kitchen and my buddy do a test cut in her presence) to confirm the remade wings were cooked correctly. All in all, BWW is decent for a casual evening with friends, or looking to catch a game. read more
