This was my first time visiting this location. It was very busy yet the service was still very good. The restaurant was clean and everyone was enjoying the soccer games. There are some different items and drinks on the menu observing the soccer World Cup. Our appetizer was the chips and dip trip and it was a perfect choice. I also ordered a 10 piece wing, 5 buffalo medium and 5 Parmesan garlic. The wings were well prepared, tasted great and our wait time wasn't long even with the crowd. I've always wished their wings had just a little more meat on the bone. read more

EXTREMELY slow service. We were seated and had to wait probably 25 minutes for the waiter to come back for whatever reason. Once she finally took our orders it took about an hour to get out just 4 adult servings of food. They also are supposedly understaffed and will refuse to seat you when even though we could see many empty tables. read more

Service - slow. The place was filthy. I got wings and stabbed myself in the mouth with wings with broken bones in them. After I stabbed myself the second time I just tossed them all out. We will never return. read more

Costumer service bad, waited over 1 to get my food, very poor quality, waitress wasn't attending much

Lukewarm food and slower than normal service. We were a party of six and we were very hungry. Our server didn't come to the table until we had been seated for ten minutes. They weren't busy. We could have been there during shift change maybe? Either way, the food is mediocre and the service unfortunately matches the food quality. read more

I've ordered food from them now three times, and gone to the location twice... five times too many. Every single time I have had my order messed up; if it was a sauce that's one thing. I have had multiple entree's get "misplaced" and all my delivery orders without dozens of dollars of my food. read more

Bout the third time I've been here, still waiting on what i ordered 2 visits ago. All jokes aside I have never seen a restaurant that is as slow as this one. By time you get your food you question whether it ever thawed out or not it comes so cold. read more

It's been awhile since I've been in. In fact, there havr been changes. BUT, the wings, tonight, were on par! Hot, spicy and delicious. But honestly, it was the server who made our night. Bella is her name! She was so personable, it made our visit so much fun! She was sweet, professional, and friendly. They need every server to be like her! Huge kudos to Bella for her service! read more

Visited multiple times and will continue to. Food is always at a good standard and tastes great. Staff are extremely friendly and wait times to get seated are never too long if you avoid big game nights. Inside is always clean and has a nice modern look. Only downside is that sometimes you might have to wait for your food a bit even without a filled parking lot. read more

Service was horrible for a slow night. Waited over an hour for my order. I had to get a host to go see if they can find my waiter because at this point we had seen multiple customers walk out due to no one attending them. It wasn't until I asked to pay for the drink and appetizers that miraculously my food was ready. If you wanna sit around watching tv without being bothered, this is the place for you. Other than that, don't waste your time. I'd give this place zero stars but they''ll get one for the working televisions. read more

We ordered takeout and arrived expecting it to be ready, but the order wasn't completed until after three separate trips to the kitchen. Most of the food was inedible. The worst part was the fries--they were stuck together in one disgusting glob and couldn't even be removed from the container. Overall, the experience needs improvement in both preparation and execution. Save your money and go somewhere else!! read more

Celeste was the best server we have ever had at B-Dubs we will definitely be back the food and the service were on point

Tonight was a good night. It's usually hit or miss. We got there to drink some beer and wound having the trio dip and wings and the loaded dog. I have never been a big fan of BWW but my go to is now the loaded dog. I literally eat one for 6$ and I am full. The loaded it my favorite. The sauce is mixed honey mustard and wild sauce. I was worried at first but oh my it is soooo good. Our waitress Carol was spot on and kept our beers full. Awesome night. Thank you! read more

I love this place. Staff works hard! Management is AH-MAZING! Food is delish! My favorite hands down is the new beer cheese cheesesteak & the new ingredient they added to the coleslaw! It makes it a little spicy & I'm not one for a lot of spice but Yummy! read more

Brian was the worst waiter we ever had. I had asked him for a ranch when I was ordering and it didn't come with it so he asked if everything was good and we said my ranch but everything else is good. He said okay I'll get you the ranch he never came out with my ranch he was taking forever to come to our table and there was barely any costumers there. read more

BWW is actually one of my favorite restaurants for some weird reason. But after being in town taking care of sick parents for a week I was ready for a much needed break and told my mom I was meeting a 'friend' from high school for dinner so I could escape. It was Sunday night game night and the place was packed. I sat at the bar since my 'friend' from high school was actually a tall Bud Light. There was only one bartender handling all four sides of the bar (which was full) along with pouring for servers. She was working her butt off and when she finally asked what I wanted I freaked out even though I knew what I wanted. I planned on eating, but she was so busy that I finished my tall beer and even waited a while before she could get back around. I could tell she wasn't happy so I told her it was too stressful in there so I left and went to Hooters - where they were properly staffed and nobody was running around like a maniac. Sorry for the bad review, BWW Abilene North! Add another bartender to the bar on Sunday night, football night in America!! read more

I HATE it when 4 star food comes with 2 star service. I'm not a fan of BWW but this was a birthday party I had to go to. The waitress we had was wonderful, took great care of us. We ordered our food and then we waited...and waited...and waited. The kitchen took forever. They were not that busy. Unacceptable! When the food finally came out, most of it was actually good. My sampler had great wings with Thai curry sauce, good onion rings, and good cheese sticks. The nachos were...ok. Glenda's wings were good but Glen's were a no go. Bland. I not sure if what we got was worth the $40 bill, so we probably won't go back. read more

BWW is fine if you want a sports bar, beer and company of friends. Maybe okay to have a light meal. I have know idea why I keep coming back to this place for food while traveling. I really do not like writing negative reviews. I grew up in the restaurant industry and know that there are bad days. It is also a fact that the clients at restaurants are an unforgiving crowd - so I try not to be this way myself. But I have reached a point of no return now. I have no problem with the selection or quality of the food. It just seems that wherever and whenever I try to dine at BWW there are issues with the execution and here in Abilene I saw the same. Late delivery, mixed delivery, wrong delivery... three strikes and I'm done. read more

Emily, by far, was the best B-Dubs server I've ever encountered. That said, as an animal lover I applaud BWW's decision to let the chickens they use die of old age. This is my second trip to this place and both times the traditional wings - their signature menu item - has been super dried out. It was like a peanut brittle version of fried chicken. read more

We expected to wait since there was 8 of us. But the place was nearly empty and there was a table already set up. I didn't notice that they were about to close. 7pm on Christmas Eve. And we walked in at 6:30. They were out of the beer my brother wanted but everyone else was okay. When the last call was hollered from the bar I was a little surprised. And when the staff was quite obviously doing the end of day cleaning and talking about the host duties I asked when closing time was. Even though it was 10 minutes after (7) our food didn't looked rushed and we didn't feel like we had to hurry. Hubs and I split a burger. I took the smaller portion and really enjoyed it. Having the larger half, hubs said his portion was very dry and over cooked. I also had the $5 street tacos. They were very good. Little bitty tacos. I could have had just them. They were enough for a meal for me. read more

Food. My ALL American cheese burger was ordered through Doordash and when I was eating my burger I bit down and started chewing and found a prep label inside my burger and called them and they told me to go to Doordash as if it was the fault of Doordash. Doordash gave us a refund but we want Buffalo Wild Wings to own up to their mistake and for them to better educate themselves on doing an entire overlook to make sure NO foreign objects are inside their products. Both Doordash and Buffalo Wild Wings are tossing the situation back and forth blaming each other. Here is a picture of the product I ordered and the foreign object that was in my item. Not to mention that the prep label was NOT even dated. read more

Had a training nearby, and since I live in the sticks, thought I would get an order to take home. Ordered on the app, get there 10 minutes later and they hadn't even started working on it. Said it would be 10 minutes. It was maybe 5. Should have been concerned about that. After a 50 mile drive home, they were the worst wings I've ever had. Very, very dry and very little sauce. Frozen wings from Walmart would have been better, and those are nasty. Very disappointed as most BWW are usually good. If I had lived in town I would have returned them. read more

Horrible is all I can truly say. My family of 4 were seated as usual but unfortunately we're never served. While others that came in behind us were served, we sat at our table waiting on a server that never came. We tried waiting and giving the staff the benefit of the doubt that maybe they were really swamped because as usual they were busy, but we started noticing more and more people being served while we waited 30+ minutes. It seemed like every server passed us and never came. I think it was the manager in a light blue shirt that passed us 4 times and never stopped at our table but continued to help surrounding tables that already had drinks and appetizers. this is the 2nd time this has happened to my family. needless to say we will never be back! read more

Stopped in tonight with 3 other people. We had wings, potato wedges, one bird dawg, and mozzarella sticks. The Bird Dawg was okay but the chicken tender was very small compared to the bun and there were barely any toppings. Nothing like the picture. The wings were so small, tough, and overcooked. The mozzarella sticks were dry and cooked for so long the cheese had run out and they were hollow inside. The potatoe wedges were good. Spent 97.00 and couldn't eat half of the food. Very disappointing. read more

Ordered wings for takeout. When I got home and opened the box, the wings were nearly mummified. They were so dry, it was more like eating crispy pieces of chicken jerky.
