I've never had an issue with their indoor dining. But if you order curbside, check your order before you leave. I've ordered fajitas curbside several time and at least 3 time, they've forgotten the guacamole, Pico, sour cream.. all the side. Only with the fajitas though. Walked in with the family and were immediately greeted by the wait staff. Wonderful experience with her. She immediately sat us in the bar section with menus. Xavier was our waiter. He immediately came to our table and took our drink order. Beer margaritas and lemonades were ordered. They came out quick. Xavier came back and took our food order. Before you know it. 2 steaks with potatoes and broccoli came out with chicken crispers and Cajun Pasta. Food was nice and delicious. It was a relaxed atmosphere and Xavier made the experience wonderful. Not once were our drinks empty. Every time he can by he checked on our table to make sure we didn't need anything. Best experience we've had at a Chili's in a long time. If you have tried this one by the Mall of Abilene you're missing out. We will definitely be coming back here. read more

I have been eating at Chilis since the 1970s! Over the decades, their menu has changed slightly, but it's always good. I particularly enjoy the fajita trio, though their burgers, baby back ribs and steaks are equally good. However, I learned at my last trip that they no longer offer the wet naps, which are usually given out when you're eating their sauced baby back ribs. Naturally, your fingers are gonna get coated and you need something to wipe them off. I was told by our server that they no longer offer wet naps since Covid. I don't understand that reasoning, I get wet naps at other restaurants that sell ribs, why not Chilis? Weird. Otherwise though, primo experience! read more

Chili's on Tx 351 Abilene. Around 1:30. We sat in the bar area because we wanted a t@ble and this was the only place with a clean table. In this area there were 6 tables that needed cleaned off. Our waitress was very polite and attentive but she was working the bar, waiting on tables and trying to bus tables in between the bar and waitressing. Must have been very short handed. Racism at it best!! Went there and we were told we couldn't wear a white shirt. When we said we would just change his shirt we were them told that he needed a belt, just as an other gentleman walk in and I pointed out that he didn't have a belt. We were refused entry. Nikki, the bartender on duty has the memory of a moth and is lazy. The bar was empty but the Barton and most chairs were filthy @ noon on a Saturday. Every oder took her coming back to ask what i had ordered. I had to request napkins and silverware. Later, i asked for another drink and she totally forgot for 5 minutes while chatting with friends at the bar. When she finally woke up, i cancelled the dribk and ask for a check and a to go box. All the Ziosk units, there were 8 or 9, had not been spun up for the shift. She disappeared for 5 minutes to get one of them workibg, but came back and said it would be easier for her to run my card. We ran it, i signed the bill. But still had to wait around for her attention about 4 minutes to ask AGAIN for the to go box. And the baldy short manager walking around in a daze was oblivious to the condition of the bartop, chairs, and even the floor. Talk about commitment to exodus. Two weeks ago sliders & burger were burnt black and burger gad so much mayo it was literally running down bottom bun all around. Ordered triple dipper tonight & my wings were REFRIGERATOR cold. Based on a delivery order: the chicken/potatoes/dressing were touching. GROSS. And because the potatoes weren't in their own packaging, it made the chicken crispers super duper soggy. Also the dressings were shoved in to potatoes. This means someone held them in their hands to fill the cups, and then placed them in my food. As a germaphobe, I couldn't eat any of it except the corn. :( read more

Glenda loves Chili's, I can take it or leave it. The menu is big so you can always find something worth eating. Several of their specials are a pretty good deal. We usually end up in the bar because we don't want to wait on a table. Yes, that's the crowded, loud, noisy bar. Usually get a burger cause that's hard to screw up, but the specials we have tried have been really good. BUT, forget the table kiosks. I want to talk to you. I want to be waited on. The Chili's food is always good - so you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. When it comes to dessert though, you definitely have to get the Paradise Pie. I'm sitting here at Chili's having the worst experience. My boyfriend and I walk in, sit at the bar(which was our first mistake). There are 3 others sitting at the bar not busy at all. We order drinks and fried onion petals. 5 minutes she comes and ask if we want an appetizer, apparently she forgot our order, then she runs to make our drinks and bring them promptly . When she brings our onions out she asks if we want extra ranch we say yes and it was about 10 minutes later I asked her if we could please get another ranch and once again she does it promptly . Then we order our food I ordered a buffalo chicken salad NO PICO she brings the food out and says this salad looks funny, I guess because there is no pico... the salad has pico all through it there is clearly pico all through the salad which is fine, I decide to just eat the chicken at the first piece and it was cold, ate the second piece from the outside and it was cold... needless to say i'm still sitting here with an empty drink hungry and about to spend money on this unfortunate meal... Ok, it is a Chilli's, so you know the menu. Always packed at this location. Should tell you something. Always a waiting line, but open seating in the bar allows us to slip right in. We got a coupon for a free desert so we'll split that and eat a nice dinner. Service is fast, tables cleaned. Food arrives hot. Tried the Jalapeno BBQ chicken sour cream enchiladas with black beans and rice and it was very tasty. The jalapenos were on top rather than inside and they really were not that hot. They are consistently good although they are never exactly the same. I guess that is because they are freshly made there in the kitchen. read more

I forgot her name due to a already long day, please don't kill me dear. The reason why the rating is shy of 5 stars was due to some, but not all, of the hosting. The hosts said there was a wait time due to Covid restrictions, no problemo. I waited half an hour for a seat at the bar, once again no problem, I'm a patient man. Then, we (the waiting customers) saw many people leaving at once, over and over again, but the hosts still don't lead us in. A check was done by us, and there were open tables and open seats at the bar, so we had to welcome ourselves in. While most of the employees were top notch, some, but once again not speaking for all, of the hosting was a disappointment. read more
