They took us in a little later than usual and were awesome! The best servers and they have the best manager!

We normally love Chilis but this was not a pleasant experience. Our order took forever and we didn't get our appetizers until the food came out. The food was ok. We had to send our water glasses back bc things were floating (truly wish we had left then). My son's cheeseburgers didn't have cheese but we didn't have time to get them remade. We literally sat for 45+ minutes with nothing. I wouldn't return. Our server was nice. I think he was trying but he was very busy. read more

When we go there we always have a great time. It's really nice and relaxing and great food.

Yummy! Always fresh food and great service! We just love them there!!! Keep up the good work

Food was bland it was hot but didn't taste that great. Restaurant was clean and the service was good.

I've never had an issue with their indoor dining. But if you order curbside, check your order before you leave. I've ordered fajitas curbside several time and at least 3 time, they've forgotten the guacamole, Pico, sour cream.. all the side. Only with the fajitas though. The food is always fantastic and they do always make it right. Just be sure to check. read more

Walked in with the family and were immediately greeted by the wait staff. Wonderful experience with her. She immediately sat us in the bar section with menus. Xavier was our waiter. He immediately came to our table and took our drink order. Beer margaritas and lemonades were ordered. They came out quick. Xavier came back and took our food order. Before you know it. 2 steaks with potatoes and broccoli came out with chicken crispers and Cajun Pasta. Food was nice and delicious. It was a relaxed atmosphere and Xavier made the experience wonderful. Not once were our drinks empty. Every time he can by he checked on our table to make sure we didn't need anything. Best experience we've had at a Chili's in a long time. If you have tried this one by the Mall of Abilene you're missing out. We will definitely be coming back here. read more

Food was decent. Service was horrible. Didn't give us eating utensils or napkins. Took an HOUR. Loud people.

I have been eating at Chilis since the 1970s! Over the decades, their menu has changed slightly, but it's always good. I particularly enjoy the fajita trio, though their burgers, baby back ribs and steaks are equally good. However, I learned at my last trip that they no longer offer the wet naps, which are usually given out when you're eating their sauced baby back ribs. Naturally, your fingers are gonna get coated and you need something to wipe them off. I was told by our server that they no longer offer wet naps since Covid. I don't understand that reasoning, I get wet naps at other restaurants that sell ribs, why not Chilis? Weird. Otherwise though, primo experience! read more

Chili's on Tx 351 Abilene. Around 1:30. We sat in the bar area because we wanted a t@ble and this was the only place with a clean table. In this area there were 6 tables that needed cleaned off. Our waitress was very polite and attentive but she was working the bar, waiting on tables and trying to bus tables in between the bar and waitressing. Must have been very short handed. The potato soup was not good at all but the salad was good. read more

They were out a bunch of stuff, but was still a great experience!!! Will go back again for sure!

I order the 6oz sirloin steak meal frequently. Today the fries were just OK, corn on the cob was very good, but the steak was tough throughout with lots of gristle. Cooked medium as requested to avoid a tough steak. Very disappointed. read more

Racism at it best!! Went there and we were told we couldn't wear a white shirt. When we said we would just change his shirt we were them told that he needed a belt, just as an other gentleman walk in and I pointed out that he didn't have a belt. We were refused entry. Will never be back. So sad read more

Went tonight with friends. They have this cute waitress named Alyssa and she was so friendly. Her smile while she greeted us, was so nice. She was on top of things, I hate to wait for drinks and refills and she was on it... Food was delicious, drinks were great, company was nice and a great waitress to boot.... read more

Nikki, the bartender on duty has the memory of a moth and is lazy. The bar was empty but the Barton and most chairs were filthy @ noon on a Saturday. Every oder took her coming back to ask what i had ordered. I had to request napkins and silverware. Later, i asked for another drink and she totally forgot for 5 minutes while chatting with friends at the bar. When she finally woke up, i cancelled the dribk and ask for a check and a to go box. All the Ziosk units, there were 8 or 9, had not been spun up for the shift. She disappeared for 5 minutes to get one of them workibg, but came back and said it would be easier for her to run my card. We ran it, i signed the bill. But still had to wait around for her attention about 4 minutes to ask AGAIN for the to go box. And the baldy short manager walking around in a daze was oblivious to the condition of the bartop, chairs, and even the floor. Talk about commitment to exodus. They all act like they're looking for other jobs. read more

Two weeks ago sliders & burger were burnt black and burger gad so much mayo it was literally running down bottom bun all around. Ordered triple dipper tonight & my wings were REFRIGERATOR cold. Not room temp. But cold. Chili's has gone down & is just nasty now. We won't order there again because we are never able to actually eat the meal . Chili's USED to be my favorite restaurant but not anymore..... maybe since it's delivery they just don't care ? Don't wast your money here. read more

Based on a delivery order: the chicken/potatoes/dressing were touching. GROSS. And because the potatoes weren't in their own packaging, it made the chicken crispers super duper soggy. Also the dressings were shoved in to potatoes. This means someone held them in their hands to fill the cups, and then placed them in my food. As a germaphobe, I couldn't eat any of it except the corn. :( read more

Daughter ordered Chili's to go and they said it would be ready at 8:25 she got there and had to wait till 8:45. They did not even make her order till she asked. Originally rated at 2 starts but Chili's made contact to make it right so upgraded to 4 stars for good customer service. Glad to see a bigger company look after and respond to customers. Keep it up. read more

Well, the food is usually good quality, I will give this chilis that. If you look at my picture however, u will see my salad with the dressing hidden within the salad upside down. At first I didn't think it was any dressing until I used my dressing at home and discovered dressing sitting at the bottom covered in salad. read more

Just left there about a 1/2 an hour ago. It was the worst! Seated in a booth in the bar area and did not get a member of the wait staff to even welcome us. After waiting 15 minutes we got up to leave and a bus boy had the gall to tell us to have a nice day! Never again! read more

Glenda loves Chili's, I can take it or leave it. The menu is big so you can always find something worth eating. Several of their specials are a pretty good deal. We usually end up in the bar because we don't want to wait on a table. Yes, that's the crowded, loud, noisy bar. Usually get a burger cause that's hard to screw up, but the specials we have tried have been really good. BUT, forget the table kiosks. I want to talk to you. I want to be waited on. I want to tip you for the great service you are going to give me! Is that asking to much? Am I right Brenda? See you next time. read more

We came in late, but our service was still great! Skylar was awesome. Thanks girl, we will ask for you every time.

The Chili's food is always good - so you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. When it comes to dessert though, you definitely have to get the Paradise Pie. Regarding the service here, it's a hit or miss - it's really good or really bad. If service were consistent, they'd be rated higher. read more

I'm sitting here at Chili's having the worst experience. My boyfriend and I walk in, sit at the bar(which was our first mistake). There are 3 others sitting at the bar not busy at all. We order drinks and fried onion petals. 5 minutes she comes and ask if we want an appetizer, apparently she forgot our order, then she runs to make our drinks and bring them promptly . When she brings our onions out she asks if we want extra ranch we say yes and it was about 10 minutes later I asked her if we could please get another ranch and once again she does it promptly . Then we order our food I ordered a buffalo chicken salad NO PICO she brings the food out and says this salad looks funny, I guess because there is no pico... the salad has pico all through it there is clearly pico all through the salad which is fine, I decide to just eat the chicken at the first piece and it was cold, ate the second piece from the outside and it was cold... needless to say i'm still sitting here with an empty drink hungry and about to spend money on this unfortunate meal... Onion petals were decent Also, is there a manager on duty?! there are 2 TVS in the bar that are turned off... Happy days read more

We ordered BBQ chicken crispers. We received what looked like frozen tenders from a supermarket that were barely cooked. The entire order smelled like ruined food and was thrown away. Since it was an order we picked up, management was contacted with no response. Last chance for south side location. North side is awesome !! read more

Ok, it is a Chilli's, so you know the menu. Always packed at this location. Should tell you something. Always a waiting line, but open seating in the bar allows us to slip right in. We got a coupon for a free desert so we'll split that and eat a nice dinner. Service is fast, tables cleaned. Food arrives hot. Like to have a date night with the wife, Chilli's is our place. read more

Tried the Jalapeno BBQ chicken sour cream enchiladas with black beans and rice and it was very tasty. The jalapenos were on top rather than inside and they really were not that hot. I like the design of this chain, the brick walls were a nice touch. The staff was friendly and the cute little Latina bartender was awesome. I forgot her name due to a already long day, please don't kill me dear. The reason why the rating is shy of 5 stars was due to some, but not all, of the hosting. The hosts said there was a wait time due to Covid restrictions, no problemo. I waited half an hour for a seat at the bar, once again no problem, I'm a patient man. Then, we (the waiting customers) saw many people leaving at once, over and over again, but the hosts still don't lead us in. A check was done by us, and there were open tables and open seats at the bar, so we had to welcome ourselves in. While most of the employees were top notch, some, but once again not speaking for all, of the hosting was a disappointment. read more

Been there several times and service is hit or miss but food is always great.Only reason for 2 stars messing up dessert order that didn't arrive for an hour after ordering and seems like no one cares even after reminding them.End up leaving without dessert and got refund from manager who seems like having attitude problem or lack of management skill. No apology or not even checking the status of the order. read more
