Buds warehouse, is like a treasure chest. Your never know what gem ,will cross your path. They have a vast stock of various windows , doors , screens, tile cabinets, flooring, counters, sinks, faucets, door knobs, screws, adhesive, lighting , light bulbs, disinfectant wipes, hand sanitizer, outlets, outlets covers and things you didn't know you wanted or needed! Staff are always around keeping things orderly and willing to offer assistance. If they are not sure about a product they will help you get the information you need. Buds warehouse also helps people in the process of making positive changes to their lifestyles, this can be a turn off for some. I have physical limitations and have never been worried about my safety.

The first image depicts a bathroom in the process of renovation, featuring a toilet, a partially finished wall with exposed drywall, and a small sink with a wooden cabinet. The floor appears to be unfinished or in the midst of construction. The second image shows a finished bathroom vanity with a white countertop, a built-in sink, a gold-colored faucet, a large framed mirror, and accessories like towels and a soap dispenser. The floor is tiled with black tiles, and the overall space looks clean and completed.

Bud's has been wonderful as we've lived in and renovated several homes. Staff has always been helpful and prices are outstanding. We've found everything from new lighting, to vanities, to kitchen cabinet boxes, sheetrock, drywall compound, caulk, etc etc. We also like supporting the mission. Highly recommend (though you need to have a sense of vision for products, what they could become and be wiling to put in your own work to bring to fruition!)

I love this place!! It saved us so much on the house we renovated getting ready to sell! With some imagination and paint you can improve or completely change a piece that was destined to the landfill but that these guys have saved and by that they are employing individuals into changing their lives!

This quartz top vanity was listed for $700 at Bud's ($2,500 at Lowes). PLUS members get an additional 20% off the listed price! - A white bathroom vanity with a quartz top and gold hardware is shown in the image. It has two sinks, six drawers, and four doors, with dimensions of 72 inches wide, 22 inches deep, and 34 inches high. The product is listed for $699.99 and is available in stock, with a brief description emphasizing its features and dimensions.

Bud's Warehouse is a treasure trove. I design and remodel houses and, over the years, I have spent thousands of dollars at Bud's Warehouse. In return, Bud's has saved me thousands of dollars. They consistently have incredible deals online and in the store. Many of the items are brand new and still in the box. I am always checking the website for treasures. The best deals disappear fast, so it's always best to check back often. Nic is the manager of online sales and he is largely the reason that I shop at Bud's. He is prompt in answering questions about online items and has consistently worked with me to make sure the items I purchased are the correct items for what I need. I have, more than once, rented a moving truck to pick up all of the items that I've purchased. I'm hoping Nic will be allowed the leeway to grow the online sales department to the point of offering more items, and offer shipping because I am always waiting for more items to be listed so I can buy them. I hope Bud's has the wisdom and foresight to give Nic a pay raise that includes a percentage of his sales. Bud's has, hands down, the best employees of any business I have ever done business with. They have gone above and beyond every time I have interacted with them. They take great care in loading the items that have been purchased (sometimes this means entire moving trucks full of items) and they are always willing to help -- sometimes to ridiculous degrees like helping cut boards outside of the store in the rain or allowing me to borrow their saw batteries when mine were dead. P.S. The items purchased online are returnable before they leave the store -- meaning that if the items are not correct for you when you go to pick them up, you can return them at that time. Or you can just call the store and ask Nic for more information.

I bought salvaged hexagon tile here and finally made use of it. It's always a good place to find reusable materials for fun inexpensive projects. I think the tile cost me $10 for all of it.

Place is organized but applianes are very out dated, material was scarce, and employees are rude, not very helpful or willing to help.

However, the problems arose when the Liaison, Rai recommended a builder to erect the RV Port in Arizona. After we signed the separate contract with that company, (SWSB out of Colorado Springs) we discovered it was her husband who owned that company. That review is totally separate (I wish I could give negative stars). During our nightmare with builder problems, Eric stepped in and helped us resolve the issues. We were lied to multiple times by the building erector and liaison to cover their tracks. I'm convinced, if it weren't for Eric, our building would still be laying on the ground. He takes pride in his company and because the recommendation for the building erector came from his rep, I can only give 3 stars.

** We went through the Grand Junction, CO office** Buyer…read moreBeware This Company is very difficult to deal with and made us go over our budget by over $20,000 due to reworks and corrections that our erecting contractor had to make. We ordered our building on 3/19/2025 we the non-written expectation that it would be delivered to our jobsite at the end of May 2025. The building was not delivered until the 3rd week of November 2025. The following is a list of problems we had with this company that I feel other people should be aware of before they work with Great Western Building (GWB): 1. Their engineer failed us on multiple occasions. a. We had agreed to have GWB design our 46 foot X 30 foot building with a full mezzanine and engineer the concrete plans as well. Almost every time we called he told us it would be ready in 2-3 weeks. This happened roughly 5 times. We ended up hiring a different engineering company to design the concrete plans. b. We did not receive the stamped erection plans until 7/31/2025. (2 months after we were expecting the building to be delivered). i. This was due to the lack of communication from their engineer. ii. And we received a corrected copy with the delivery of the building. c. The engineer did not take into account the height of the mezzanine and the height of the doors and windows- which cost us thousands in redesign and materials. 2. The GWB project manager did not know how to read prints. The Door and openings were not engineered correctly and had to reworked by my contractor. 3. By the middle of June 2025, we wanted our deposit back. They said no. We even called a lawyer and talked to him about trying to get our deposit back- it did not work out for us so we waited and hoped. 4. Hardware/ materials issues. The incorrect bolts were sent, anchor washers were incorrect, the purling ends were flared. These cost us thousands in additional labor. GWB's contract is slanted to benefit them only. They will not give you a guaranteed delivery date. My biggest complaint is that GWB's salesmen completely OVER promised and GWB under delivered.

The cabinets and assistance was great, but was significantly more than comparable Ikea cabinets. We chose Niron for our quartz counters though, a good price and great selection. For the most part the interaction was positive. When the crew came out to measure 'template' for the counters, they misunderstood our request for the island. But we didn't realize that they'd not extended the quartz for an overhang for barstools until they brought the slab out for install. Of course the extra material cost more and took longer. We are delighted with the quartz, the workmanship and the end results. However, the misunderstanding is disappointing and changed our budget. Greg has taken my suggestion to confirm the measurements with the homeowner before fabrication and delivery.

We did abundant research and got a number of bids until an internet search for the brand of cabinet we liked (and could afford) lead us to Niron Depot. They are a small, one-stop shop with everything you need for a kitchen remodel. Unlike the big box stores with multiple departments for everything, Niron Dept has it all in one showroom with brands at the top of the price range all the way down to solid, quality brands that a family of 5 on a tight budget could afford. We signed on the dotted line when Avi committed to an install time that was at least a month shorter than everywhere else we had looked. And he made good on his promise, sending an expert crew of installers who were beyond helpful and courteous. We chose quartz for our countertops and changed the design a number of times after we had put in the initial order. Avi and Greg were amazing in their availability to help with the changes, coming out to remeasure a number times to ensure a seamless install. The counter crew was amazing- the job was quite complex and the finished product is truly breathtaking and by far the crown jewel of our home. I would recommend Niron Depot to any of my friends and family. Thanks Avi (and Greg)! Until next time...,
