Upon arriving, they quickly showed her a car, which had some big dents and said that was all they had. We left and realized that the car smelled of cigarettes. Since the windows were open, we didn't realize it until we were well on our way on the highway to visit a friend. We immediately called to complain about the two issues. The woman stated that they only had a minivan which we would have to pay extra for, and that she would call us back about the smell in the car. As you can figure out, she never returned our call.
