Talked with people twice at Enterprise so now I am waiting as they escalated it and to wait for their call back. So besides this car rental I am worried that on my return flight which arrives at 11:30 PM no car will be available and will be spending all night in the Sanford airport. I guess I should have checked here before using Enterprise. Would I recommend Enterprise..No I see the message from the manager, I am not going to waste more time on Enterprise. 3 phone calls to 3 different people all saying this is being escalated and I will get a call back. There were customers located in the office still checking out and multiple people waiting outside. The attached picture is the woman who yelled at me, told me to leave and threatened to call the police. I have been a longtime budget customer and will no longer use your company. I had a reservation and had preregistered and did not deserve the treatment I received. Multiple customers witnessed this scene. I was late due to car problems. I called budget multiple times, as evidenced by the attached screenshots, so someone could please try to let the location know. I was told I would be ok! That they would leave notes in the reservation! Needless to say, I was refused service because I was 2 minutes late. I was left stranded and missed an important life event and it was because a horrible person could not give me 15 min of her time to rent a car that was already preregistered to a longtime customer. They didn't confirm that we would have a car available and that there were NO cars available. At this point it's been 5 hours and my daughters wedding starts in 2 hours and I have no car, missed my hair and make-up appt and these worthless people have nothing to say but "oh well, not my problem." I will be consulting a lawyer for the pain and suffering of not being present for my daughter on her wedding day bc they don't know how to run a business!

He seemed like he might have been having a long day, but I made a comment about his tattoo -- something easily recognizable if you live in the Jupiter area -- and he instantly brightened up. We ended up having a great conversation, and the entire interaction turned very positive. He recommended two vehicle options for me. I'm used to driving my Jeep Wrangler, so the rental cars felt tiny in comparison, but everything worked out just fine. The car was clean, drove well, and I had no issues during my short rental. Returning the car the next day was quick and easy on my end, although the location was much busier inside -- which made me even more grateful that my experience the night before had been smooth and stress-free.
