When I call to discuss my rent rate they say it's due to market rates. Which is crazy because they use low rates to bring customers in and once they are moved in the jack up the cost. I've tried to get ahold of the area manager for over 2 weeks and they are "not available" and let me know they will return my call. And yet, no returned call. I've also submitted an inquiry online and no response to that either. Only reason I haven't moved out is because I don't have the man power to move all my stuff all over but as soon as I do I am leaving this facility and never looking back. Don't do business with this company.

Although I was occasionally late, my account was always brought current before I moved out on August 2, 2026. When my movers and I arrived to empty the unit, Carlos yelled at my crew because we hadn't made an appointment and said he needed the carts for another customer. His behavior was unprofessional and upsetting, and it frightened my daughter. After I moved out, he claimed I left the unit "a mess" because one wicker chair remained and tried to charge me a cleaning fee. I disagreed because I did not believe the unit was left in a condition that justified such a charge. I was also unhappy that late notices were sent to my employer's address, which I did not expect. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this facility. I suggest looking at other storage companies, such as Extra Space Storage, before renting here.

I had decided to give them another chance, as they corrected the mistake and appeared to be sincere. I am happy to state they kept their word and had my RV hooked up to electricity, and when we picked up the RV, it was good to go. It was a great experience. I also want to mention that the place is always clean. There is no debris or trash anywhere. If you store it outside, it is protected by a high voltage fence for added security.

I am continually being mistreated by management at this facility. He will not return emails…read morerequesting assistance nor will he do anything to help when I walk in the office. I tried to link my accounts into the app they make you use but then dont assist any further instead he tells me they don't do that and haven't done it for a year. When using the app it says go into the office to ask for assistance. I called customer service and they said I'd have to go into the office. This is the kind of run around I get just to access my account. Yet he had no issue sending me an email to tell me my card on file expires in a month or my bill is past due by a day or no problem taking money from the card on file when I did not set up autopay (since I still can't even access the account) just so he can charge me an extra $50 for staying 15 minutes past 8pm. I am still having issues with what I was told at sign up 3 months ago and what is actually allowed at this facility. I would avoid this place at all cost! It's going to cost me an extra 1k due to there lack of concern and lies for their customers. I have no idea if the owner is telling management to breach the contract or if management is being petty on their own without the owner knowing since I haven't heard from him yet either.
