Sorry...but my experience was much different than the other reviews. Maybe it was just the crew I got but they left a LOT to be desired (and cleaned !!) They arrived on-time and I showed them around at what I wanted to have done. I specifically told them that there had been some renovation work done in my condo and I wanted a very good dusting of everything because I had guests coming to stay with me. Because I wanted the place to be really clean, I paid extra for the "deep cleaning" and the "move in / move out"...which according to their website would have them "pay more attention to details (make your home look brand new)".......I seem to remember my place looking much differently when I moved in ! I wanted to stay out of their way so I went out and ran some errands. When I returned about 90 minutes later they said they were just finishing up. One of the ladies walked me around a few places and showed me the work she had done (primarily in the living room and back bedroom). I could also tell they had cleaned the kitchen area and stove. What I saw looked fine and I made the mistake of assuming that the rest of the place had received the same amount of attention...boy was I wrong. Apparently the lady showed me the only places they did pay any attention to. After they left I found many places that had not been dusted at all (primarily picture frames on walls and objects that were on shelves). What really got to me was that I also found several areas where they had basically wiped down the front "easy to reach" places on shelves but made absolutely no effort to pick up items and dust under them, or even dust between items....just a quick swipe along the front of the shelf and that was it. I also found the guest bathroom mirror was wiped down, but that streaks remained all over the mirror (almost like they had used dirty water or something to clean it). In addition, the master bath shower door looked like had been sprayed with some kind of cleaning solution but no effort had been made to clean it off of the parts of the door that were close to the floor. One whole corner of the master bedroom wasn't touched. Admittedly I had 5 or 6 rolled up posters in the corner and I did not move them out of the way. I guess I just expected that they would be moved by the crew.....but there were no instructions or guidelines provided to me prior to the crew getting there that I needed to move any objects that were in the way of areas I would like to have cleaned. Yes...I can be faulted for not looking at everything in fine detail before the cleaning crew left. I made the bad assumption that my whole place was cleaned as well as the areas I was specifically shown. Lesson learned.

A crew of two arrived at the appointed time. When my husband made the appointment, he specified a 'move out' cleaning, and I personally stressed to the crew the windows, baseboards needed extra attention. I took for granted that when they arrived, they would know what they were supposed to clean, but in actuality, they diid not. It seemed they did a cursory wipe down of surfaces, most cabinets, and then mopped the bedroom and living room floors. The blinds were cleaned, but not all the windows. We still found dirty/dusty areas in the bathrooms and closets, and certaIn cabinet doors weren't even touched. They also didn't touch the kitchen floor, the stove, or the fridge. My husband reached out to the owner, Phil H via email, regarding the lack of attention to detail. Phil thanked my husband for emailing and not leaving a bad review, and assured my husband the work done by the team would be of no charge to us. BUT, we were still charged $351 - without any warning or further discussion with Phil. Another email was sent to Phil inquiring about this charge. Phil stated that the charge is just based on hours worked and the charge would have been higher had the crew stayed longer and been more attentive to the cleaning. Since the team was not attentive, we will be given a $25 credit. **If anyone requires the emails for proof, I'll gladly post them on Yelp.

They took photos before starting and then used that to move all of our furniture back into position after they were done - some other companies said I'd have to move all the furniture myself in advance. Arm chairs from Arhaus costing $600 a piece now with loose fabric, a new sofa from Arhaus just 8 months old, 12k loose threads, didn't dry for over a day and chemical smell, color transfer on throw pillows, stain on carpet. Absolutely do not hire this company, they were not apologetic and told me that's just the way it was and former stains popped to the surface, so ludicrous. Tried many different cleaners. BJ cleaning was very thorough and cleaned in places the others…read moredidn't. We are going to keep using them for the long term. The main reason is they were very accommodating with our work schedule and that is wonderful. Secondly, we desperately need our apartment cleaned as I am allergic to our dog. BJ Cleaning did such a great job that we didn't see any dog hair anywhere where they cleaned. Lastly, the team spoke English... which is needed as my wife only speaks that language. Highly recommend.
