After replacing it and still having issues, the team didn't stop there -- they came out with another battery to try, and when that didn't solve it, they quickly pivoted and realized the car itself might be dead. Without hesitation, they sent another employee out with jumper cables and jump-started my car roadside. That level of responsiveness and problem-solving is rare. Huge shoutout to Will and his manager Josh for acting quickly, professionally, and with a genuine focus on getting the issue resolved. The only challenge I had was getting familiar with all the controls, the radio, Bluetooth connection, mirrors, and headlights, since it was a brand-new 2025 model and I hadn't rented a car since 2019. On a busy Saturday, right before they closed, we were in an SUV within an hour (timed from the call to the 800 line and preparation and pickup). We appreciated the veterans discount and the kind words from the 800 line operator. She was a pleasure to deal with and she found us a SUV that met our needs. When I picked up and then dropped off the next day, I became very impressed by the service and professionalism shown by Mac. The price was fair with unlimited mileage overnight and an immaculate SUV. We have used a different Enterprise near our car repair shop (3029 N. Kedzie) and our experience there was excellent as well.
