After replacing it and still having issues, the team didn't stop there -- they came out with another battery to try, and when that didn't solve it, they quickly pivoted and realized the car itself might be dead. Without hesitation, they sent another employee out with jumper cables and jump-started my car roadside. That level of responsiveness and problem-solving is rare. No one told me they were closed and I had to keep the car an extra day, or pay one-way rental fees for returning it to another location. But Rose helped me out immensely by letting me park the truck out on the street in front of the business over the weekend. My experience was nothing like the low rated reviews here. But I understand moving is stressful, and when there's stress, mistakes and miscommunications happen, so maybe that explains other peoples' experiences. We finally tried Enterprise, since we were again renting a car from them. We were lucky enough to talk to Johnathan when we first got there. He was knowledgeable as to their stock and showed us three SUV's that had all we wanted but were reasonably priced. I thought they were all great looking cars, clean and well maintained and relatively low mileage for rental cars. We took a test drive in the one that I liked. We couldn't decide so we thought we would come back another day. We went to lunch and over lunch we picked the one we liked the best and then went right back to purchase the vehicle. The process was not only no hassle but the car was exactly what we wanted. This was to be a vehicle for me and I had had leather seats and loved them. Guess what? Enterprise can re-cover the seats! We were able to get heated leather seats and Lo Jack installed. Also we have a free 3 month subscription of Sirius XM. We had to wait a few days but it wasn't long. We didn't finance the car so I can't say how well that goes but our purchase experience was the easiest and most enjoyable. Isaac made the paper work go smoothly. I would recommend Enterprise Car Sales for good customer service as well as a large selection of newer cars at really good prices. The whole experience was easy and actually enjoyable. We love our 2017 Jeep Cherokee and I wish we could have purchased all three of the vehicles we looked at but I have to wait until we win the lottery.

We hoped maybe they could fill it in and paint it over to at least make it look ok. Great service: they gave me an appointment time, and Derek was standing with me looking at the car within 5 minutes of my arrival. Honesty & integrity: he said "let me get the paint off to see how bad it is". He came back with a solution, rubbed the spot, and it wasn't a gouge at all. It was gone. I offered to pay him for the clean up (feeling a little silly to be honest) but he said no problem! I honestly do not understand how this business has received so many positive reviews based on my personal experience. The high ratings make me question how accurately they reflect the customer service and quality of repairs. My vehicle still has the same noise issue that I originally reported, along with several other problems that were never properly addressed. I have tried contacting Liz multiple times, but she has not responded. What is especially frustrating is that communication seemed to stop after the insurance payment was received. I trusted this business to repair my vehicle professionally, but instead, I have been left with unresolved problems and no meaningful follow-up. I cannot speak for other customers or the authenticity of their reviews, but my experience has been completely different from what the high ratings suggest. I strongly encourage potential customers to be cautious, carefully inspect their vehicles after repairs, and make sure all issues are resolved before considering the job complete. I wish I could give zero stars. I would not recommend B&L Automotive based on my experience.
