I feel like 5 stars just isn't enough. This place is amazing! I called same day to book a couples massage. The gentleman told me he could totally get us in at my desired time (1:30 p.m.). The location is in a great area in Buckhead right across the street from shopping areas. Peking is in a parking garage behind the building and it is $3 per hour for the first I think 3 hours and it increases from there. While it may seem like a good idea to park in the shopping lot across the street, I don't recommend, I hear they monitor the lot pretty heavily. Back to the spa. When we walk in the music is lightly playing and it smelled amazing. I immediately was relaxed just stepping in there. We were greeted very warmly and the receptionist acted like they were genuinely happy that we were there for our appointment. We completed paperwork and immediately went to the room for the massage. I won't go into too many details but I'll just say, it is a really great experience. I have gone to many places but this one hands down is the best I have experienced. My BF and I went here for a relaxing couples massage and that's exactly what we got! The massage therapist were great! The room was soothing for sure but a little small. They were very warm and welcoming, giving us candy and snacks. It's definitely a great massage and I'll be back but it's expensive running around $180 not including tip. Also parking can get tricky and sometimes you have to pay. It's also located inside a residential building and can be a little hard to find but call them bc they will help guide you! Took my boyfriend here for a couples massage. After searching reviews and pricing around town, buckhead grand spa seemed to be the best option. Supposedly the mandarin oriental and the st. Regis spas are the best, but they are 2-5x the price of buckhead grand. Overall, we had a good experience. Got the 1 hour long hot stone massage, cost was $250+tip. Jasmine did my massage and I felt great afterwards. My boyfriend really enjoyed his therapist as well. After we met our therapists, he said, "why do I get the small one?" I don't remember her name, but he said she had a lot of strength and he even had to ask her to lighten up. Would only give my experience 3.5 stars for a couple of reasons. First, the place is kind of hard to find. It's in the lobby of the buckhead grand condominiums, and there is no sign. I've also been told that parking is a pain, so we just took a Lyft. Also, I have never felt so greasy after a massage. I came out and my hair was soaked in massage oil and looked disgusting. And while they did have a shower in the massage room, it wasn't in use. read more

Wow! My clear and glowing skin is a testament to the awesomeness and serious expertise at Buckhead Grand Spa! I've visited many medspas and skincare clinics around town and no doubt this is the best. Through the door, I was greeted, given nuts and chocolate and completed a brief skin analysis. Thankfully, there's no extreme waiver stating the company is not responsible for incompetent employees ruining the skin. The treatment was so peaceful and thorough! I appreciate the esthetician using a timer since I've had incidents elsewhere with my treatments ending before the booked and paid time. The temperature was just right, the soft music, and cozy table... I napped during half the facial. Products used contain active ingredients so you can feel and see an immediate difference. My pores never looked better, and my face never felt cleaner. I felt like a queen during the process and finished feeling like a diva. The prices aren't terrible, so I'm certainly saving $ to visit when recommended. Buckhead Grand Spa is officially my home beauty care spot. read more

I came to this spa for a self care day because my colleagues got me a $400 gift card for my work anniversary. My first impression was that it was small but the employees were kind. Before I went I called ahead to make an appointment. No one answered, but I left a voicemail and they called me back. That was nice. I settled on getting a body scrub, a massage and a facial. The services were ok. Connecting with the employees were my favorite part. However, the prices on their site are wrong. I attempted to budget the gift card but I was over my limit, so I missed out on getting one of services. I do know how to count by the way. Lol. I didn't like that. Put the correct prices on your site. In the end, I felt relaxed but the lady who did my services tried really hard to sell me products in the end. Instead of asking if I was interested in seeing them, she took it upon herself to guide me to the product shelf instead of seeing me on my way. I didn't like that. Overall, I probably wouldn't go back or recommend. It was a decent experience though. read more

I really enjoyed my visit to BGS. My parents gave me a gift certificate for a prenatal massage and I couldn't wait to use it. The rooms are small and intimate and my massage therapist was nice, friendly, and made me feel super comfortable. I have had prenatal massages that ended up being more stressful than relaxing and I'm so glad I got the chance to get a massage from Buckhead Grand Spa. They do it right! I think I dozed off a couple of times. I will be back! Only set-back is the parking as it's not free, difficult to get to, and inconvenient overall. I'd almost rather Uber there next time, it'll be about the same price as parking anyway and I'd get dropped right at the front door! read more

I have to admit that Natalie gives one of the best massages I've ever had in my life. She was recommended to me after I had a baby because I had extreme neck, shoulder and overall body aches that were so bad I couldn't function. She is so wonderful that now I see her about once a month for a massage and it's always amazing. She has a true talent! I will be trying a facial next month and have no doubt it will be wonderful. I give the massage itself 5 stars however I gave 4 stars for the review because the parking is a major pain. I used to sneak and park in front of the church but recently a rude security guard ran after me so now I have to park in the garage which is $6 and walk. I don't mind walking now but wouldn't be able to book after work appts in the winter when it gets dark early because I wouldn't feel comfortable walking there at night. The worst experience I ever had at a spa, the facial was absolute torture and the massage was worst than my 5-year-old nephew would have done, I have a hard time either person is trained and licensed. My masseuse was amazing. But the receptionist was extremely rude to me. I was admittedly late to my appointment, Which I apologized profusely for upon arrival. But the arrival time was unclear to me. One person had told me 5:15 while another told me 5:30. My massage was cut 15 minutes short, which is understandable, but I was still charged for the full hour, which I didn't understand and didn't think was reasonable. I tried to have a calm conversation with the receptionist about it, but she kept interrupting me to say "well you were late." She said that about 4 times. I could barely get a word out. I work in customer service so I know that there is a much more reasonable and kinder way to treat customers. You don't need to be rude. I want to come back here because I love my masseuse, but I don't want to be treated like that again, so I probably won't. read more

I was experiencing tremendous pain in my left shoulder muscle due to high stress over a long period of time and when I couldn't manage it on my own any longer, I called the Grand to see if they could work me in for a massage. I had been to them once before for a facial and was thrilled with the outcome! They told me to come right away, so I did. Milda was assigned to take care of me. She questioned me about the issue and pinpointed the stressed area immediately! Her treatment was amazing and I left with no soreness but instead, REAL relief! The next day, I never felt anything but refreshed and the pain was gone. I never expected an outcome as drastic as this one in only one treatment! I've tried a few spas in Atlanta, but this was by far the best massage I've had. I received a gift certificate for Christmas from my brother who lives out of town so he did a lot of research to figure out where to send me. He did a good job! First tip... park in the parking lot with Bed Bath & Beyond for free (but I was warned to make sure a parking person doesn't see me walk the other direction). The garage attached to the Buckhead Grand will charge you. I was very politely greeted and filled out the necessary forms. My wait was not long and the ambiance in the waiting area was nice. My massage therapist was Latissue and I had an amazing 90 minute Swedish massage. She made sure the amount of pressure was right and politely asked if I was ok a few times during the massage. There was nothing super fancy about the spa, but they had soothing music, the right lighting, everything was very clean and orderly, and Latissue did a great job. I definitely recommend this to others and hope to go back soon! read more

After pulling my back at the gym, I came to yelp land looking for a good massage that was near me and ended up choosing this place. The appointment was easy to set up and the man who answered the phone was able to get me in the same day. The place is somewhat difficult to find. I drove around in circles trying to find it because my gps kept taking me all over Lenox. To save you the trouble, it is essentially across the street (Tower pl) from the shopping center where On The Border, Ulta, post office, Old navy, ect are. Anyway, the inside was very clean with tranquil music playing in the background. I was greeted promptly and filled out the usual form before my appointment with Latissue. I chose to have the deep tissue massage and Latissue was able to give solid firm pressure on me which isn't easy. By the time my hour was up, all my tension was gone. I was still a tiny bit sore, but it was nothing compared to how achy my back was when I came in (the tightness spread to where I couldn't turn my head to the left without sharp pain). When jonesing for a facial earlier this year, I decided to try Buckhead Grand Spa (BGS) because the place had endless glowing reviews on the Internet. It's therefore bizarre I'm the first to review the spa on Yelp. My therapist was Daiva, who personally came very highly recommended by the Internet. Everything about the facial was great. The exfoliation scrubbing tool she used was intense and really did the job. She is awesome at extractions. Daiva even gave me a sample brow wax! My skin glowed afterwards, you name it. The Internet was right! I truly respect Daiva's gracious demeanor. She treats you as a host should treat her guests. We even had a talk about starting her own business and how she has used her training to make her family's dreams possible, which was neat. Unrelatedly, I've had a bunch of facials and I usually get harangued on account of my desire to use only cleanser, moisturizer, sunscreen, and mascara on my skin. While Daiva did recommend products, she didn't chastise me or try to guilt me into spending more, which I deeply appreciate. What the Internet did not mention is that BGS's facility isn't of the huge, complex-type approach. I got my facial in a room directly off of the lobby. Do they have other treatment rooms? I'm not sure, but I don't have the sense that BGS offers the glitzy cloister-type experience, where you can spend entire days at the spa. I'm kind of big on that, so I'll try 29 Spa next (at least until Exhale Atlanta opens). But for sheer results and attentive service, Daiva is awesome. read more

Not really sure why this place has such below average reviews. For me this was easily a 5 star rating from top down. I booked this via phone call as I'm from Miami and was only coming into town for the weekend. I saw on their website that they had a great deal and welcoming area for variety of massages. Customer service through the phone was absolutely phenomenal and they answered every question of mine. Not only did they confirm the appointment 24 hours before but while I was on the way, they called me to make sure I knew how to get to the Spa and find it. I really appreciate their time and efforts. Massages were pretty amazing. Not mind-blowing out of this world, but I truly do believe that it takes time to find that right masseuse who can do you like no other. But for a drop in while on vacation, I was extremely pleased! The room was very comforting and relaxing. The man and woman working the front desk were so very sweet and nice. Had bottles of water waiting as soon as I walked out of the room. Only two slight things that I wish were different was that, 1. I wish the shower worked so that I could quickly rinse off. I personally don't think the oily feeling after the massage. But that's just my personal preference. 2. Was there construction going on somewhere in the building? Sometimes it would kill my vibe but not enough to ruin my entire experience. Heard quite a few loud metal clanging. So maybe a disclaimer would have been nice when I booked the reservation just in case. To start please let me thank Buckhead Grand spa for being accommodating to squeeze us in at the last minute. It was a surprise for my wife and we ended up having the absolute best experience. The spa is located in the lobby of a beautiful glass, high-rise condominium building.  Finding it was a bit tricky as there is a lot going on this area, but nothing to be overly concerned with. When we arrived, they greeted us at the door, took care of our jackets, offered us refreshments and snacks while we filled out the paperwork.  Next we were taken to the couple's room, and had our massages there.  My wife opted for the Swedish massage and I had the deep tissue.  I really enjoyed my massage, it was firm and the masseuse hit the areas we discussed prior to the massage.  My wife, loved hers as well because in the middle of her massage she looked at me and said "babe, this is the BEST".  She was so relaxed that she may have fallen asleep towards the end of it...  "Score one for the husband".  My wife also enjoyed a facial after the massage while I hung around in the waiting area.  I don't know much about facials but she said loved it as well.  "Score two for the husband!" The reason I am writing this review is because I was very happy how the day turned out.  When I first called them, I was not sure about what services I should book for my wife because I was new to this.  They were helpful in explaining what they offered, gave me recommendations and didn't really push anything.  I took their advice, and came out very happy.  We will be retuning to this spa again and again. read more

I received a facial from Daiva and felt very relaxed through out the entire process. She listened to my needs and identified the problem areas I was having. I have had facials before and I have tended to associate it with pain, it was quite a pleasant surprise for it not to be. I noticed an immediate difference in my nose and eyebrow area. My favorite part was probably the salt water steam spray, it was very relaxing and I actually fell asleep. I would recommend this to friends and family. Jasmine gave me a deep tissue massage here as well. I am a runner and my back tends to get very knotted up. I have never felt so good the next day in my life. Aaron is professional and courteous on the phone as I think I called maybe 3 times to ask questions and directions. Each time so gracious. 2. Davia (pronounced dive uh) has training in Europe and US and her techniques, attention to the details, and extra touches are what made my peel/facial so great. 3. Latisha my therapist hit all knots and worked more on areas we discussed. Her pace, techniques and flow were perfect; the best part is she has a huge heart and really cares and enjoys helping people. Having my own Therapy business for 8 years my best guess is that the negative reviews on here are from 2 kinds of people: Competing spas in the area trying to steal customers OR people that just want to complain about paying for a service. Sixteen years ago I charged $70 for an hour massage-the prices here are as good or actually Lower than the Hotels or Spas I've been to recently.
