I enjoyed my dinner here. I had the pretzel bits with the beer cheese. Those were pretty good. I also had the buffet which was good. Salad was fresh. Some of the pizzas were the specialty pizzas on the menu and that was a nice way to try them without having to get a full one. I enjoyed the cheese bread, cinnamon twists, BLT pizza, and the cheeseburger pizza. My server was fantastic. Kept my drink full! read more

Stopped here while in the area. Had a pepperoni pizza and it was great. Good sauce snd lots of cheese snd pepperoni. Also had s side of ranch dressing to dip crust. It was soooo good. Staff was nice, service was fast. Very clean facilities. read more

The pizza buffet had salads, pizzas, breadsticks, etc. it was kept well supplied and the pizza was good! I had the calzone and the crust was crisp and the toppings plentiful. More importantly, the staff went out of their way to make sure you were taken care of. The restaurant was clean, the manager was like a cheerleader to her employees and patrons. The people are really nice and my kids enjoyed the food, but if you have health issues and need swap out for something they won't do it. I asked for the chicken Alfredo meal that comes w a big salad. I asked if I could swap the salad because I can only have foods approved on a soft food diet, but the manager said no. The absolute best pizza I can find anywhere. It's so hard to find pizza anywhere that lives up to the flavor and perfection of a Buccillii's Pizza. It's just impossible to replicate this pizza. Always perfectly and quickly made and hot out of the oven in the time stated. read more

Their pizza is pretty good, but what I keep coming back for are the steak and cheese subs. I don't know what they use for seasoning, but it's out of this world. My kids absolutely adore their baked pasta dishes, too. The variety in their menu is especially great for my family because my husband has GERD and can't eat pizza. If we're in the mood for pizza, there is plenty on the menu for him to choose from that won't give him an awful stomachache. Seriously. Try the steak and cheese. read more

Buccilli's never fails! I've been hear a couple time and every time is as good as the last. Highly recommend the buffet. Pretty sure is like $10 all you can eat. EXCELLENT 'za and PHENOMENAL service! I am a bit of a pizza snob (not proud of it. It's just fact at this point), and have a particular palate when it comes to good pizza. I also take note to how my body responds to pizza. If an establishment uses cheap, lesser quality ingredients, I know. I haven't lived in Michigan long, but I do know one thing....Buccillis is the best pizza that I have tried in the last 3 years. Great quality, good cheese-sauce-bread ratio, excellent flavor. I am all around pleased with not only the food, but also the amazing hospitality your establishment showed to our large family. THANK YOU for putting my pregnant mind at ease! These cravings were killing me. Now I just have to contend with the cravings that are persistent in disallowing me to forget how much I enjoyed your pies! Bucillie's is an awesome local pizza place. They have a lunch pizza buffet that includes salad bar, pizza, and dessert for a very reasonable price. They also have yummy pizza, and deals with reasonable prices. Today for the first time I tried the build your own Stromboli. I got mine with mozzarella cheese, pineapple, ham, bacon, jalapeno and onion, and it comes topped with garlic butter and parmesan cheese. They did not skimp with the toppings, and had great customer service. It comes with a side of pizza sauce or ranch. It's deffiently worth it, and they offer local delivery for a very reasonable price. Overall a very yummy pizza place I would recomend for lunch and dinner! read more

Decent spot on route home from up north. Pizza is ok to good range. Sub was better than the pizza. Very friendly staff. I'd stop here again on the way home but defiantly not in the 4 to 5 star "craving or looking forward to this place" range. More like "I'm hungry and this works." We stopped here on our way to Traverse City; it's right off 127 in Clare. Buccilli's is a small and diner-ish restaurant, but very clean (including the bathrooms). Service was excellent. We came 45 minutes before closing and our server was so accommodating; she changed up the kids' pasta from spaghetti and marinara to penne and pesto (with one big, wonderfully herbed meatball in the middle of the plate). My husband got penne with marinara and said it was just okay. His side salad was big and fresh, but mostly lettuce. The salad had grated cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes and croutons. The pasta entrees also came with garlic bread, which was big and crusty and saturated with salty garlic butter. I, however, got a small veggie delight pizza and added Canadian bacon and extra sauce. I haven't had pizza that sublime since I went to Rome! It was amazing! The texture... crispy, chewy crust, delicious sauce, lots of toppings... My only complaint was - wait for it - there was almost TOO much cheese. It overwhelmed the other flavors a bit, but the extra sauce helped. It's not a fancy place, but wow, that pizza is legendary! read more

Came in Friday evening at 5:30 and it was pretty busy but we got a table right off.. I think I'm still thinking Phoenix when Fridays nights you wait for at least an hour for a table at any restaurant! Service was very friendly and she was quick with drinks. Unfortunately they don't serve alcohol so no beer and pizza and I don't like Pepsi so it was iced tea for me. The pizza is average, I've had better at other places. The salad bar was fresh and plenty of offerings. They seem to do a lot of take out because we were right next to that window and there always seemed to be someone there. If the pizza were spectacular I'd go back but it wasn't so I won't. read more

First time stopping to this Buccillis after stopping to another one several times over the years. Staff was very friendly and dressed in black dress shirts with a tie. This place was not that busy for dine in but the to go orders were busy. Unlike the other Buccilli I have ate at this one was much cheaper. When asked if it was the same owner the answer was NO but the same family. It was however the same recipe and excellent pizza. This was worth the stop. I know we will be back. read more

Simply the best. Period. The pizza by which I judge all others. I live in Alaska now but recently went back and demanded my dad take me and the kids for pizza. We had the buffet - we went wild. They made what we asked for and we even got to ogle some young Amish boys who came in for a Saturday night meal (wonder if their dad knew where they went with the horse and buggy??!! LOL). This is the place where I learned to make pizza from 25 years ago for a party store in nearby Farwell.They were affiliated with it for a few months or so, before opening their own Farwell location, which I hear is equally good. Crispy, thicker crust with bubbles on the crust...sweet sauce and lots of cheese layered correctly so that the crust and vegies get cooked just right. They market themeselves as the hometown pizza place and that certainly seems to be the case. There are at least five other pizza places in this small town, most if not all are chains or franchises. The food is pretty standard, but if you're looking for a stop during a long drive it's a nice break from the burger joints. The buffet is really "what everybody does," and while I'm certain all the items on the salad bar are straight off the GFS or Cysco truck, it's still nice to be able to put together your own salad. The pizza is not memorable, but "memorable" cuisine could be a bad thing in this type of setting, so no points lost there. The decor is simple and the place is clean- I need to mention that they have nice lighting - not a flourescent bulb to be seen, a nice bit of relief for road-weary eyes. The staff is friendly and mostly stays out of the way of the buffet crowd. We're at that moment in our meal when our server could have started hinting for us to leave by instructing us about how to pay the bill, but instead she just came by and let us know that there are fresh pizzas in the oven destined for the buffet. Stopped in around 3:30. Hostess went to the table next to us talked about their bill. Didn't acknowledge us. Waitress was taking food to a table came out 3-4 times didn't say anything. No menus, no hello, nothing. Then came back to bus the table behind us, that's when we decided to leave. There were plenty of tables open, not sure why Hudson that table was a priority. Anyway, Buccilli's tastes like what you *thought* P----H--tastes like when you were a wee one. So it's good in a very Midwestern, 80's-style pizza way. We definitely always get some when we are in town! We usually get the supreme, which is crammed with big, chunky toppings and supported by a crispy, puffy crust. A few years back, they catered our very casual rehearsal dinner, and guests coming from bigger food cities were very happy with the pizza. My wife and I stopped here twice in as many months, both times after having car trouble (same damn car, too). The Yelp reviews are what got us to give it a try. It's nice enough inside, clean and open, nothing too fancy. Seems like most get the buffet which is what we did both times we ate here. The salad bar is decent, as is the pizza. Like Pizza Hut, Little Ceasers, Papa Johns? Then you'll like Bucilli's pizza, too. I do like that it's different enough I won't confuse it with any of those others. And our waitress Rachel was awesome! Very upbeat and attentive. From what I saw the staff was always active, whether it was replenishing the buffet or waiting on customers. The lowdown is this: good pizza at a good value and a very good waitstaff to boot. We always stop at Clare for Cops & Donuts donuts when we pass through but now we'll be stopping for pizza, too. read more

These guys are a joke! Last time we ordered 2 large pizzas and and they made the BLT pizza wrong and had the nerve to explain to us it was made how Clare store makes it even though we were specific about not wanting pizza sauce on it. So even they were a jerk about it they remade it correctly and WE had to drive all the way back to pick it up. Seems like when they screw it up and treat you like a idiot they would deliver it and by the time we hot back the other pizza was cold. Kudos Bucillies for an awesome experience. Amazing pizza!! I got the pizza and salad buffet, tons of pizzas and fresh salad, and soup! I was extremely impressed. The crust of the pizza was perfect and the toppings were great! My boyfriend also got a sub and said it was the best sub he's had. For our dinner out we paid less than $20 (buffet, sub, bowl soup, and drinks) Our waitress was so sweet, and catered to all of our needs perfectly! Definitely would recommend! 10/10 read more

The simplest pizzeria you will ever encounter. At Buccilli's less is more. This a good thing. The pizza doesn't compare to the large national brands but the weekend pizza buffet of soup, salad, pasta, breadsticks, deserts, and of course, unique pizzas certainly beats the Cici's buffett. It is a little more expensive, but it is worth it. There certainly isn't any ambiance at this place, but what do you expect? It's Clare! Bucilli's has a couple of other locations in the Central Michigan area, but I have not tried them. I recommend trying the Macaroni & Cheese pizza and the taco pizza. Delicious any day of the week. Except Wednesdays. Just kidding. I'm sure the pizza is good on Wednesdays too. read more
