Made me wait for them to quit talking before they came out. Didn't wash my wheels and my back windshield!

Pretty horrible experience. I used the pressure washer for two minutes and got charged $10. That's pretty ridiculous! Never again.

Untrained pre wash staff. Poor wash quality. Black slimy goop on tires where tire shine was paid for.

This carwash has a payment system that charges your bank card three times the stated charge. Check your bank statement carefully!

I purchased the $15 wash and feel I accomplished my agenda. This wash doesn't replace a good hand washing in my driveway and definitely isn't meant to be a detail shop quality wash but it did a nice job and I'm feeling much better after visiting this business. There is a great series of pre-soak measures before the powerful wash jets engaged followed by additional paint protection chemicals and finally a spot free rinse and a blow dryer that has ample time if you utilize it correctly. I don't know what else an owner could do to provide a better wash in five minutes or so, if you're looking for a spic n span clean and polished wash get off your butt and hand-wash it yourself or take it to a detail shop for 10x the money - this wash does exactly what it's suppose to do, there are no issues here...

Not sure there is an "undercarriage wash."…read more I paid $8 for an automated carwash to include an undercarriage wash to rinse the salt off my car. I never heard any water hitting my undercarriage. After my wash I drove to the front of the building to watch the next car go through. There are side and lower body jets as you first pull in, but I never saw any instruments nor water spray underneath the car. Would you please post photos of what your undercarriage wash system is? Otherwise a fair wash.

It has grown since then into a franchise that by late 2025, has over 260 spots worldwide. We have never been to this one and I found it fascinating and slightly different from the normal carwash I visit (Caliber Car wash). This location was right off the main road (State Street) just to the west of the interstate entrance. It had an easy to navigate layout for newcomers like me. We were new and drove straight up to the window to pay for a basic wash with an undercarriage rinse. It cost about $9. THe staff was very friendly and pleasant and talked me into the undercarriage rinse which I appreciated. Once you are paid you pull around to the entrance and drive onto a conveyor belt. It is nice because unlike other car washes there are screens at the beginning and end to tell you what to do. It looked very clean (it was a car wash) and very high tech. We did not take advantage of the free vacuums but they looked well maintained. If you're near Bristol, it's a very good place for a car wash.

The attendant took pics and said the manager would contact me. Well...he emailed me and said he could not adjust on the damage because the car wash didn't malfunction. I have a membership, so I use the membership lane, but sometimes people get in that lane when there is an issue with their account, a payment problem, or something else holding things up. When that happens, the line can back up, but I have noticed the employees do their best to fix the problem as quickly as they can. One time, I was behind a customer who was having an issue, and the attendant politely asked if they would mind going around to the non-members lane so they could help fix the issue without holding up the membership line. The customer did not seem happy, but the employee still kept a smile and did not act rude in any way. I also want to say that this location seems short-staffed. The same person who was working check-in was also inside, and later that same person helped me when I asked for new towels. Even with all that going on, they were still trying to help everyone and keep things moving. Overall, I appreciate the hard work at this location. They deserve the 5 stars.

Zips: replace your towels and get a dryer for them, they are pure mildew and mold at every location. Add a spray station for rubber mats, and make the bathrooms not absolutely atrocious. I WISH so badly a new car wash would open on Tunnel Road or north Asheville that has vacuums, because Zips has been horrible for years, and the only reason they're still in business is because they are literally a monopoly. To the owners: you need to stop building new locations and put money into the poorly managed locations you have now.
