I went to the TruShine Car Wash on 2/8/2023 at the Boones Creek location and paid $25 for the Ceramic and after the wash I pulled over to use the vacuum and noticed the whole front of my hood still had black marks and spots all over the hood. I saw the guy who pre-washed the hood and wheels pulling trash bags out and showed him my hood and asked if I could run it through again. He denied my request after I licked my finger and showed how it didn't get cleaned. He suggested I mix white vinegar and water and clean it off myself. I ended up going to the self service place across from Ingles and spent $3 more to clean the spots off; and I didn't need vinegar to do it. My issue was that I didn't ask the guy for money back, just showed him the problem and asked for another run-through to solve the issue. Needless to say, they have gotten the last money from me. read more

Welp $25 down the drain. Definitely not worth it. Could've paid $5 at the self service down the road and did a better job.

I went thru the car wash on 3/14 my Factory GMC emblem was broke off and found by employee at the end of the wash tunnel , when I ask what I needed to do to get this taken care of I was referred to the manager Gary H. who only brushed me off and rudely suggested i fill out a incident report which I did per his words " this would still do no good " when I ask for owner info he said there was no way I was getting that , he has yet to respond to my calls or emails so clearly they could care less about customer service ! Worst management ever here ! Gary stated he would review video and get back in touch it's been 5 days no word at all hoping the owners will be able to see this review and reach out to me . read more

Very deceptive practices to sign customers up for a monthly membership. The district manager was rude and condescending on the phone. He also insulted me by telling me I can't read. Horrible and traumatic experience for me I will never return to this company and I advise everyone to never support this business as long as this district manager Gary H is there. Customers should be treated with respect and not insulted. read more

There are a few parking spaces next to the building and the lot is paved. I walked into the door to the waiting area and waited while the owner finished a phone call. I told him I wanted an estimate on tinting the door windows darker. He said he was rather busy so it would be a couple weeks until he could get to me. I was fine with that so we checked my vehicle. He said I already had the darkest tint allowed on my windows but suggested tinting the windshield would help reduce sunlight into the cabin quite a bit. I was given a decent price and he said the phone call was a cancellation for the next morning so me could squeeze me in if I could get there. When I didn't respond and later blocked him, within just 25 hours, he went back and edited his reply on my review to be even more aggressive. This feels obsessive and unsettling.
