It has grown since then into a franchise that by late 2025, has over 260 spots worldwide. We have never been to this one and I found it fascinating and slightly different from the normal carwash I visit (Caliber Car wash). This location was right off the main road (State Street) just to the west of the interstate entrance. It had an easy to navigate layout for newcomers like me. We were new and drove straight up to the window to pay for a basic wash with an undercarriage rinse. It cost about $9. THe staff was very friendly and pleasant and talked me into the undercarriage rinse which I appreciated. Once you are paid you pull around to the entrance and drive onto a conveyor belt. It is nice because unlike other car washes there are screens at the beginning and end to tell you what to do. It looked very clean (it was a car wash) and very high tech. We did not take advantage of the free vacuums but they looked well maintained. If you're near Bristol, it's a very good place for a car wash.

I saw the guy who pre-washed the hood and wheels pulling trash bags out and showed him my hood and asked if I could run it through again. He denied my request after I licked my finger and showed how it didn't get cleaned. He suggested I mix white vinegar and water and clean it off myself. I ended up going to the self service place across from Ingles and spent $3 more to clean the spots off; and I didn't need vinegar to do it. My issue was that I didn't ask the guy for money back, just showed him the problem and asked for another run-through to solve the issue. Needless to say, they have gotten the last money from me.

The car wash is very inexpensive at $9 and includes the workers rinses the car before entering the wash. The wash was very thorough and removed every bit of dirt, mud and grime that was on the car. The dryer at the end was very powerful and sufficiently dried the car. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the vacuums were included at no cost! Also, they provide a mat cleaner/beater that worked well in getting our floor mats nice and clean as well. Lastly, they even provide window cleaner and rags fro free so that you can clean your interior windows. We would definitely recommend this car wash!

I told her we would get change at car wash I would drop her off at laundry and come back and wash and vacuume my care while she dried her clothes. Owner was there but in his vehicle. Demanded to know if we were using their car wash. I politely said that I was dropping her off at laundry matt 14/ mile away and would be back in 5 mins in which he DEMANDED we use the car wash now. ( already had the $5 bill I had changed out in quarters). Uhhhh DEMAND?? We were in a heated argument then I will never use their car wash again after years of stopping in there. When I declined, he proceeded to harass me verbally for extended period of time, while NOT running my card. I finally grabbed my credit card back, and backed alllll the way out of their long driveway. I just wanted my car washed!! Sheesh So strange. So unprofessional. Sooo NOT ever going back there!
