I'm rating 4/5 stars only because this isn't the best car wash I've been to in my life (others that have exceptionally comfortable seating, magazines or games, computers for use, a small retail shop, etc.) but it's definitely the best car wash in Boone. It's also the only one I'm aware of that does any type of interior cleaning. $30 isn't bad for exterior including underbody, tires, rain and bug repellant, as well as interior door jams, console, mat cleaning, and vacuuming, etc. If you just want the exterior washed, you can do that, too, for only $6. This wash doesn't replace a good hand washing in my driveway and definitely isn't meant to be a detail shop quality wash but it did a nice job and I'm feeling much better after visiting this business. There is a great series of pre-soak measures before the powerful wash jets engaged followed by additional paint protection chemicals and finally a spot free rinse and a blow dryer that has ample time if you utilize it correctly. I don't know what else an owner could do to provide a better wash in five minutes or so, if you're looking for a spic n span clean and polished wash get off your butt and hand-wash it yourself or take it to a detail shop for 10x the money - this wash does exactly what it's suppose to do, there are no issues here...

I never heard any water hitting my undercarriage. After my wash I drove to the front of the building to watch the next car go through. There are side and lower body jets as you first pull in, but I never saw any instruments nor water spray underneath the car. Would you please post photos of what your undercarriage wash system is? Otherwise a fair wash.

It has grown since then into a franchise that by late 2025, has over 260 spots worldwide. We have never been to this one and I found it fascinating and slightly different from the normal carwash I visit (Caliber Car wash). This location was right off the main road (State Street) just to the west of the interstate entrance. It had an easy to navigate layout for newcomers like me. We were new and drove straight up to the window to pay for a basic wash with an undercarriage rinse. It cost about $9. THe staff was very friendly and pleasant and talked me into the undercarriage rinse which I appreciated. Once you are paid you pull around to the entrance and drive onto a conveyor belt. It is nice because unlike other car washes there are screens at the beginning and end to tell you what to do. It looked very clean (it was a car wash) and very high tech. We did not take advantage of the free vacuums but they looked well maintained. If you're near Bristol, it's a very good place for a car wash.

She has had a very difficult time trying to find and hire staff members who are mechanical and work constantly providing clean towels that are rolled up, having a hose that works to clean off the cars and many other mechanical issues with the car wash, and employees who know what their doing etc. Now I'm happy to write: everything has CHANGED! I can not give enough compliments to CURTIS who is always making sure everything is working smoothly from trying to fix a chain in the car wash on a very hot Sunday afternoon, blowing leaves off the premises making sure there enough neatly folded towels etc. They stay open exactly until 7 pm with no excuses. CURTIS is always gives his customers a great smile and he works very hard dedicating himself to make this location #1. TINA had a tremendous amount of pressure in the beginning but she finally has found a great crew. AIDEN is also an exceptionally nice and hardworking employee as well. He brings a car into the wash as he was directing a jet for take off! Love it! Just today I saw that TINA and CURTIS put in a work order to FINALLY get the pavement paved. It was very bad with a huge holes right behind the vacuum station. For 6 years I had to navigate that space and finally the job is Done. Thank You Very Much TINA and CURTIS and anyone else who was instrumental in getting the pavement paved! My car is being cleaned with filled up wax dispensers or better cleaning products because I saw a real difference in the wash quality at the highest tier. All the lights are working now to show the customers what wax is being applied. Also the dryer is working now! Thank You All of You for a job very well done. The attendant taking payment was so polite and helpful and seemed to be working hard. 2 people worked on drying, vacuuming, and cleaning my car taking a reasonable amount of time. When I got into I am not sure what they used on my floor mats but they were slick and my feet were sliding all over the place. This seemed very dangerous to me driving down the road I was extra cautious. I was in hurry to get to an appointment across the street so I didn't check anything til I got there. There were streaks all over my side mirrors and the back fin on my car hadn't even been wiped off. I was a little disappointed and will not go back.
