I have a new car and I'm avoiding my normal car wash spot so that I can avoid scratches from brushes. The touchless wash is definitely not ideal and requires me to still manually get bug guts and grime off my car. Today, after another "meh" round through the touchless - I decided to try the self-serve bay. As I'm spraying the wax treatment on half my car...it turns off. No warning. I had no clue what time limit my membership gave, so I literally had to drive home with wax dripping and wash off in my driveway. Haven't found another touchless in the area, so now I'm faced with my driveway or the inevitable scratches from the other guy. At least I never left the other guy with yellow soapy bubbles flying off my car into the wind. :( read more

I tried the automated wash for a month. I was not happy with it. Just seemed to put water on the car. Not really scrubbing my car and the air dryer wasn't working. It was clean and the individual areas may have been better. read more

Excellent car wash. Machines work great. This was my go-to spot for my touchless automated wash for my new iridescent red Mazda-9. Alas, I happily paid $15, drove into the car wash port, and there was all new equipment WITH brushes. I was trapped into allowing the brushes beat on my new car paint. Yikes. So sad to have lost my favorite touchless car wash. The sign out front still has it listed as touchless. On the hunt for a new car wash. Darn. Machines cleaned my car perfectly though. Great and convenient self serve car wash that accepts credit cards and does not play shady games with minimums. Bays work great with all options available. However do not use the brushes, even with a thorough rinse of the brush and my car, my clear coat was left with many more swirl marks compared to when I started. While the clear coat can be repaired, the time or money spent to repair is not worth the hassle/risk, just avoid using the brush. I will definitely return to suds and shine for quick wash's in the future. read more

There's a new owner who found my review and refunded my $5. If he'll just maintain his car wash and communicate with customers in the future all should be well. The new owners are doing a great job trying to make improvements and keep things working well, which I'm sure isn't easy. It's always busy but I've only had to wait a couple of minutes on one visit. One of the owners was there today when I washed my car. I told him my only complaint was that the automated wash dyer timer was hard to read. He said they are looking for a way to fix that. I used the automated carwash and it was the slowest car wash I've ever been to. It took forever! The most basic wash cost $6. At least when I was there, it didn't break down in the middle of the wash like the others said. read more

This self-wash car wash facility used to be not too bad. I recommend DO NOT go here now! I tried to use the automated wash, paid my $7, and it broke down in the middle of the wash of the truck in front of me. I continually pressed the Refund button with no response, and there are no signs that give a phone number, website, or email address to contact. Poor management! read more

No soap in stall after pushing Soap button. Good thing I had a clean towel to clean off the car. $2 is cheap but a 4 minute rinse.

Di not use this car wash. I used credit card. Went to use high pressure wash and the wand was off the handle. Went to use the prerinse and that was frozen solid. Only device that worked was the suds brush. I pushed a couple buttons and found out I had $30 worth of time. Only used about $10 worth of it. No attendant and the email to contact for help bounced back. I will never go there again. read more

I think this place is really crappy! I went there 2 days ago and for the 3rd damn time I lost money in one of their crappy machines. Not only that but they never wash or clean or exchange out the brush's in the bay. And you know what all thats doing is scratching the pain on your because all the excess grime and dirt and little particals from other cars are left on there to scratch your vehicle. Not only that but they need an attandant on the lot in cas you have an issue so you dont have to send and email and wait for a response. then you have to wait for them to cut you a check for the amount you lost then you have to wait 2 weeks to recieve it and then it costs more to cash it then its worth!!!! I hate this place some of their soaps run out that happened to me one time its just horrible people dont go there! read more

every time I go to Suds and Shine, one or more applications do not work. Today, I went to get some mud off the bottom of my car, the handle for the rinse dispenser was broken and a strong stream of water leaked from the handle. My pants were soaked, my shoes and soaks were soaked and I gave up after less than two minutes. Its obvious the owner of this rip off car wash is not interested in customers because there is no way to contact anyone connected with this outfit. Tired of being ripped off my machines. read more
