Not only did they basically rob me of several dollars due to their equipment I assume malfunctioning. Every time I would switch to brush or rinse it took about a minute for it to switch over. I initially noticed this when I turned it on to rinse my car and it used almost half my time before it started giving me any water at all. Then I noticed when I would switch from one function to another such as going from the rinse to brush it took the same amount of time. Effectively doubling my cost to wash my car. Due to this I noticed a flaw in their tech and I'll gladly share it as you basically stole my money. It cost me 13 to wash my car due to your system. That being said if you turn this car wash on it will keep going on the rinse function for several minutes after the timer runs out if you consistently hold the handle down. I probably wasted a few bucks in water just playing around once I was done since I paid for entertainment. I hope this place burns down in a fire is how annoyed I am with this. I had to wash my tiny little 2 door in sections because of how crappy this was. When I went to use the brush it gave me the bare min soap and then it wouldn't give you any more I had to change the function to get more. This place sucks don't ever go here.

I actually caught myself smiling... it was that satisfying to see her looking that good again. The vacuums here? They actually have real suction (a rare luxury these days), and everything was in excellent working condition. The entire property is clean, well-kept, and thoughtfully set up. Glass, interior cleaner and towels are available, and there's even an air pump on-site in case your tires need a little attention. What stood out most was the honesty and helpfulness of the employees. They really guide you toward what makes sense instead of upselling unnecessarily. That said... knowing my car would likely be redecorated overnight with that lovely Mountain Dew-colored pollen dust, I went with the Deluxe Xpress--which includes a return wash within 4 days. I pumped my gas, then headed over to get a car wash. The young guy explained the various full service options and helped me to select the best one. He even explained the point system to receive free washes with their loyalty program. In the past I've had anxiety about going through the car wash because my wiper blades almost got ripped off. The owner Steve walked up and said on the Lexus you just hold up the gear and it keeps the mist wiper sensor off. He was very confident and convincing. Now I was comfortable proceeding through. I could tell this was some high-tech cleaning machines like no other I had been to. Once the wash was over I proceeded to the full service drying station. The guys vacuumed and cleaned my car like a professional detailing company! I was beyond pleased. I've never received this service at any other car wash! They even asked me to look it over and if anything needed more attention. Wow! All that for only $26! I waited in their comfortable waiting area. Which had tvs and lounge chairs. Not your typical waiting area. I decided to go inside the market and check it out. This was not your average gas station. When I tell you this was the cleanest store I've ever seen. They sold everything from clothing to wine! I took advantage and did a little shopping while there and purchased some soft served ice yogurt with toppings. Y'all it was too good and inexpensive. So I hit up my trusty Yelp app & Sudsy Syds was 5 miles away. Score! On the way to Syds I spot the sign for KBs & I see a guy standing out front. I also spot the bucket & rags--he waves me in! KB to KB?! You know I have to pull in. I'm greeted by the tall drink of water & he tells me 'I'm Miami, let us get your beautiful truck straight!' I say 'of course!' I turn & there is also KB himself greeting me. He tells me to have a seat & watch the magic. I do! KB & Miami break out a pressure washer & cleans my Jeep better than when I picked it up off the lot! They detail like no one's business & also gives me an oration of the history of the area I'll never forget. I ended up spending three hours with them! KB is a staple & a rollicking great time. He knows it all & his laugh could part the heavens. Miami was funny too. We all agreed that I would come back before KB was outta commission for a while & before Miami went back to Florida.
