I waited about 25 minutes but it's because it was really busy. When your car is ready one of the employees comes in and calls for you. They walk you to your car and asks you to check and be sure you are happy with the job. They are super nice. I will be back.

Today, after another "meh" round through the touchless - I decided to try the self-serve bay. As I'm spraying the wax treatment on half my car...it turns off. No warning. I had no clue what time limit my membership gave, so I literally had to drive home with wax dripping and wash off in my driveway. Haven't found another touchless in the area, so now I'm faced with my driveway or the inevitable scratches from the other guy. At least I never left the other guy with yellow soapy bubbles flying off my car into the wind. :(

This was supposed to be a simple tint job on our beach car, but it turned into one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had--especially since moving to the area. From the moment I dropped off the vehicle, Chris (the tech) was visibly on edge: drenched in sweat, talking a mile a minute, and already rude. When an issue came up with the rear window, instead of communicating clearly or explaining, he immediately became defensive and started backtracking. When we returned to pick up the car, things escalated badly. Chris completely lost it. He threw window tint film at us, repeatedly approached us aggressively, screamed obscenities, and yelled things like "I used to be a Marine--you don't know who you're f***ing with" directly at my wife. He kept closing the distance on her despite multiple people telling him to back off, and only retreated inside after being confronted repeatedly. Even as we were driving away, he was still yelling from the doorway. I contacted Mike (the owner) immediately. Instead of addressing the assaultive and threatening behavior, releasing any security footage, he brushed it off as a "misunderstanding" about the tint job and made excuses for Chris. Zero accountability, zero professionalism, and a genuinely unsafe environment. I will never return and strongly advise anyone--especially anyone bringing family--to avoid this place entirely. 0/10

I paid $14 for a car wash with tire shine. The tire shine happened while driving through the car wash and I can't say it was a noticeable tire shine but they looked cleaner. In addition to offering a $7 wash-and-go option, which I believe is likely one of the cheapest options in the area, for a no-frills wash--they also offer free vacuums (which is fairly common) but additionally (and this was the differentiator for me) they have bottles of interior cleaner and glass cleaner with rags that you can use to take your car to the next level while vacuuming your ride. It's an amazing perk, and something that most car washes would charge extra for. So for $7 you can get a basic wash, access to the vacs, and also access to accessories/rags that will take the interior of your car to the next level. Get your car washed here--you won't regret it.
