I have never experienced damage to my vehicle or anything like that. Sometimes I go through 3 times a week, depends on how much road time I have for work, other times its only once per week. After reading some other reviews, I think people are confused on how a carwash works. You will get swirls in your paint no matter where you go, even at home with a hand wash - I wax my car once a quarter and if needed once a year I have the exterior detailed so it looks new. And always line your tires up with the tracks, if you struggle with that as some people might, wait for an attendant or give a gentle honk of the horn so someone can come over and guide you in. Overall, I will continue to visit this location and the one in Rock Hill, fantastic weekly wash for the price.

I visited this location for a car wash and purchased the Premier Wash for approximately $30, which…read moreincludes a tire shine feature. After going through the wash, I noticed that the tire shine was not applied. I immediately spoke with the manager, K'Ron, who informed me that the tire shine equipment was not working and that maintenance was supposed to repair it. When I asked why customers were not being informed before purchasing the Premier Wash that one of its advertised features was unavailable, he stated that they still had to sell the Premier package even though all of the included services could not be provided. He also said there was nothing he could do about it. What was most disappointing was that no effort was made to resolve the issue. I was not offered a partial refund, a discount on a future wash, or any other form of compensation for paying for a service I did not receive. This is more than poor customer service. Customers are being charged for a package that the business knows it cannot fully provide because of broken equipment. At a minimum, customers should be informed before purchasing so they can decide whether they still want that package. Because of this experience, I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and any appropriate consumer protection agencies. I hope the company addresses this issue so future customers receive the services they pay for or are notified when advertised features are unavailable.

Zips Car Wash should be shut down!!!…read more I've been a member for several months and no section of that car wash has worked completely since joining. Today was the worst yet! The brushes started scrubbing my truck before it was ever touched with water. Then, the spinning overhead brush never even came down once I got inside. It was just spinning overhead. I go inside to ask what's going on and their own employees say Zips Car Wash won't send anyone out to fix it. So I ask the employee for a customer service number and was told Zips Car Wash wouldn't do anything but tell me to come back to the store! Be smarter than me and don't ever go there!
