I always clean my own cars due to the fact that they won't clean it the way it should be done and I have heard that autobell does a decent job , the cu service was great but if you are trying to sell a deal and have cu that pay for it and even spend $100 please make sure your employees do there job right!!! read more

I'm 100% sure they stole my gift cards out of my car while detailing it in a dodge challenger because I just bought them and was getting it washed to go to the party and saddens me that this is a establishment that steals during a pandemic and with inflation. The front bumper and grill area still has bugs, they only half vacuumed the interior. When I questioned the manager he said and I quote. "If we work that hard to get your car clean we wouldn't make any money." Rest assured you will NEVER get a dime of my money again. I payed for the super poly. Should be called the super you didn't get your moneys worth sucker. Well I got a call today, from a kid. Obviously zero customer training. When you are greeted with so what's the deal, what went down? I recognized his voice he insisted he wasn't there. Autobell the taco car wash...... after about 2 months worth of salt mud and yuk on my car I finally broke down to have it washed I normally wash it myself but, today the weather was still about 40 and the wind chill and the water would make it a lot colder. I was in Concord NC and I see Auto Bell a Taco Bell looking car wash there was a line of cars I do not know if it was because, the nasty weather has passed for a short time or because, I know of no other car wash in the area the way they washed my car I would think it was the second of the two. So I wait in line reading the products they have and I decided maybe just maybe one 'GOOD" wash will have it clean enough so that the next time it needs it it will be a little warmer plus the wax should allow it to be cleaned easier. I decided on what they call the" managers"special this included a full service wash, under body cleaning wax, tire gloss,that new car smell,and wax and armor -all inside. Price $28.90 as I quickly thought about the price I kept thinking lets see" nearly $30 dollars" even if it took me 3 hours that still would be $10 a hour not bad pay for a job " on the side" So they run it threw their wash with the etc. etc.. so they wave to me come over the car " is finished" I open the door and it was like a 3 year old on crack used a vacuum on the inside.I mean I do not expect every speck of dirt up but, I do think it should be reasonably clean which it was no where close. I called one of the guys over and asked" Are you going to vacuum it?" and point at all the dirt . His reply " they must have been busy at the front of the car wash" Damm busy I would say to pay nearly $30.00 dollars when I could have paid 3 dollars and vacuumed it. So he spends the next 10-15 minutes with the vacuum after that he says " I need to do the tires" Wait I thought they called me over and told me it was done?Just a little quality here people! it would be one thing if I got their "discount wash" but, I got their SUPER WASH seems it was no better than the $6.95 one! please do not go here.... i pay 52 to get my car wash. there were supposed to put armor in and out i got the out part dont but not the inside plus they were supposed to wipe and vacuum the vacuum on top but when u pull the carpet on the side its the same way i have it to the my seats were not vacuum and i stood outside waiting for them to give me my car they never should up, i ask the manager does it take an hr to do a car hes like oh ur car has been done we thought u went to the bathroom ( really). i tried to call but no answer i had to leave because i had to go to work...i feel sick to my stomach knowing i paid so much and got ripped off. read more

I paid for the best package and you can barely tell they did anything on the inside. What a waste of money. I will never come here again. I didn't have time to file an official complaint or wait for them to do a better job as I needed to get to the airport to pick up company. read more

After a long week I did not have time to clean my truck so I decided to pay $23 for someone else to do a better job than me. When I left this place there was still dirt on my floor Matt's and dog hairs on my chair. I've dont a much better job by myself even when it's 10 times more dirty than this. Went to autobell in Concord near downtown today. I got the most expensive armorall package. The outside looks great but after when I got in it just looks like they vacuumed the floor and put some armorall on the doors and front of the car. There is still dust and dirtiness all over the place. Theres also a huge wet stain on the fabric of my door. I asked the attendant if it will dry up and not stain he claimed yes but we will have MAJOR problems if it does not. I've been to autobell several times and it's never done as well as I would. However I work 2 jobs and have 2 kids and never really have the time so I keep coming back. But after today I'm DONE! This was the worst job ever! read more

I go to 2 different Autobell's The one on Church st Never cleans my car. My car is not really dirty just needs a quick vacuum and wipe down but for some reason they don't do it. My last visit I even asked the cashier to please make a note to have them actually clean my car this time. He said of course we will! I get to the car and it doesn't even look like they did anything to it. I said no let's try this again. I waited another 30 minutes! (to wipe a car down) and he came back and said it's ready. It still was not cleaned! I took his rag and cleaned it myself in 5 minutes while he stood there and watched me! Horrible experience! I am done going to this one. I will stick with Concord Mills! They clean my car in 15 minutes and it always looks amazing! read more

We took my car into Autobell and left to go to lunch, when we got back the car wouldn;'t go into gear. Tried to talk to the manager to find out what happened and he simply blew me off! Told me that they couldn't get it into gear and had to push it around the place. I had to have my car towed to a repair shop on a rollback - the Autobell wash monkeys muscled the shifter and broke it. Add to that I realized their car wash machine pulled my passenger mirror off! I would not recommend this place to ANYONE unless you truly don't care about your car and don't mind paying a tow bill!! The staff is far from customer friendly and they obviously don't care. read more

Poor customer service. The store manager was rude and not helpful at all. Our new car's wheels got damaged going through the car wash and they did not want to take any responsibility. Will be taking this up with corporate and will not recommend this store to anyone. read more

These guys really hustle. The thorough hand drying is worth it. I don't normally tip at car washes but I gave this guy $3 on a $7.50 wash.

How can you dry off a white vehicle and not see the dirt still on the car? Streak your windows with the towels they dried your car off with...use to clean and dry your vehicle great. I guess all good things must come to an end. read more

Torn between a 1 and a 2. Very disappointed with the car wash. It was a new work truck. There was no carpeting to vacuum so you would think they could have wiped the dried mud off of the brake pedal, and the coffee spill off of the seat. Maybe that is too much to ask for, but I did pay for interior and exterior wash. There was even dust on the steering column.The front and back bumpers had water spots all over them and still looked dusty. There was a small amount of dried red dirt by the doors where a foot touched it getting out of the car that was still there after the wash. read more

I was turned away from Autobell. My family and I have always had yearly passes for around 15 years or so (spent to date @ $21,000.) Apparently a young boy at the cash register said they had a new policy that when pick up trucks go thru the car wash, everything in the bed of the truck has to be removed. I am a contractor and keep fold up ladders, etc in the bed of my truck and to date have had NO problems at any of the Autobell around Charlotte in which something in the bed of my truck has damaged any of Autobell machines or my vehicle. This is very inconvenient for me and if this your new policy I need to receive a refund for my yearly passes and go elsewhere. read more

I recently went to Auto Bell,and was VERY disappointed.I paid almost 30.00,which was totally ridiculous,and still had a half way clean car.I finally took the rag away from the attendant,and wiped up the inside and the front door,and left.You would think it would be spotless for 30.00,but looked no better than a 3.00 wash.Expensive lesson learned,i will never go back,and spreading the word. read more
