I did the $79 detail and the results were mediocre, especially for that price. They did pretty much…read moreeverything I wanted, but in a very bare minimum sort of way. There were still bits of dirt and spots here and there. Also, everything had been moved, like my seat, rear view and even side view mirrors and EZpass. I have been to places in the past where I did not have to readjust everything, and it's particularly weird that they moved the side mirrors. I don't see why anyone would need to do that, or at least put the EZpass back on the velcro instead of leaving it loose on the dashboard. One other thing that really disturbed me was that my garage door opener was hanging out in between the seat and center console, very close to falling through the dreaded crack where you have to get out of the car and reach under your seat to retrieve something. My interior is all black and so is the garage opener, so I was lucky that I saw it right away when I got into the car. Otherwise I would have had a very hard time finding it if it fell. These are the types of basic things that should never happen if people are using their heads. I don't know how it got there, but that is definitely not where I left it. I will go somewhere else next time I need a detail.

Since you mentioned the vehicle is already in good condition, the first step would be our Standard Detail, priced at $149. If that works for you, please send me your full name, service address, and email, and we'll get everything scheduled in our system" Basically, I received a lower quote, then was informed the price would be higher before even booking. It came across as a bait and switch, and I chose not to proceed. That type of inconsistency raised concerns about transparency and professionalism.
