After five minutes this is what he texted me: "Just to confirm -- to enter our weekly maintenance program ($99), we first need to complete an initial service. Since you mentioned the vehicle is already in good condition, the first step would be our Standard Detail, priced at $149. If that works for you, please send me your full name, service address, and email, and we'll get everything scheduled in our system" Basically, I received a lower quote, then was informed the price would be higher before even booking.
