They also old me 3 different times that it would be ready tomorrow, only to be told each time it would not be ready, and having arranged for someone to take time off work to take me to pick up my truck. I had left SPECIFIC, hand written instructions as to a few things I wanted done which were not done. On the day of the pick up, after driving 30 miles to my ride's house, I was called and told they had lost my keys!!!! Back I go to get the spare set of keys and back 30 miles and then another 20 miles to pick the truck up. On my way there I get a call saying that they found my keys and that they had fallen behind the dash........once there, upon inspection I noticed that the dash had been torn apart and was broken in a couple of different places. Furthermore, the fan, radio, and rear view camera were no longer working. I asked the installer about this, and he told me they did not enter the truck at all and it must be a loose wire. How the heck did you find my keys behind the dash if you didn't enter the truck? The design team did a truly wonderful job, but the workmanship was shoddy at best. I called the manager about this and was offered a $200.00 discount. That does not even come close to the cost of repairs, not to mention the time and gas money. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. They are liars. They tell you what you want to hear to get your business. Shame on you Bob!!!!!

GSF PPF is the "Top of the line" PPF material in the industry. Nothing compares to it. Jason also also upgraded the ceramic from Feynlab V1 to Feynlab V3 on all painted surfaces. Previously he had performed a hybrid application, Feynlab V1 on the doors, the hatch and to the quarter panels and Feynlab V3 to the front bumper, hood and roof. Ceramic was also applied to the wheels and to all exterior glass and plastic trim. Feynlab ceramic is the industry leading ceramic coating, there is none better. If you are considering getting PPF and/or a ceramic coating applied to your vehicle, contact Jason. He will also instruct you on how to care for your vehicle after his work is finished. Don't waste your time and money on sub par work performed by other "Production" shops. They will always overcharge you and they will always cut corners because they want to get you in and out as quickly as possible. I called and checked on the particulars of the offer and was given an extensive amount of information and set up with a appointment for the next day. Upon arriving I was met by a lady named Lisa, who was most informative with the various types of tints available, and it's various pricing. She is quite a knowledgeable individual in this area and has great customer service skills. Their facility is very neat, comfortable with Netflix or Hulu on television you to view while waiting, fresh coffee and other Refreshments to amuse you during your time waiting for your car to be completed. An hour into Indiana Jones on the TV, and my car was ready and it looked great. My only drawback which is not their fault, is waiting 3 to 5 days to crack my windows as I like fresh air flowing into the car while I drive. I highly recommend Liberty tint Solutions as they were quite professional very accommodating to the customers needs while waiting, in the end result is spectacular.
