My first time here and I'm so happy I found this place. I was on my lunch break and was craving something sweet. I stuck to my favorite strawberry banana smoothie with buba. But then I saw their menu and they had so many options. The guy working behind the counter was super friendly and explained my options. Even when he delivered my items to my table he made sure I had everything I need and even came back to check on me a couple of times. I started to feel like I was at an actual restaurant. When leaving he insisted that I leave my trash at the table and he would clean it. I was raised better than that and cleaned up my trash and placed it in the trash can. He must have thanked me 10 times. I will be making this a regular lunch time spot!
Strong tea, crunchy pop corn chicken, and first class service is what you're going to find when you stop by Bubble Tea House. What sets this place apart from all the other boba shops in town? The extremely strong tea and even stronger service. Stopped by one weekday afternoon and there was one other person in front of me. Not bad for a random Tuesday. But as I waited for my order, a steady stream of customers filed in. This shop isn't located in the heart of boba nation but it sure has its devoted clients. One of the main reason is the gentleman running the place. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and very friendly. My usual order at boba shops is milk tea with boba and no extra sugar. When I told him this, he let me know that their tea is very strong and I probably wouldn't enjoy the drink (black tea is their strongest and green tea is their weakest). He walked me through the menu to help me find the best option and I was very thankful for that. I almost ended up with black milk tea with no sugar. Considering I ordered a sea salt green milk tea with no sugar and the tea was already the strongest I have ever had, I am in this man's debt for talking me out of the black tea! I also tried the popcorn chicken and it was delicious. Fresh put of the fryer, well seasoned, juicy on the inside, and just bite sized perfection. Give this place a try, I think you will find something to enjoy.

You know it's a bad start when you're walking in & no one greets you or is at the counter. Finally, someone comes to the front to take my order after waiting for 5 mins, his service was fine. I decided to order their Honeydew cream tea & mango green tea. I asked the cashier if the honeydew had any tea in it & he said yes. Let's just say, I didn't even taste a pinch of it. The drink it self was pretty bad & watered down; it also tasted artificial & pre made. My mango tea was fine, it did have a great amount of tea inside maybe too much because it was very sharp tasting. I also didn't like the presentation of their teas, it looks quite boring. Overall, it was a disappointing experience not sure if I'll be back. I figured I'll give this place a try since I've been to basically every Teahouses in Chinatown, unfortunately it was a let down.
I didn't tip on my walk-in togo order. And they did this to my 9yo daughter's drink cup. "fyu" I don't know what it looks like to you, but to me it's an insult right in my face. Unethical, unbelievably rude and truly awful. That drink was about $6, not cheap by any means for an artificial flavoring and corn syrup mix. And what service did they provide to deserve tips? Handing me the product over the counter that I paid for? It was a young Asian female staff. I'm Asian female as well so no racism here.
Not to be confused with the Bumble Bee House which is where Macauley Culkin died in My Girl. Oh crap did I ruin the movie for you. I'm sorry. I wanted to love this place and it reminds me of The Teahouse in a lot of ways, it's definitely a Vietnamese fruit tea type place - but what I don't like about this place is that both the Boba and the products were lacking something and when I say something I mean everything. Nice service but when the products are this disappointing and watered down and odd tasting it's really hard to say that I will be back. Maybe I will try the Vietnamese coffee next time. Actually, I just realized I already tried it and it was one of the least impressive I had... so I guess I might never return. Sob sob.
I'm what people can call a Bubble Tea addict and this is one of the best place I've been so far in Houston! The owner is so sweet and really nice and I love that we can actually adjust the sugar level in drinks. Other places do too but the drink looses tastes unlike this place. The drinks feel authentic from actual tea and I love it! The drive from Sugar Land is soooo worth it! I'm extremely hard to impress, this place got me speechless.
The tea is a nice aroma from tea leaves not like most places with powder. If you want real Boba tea, this is for you. Meal combo with Udon and drink for $8.50 is a bargain deal.
I'll give 4 stars for the experience and the fact that I will get drinks from them again for sure. They have a very good size to their slushies and I love the popping boba. Service is fast. I'll deduct a point for the cloyingly artificial flavor of one of the slushies but even that one wasn't too too bad. I ordered two passion fruit slushies with strawberry popping boba, a strawberry with strawberry popping boba and a pineapple slushie plain. I've never ordered a pineapple slushie before I don't think but I will more often because it was good and refreshing! The passionfruit slushies (I love passionfruit everything) were perfect- DELICIOUS. Since I had weight loss surgery I can only consume a little at a time so I froze my drinks and the popping boba held up great! The strawberry slushie tasted too artificial. However, I do think many people would like it so, meh. Yes, all four drinks were all for me, lol. I save them in my freezer. The popping boba holds up well.
Cute little boba tea shop that has food also. I haven't been back here in a while and they redecorated since the last time I was here (more than a year ago). There's more seating and still offer wifi for folks who study/work while eating and snacking. Got 2 boba teas and a Hibachi styled fried rice coming up. This is a great place that is really reasonable and I will definitely be coming back when needing to grab food, drinks and get some work done. The man even delivered the rice to the table! Some other places don't have that great of a service! Houston area places are better than the surroundings I think.
I really enjoyed this boba place. The store is located in the corner of the Kroger plaza. The owner was very attentive to his customers compared to any other boba place I've been to. He made sure we enjoyed our drink and food. He definitely made me want to come back again! 10/10 would recommend.
My food was fresh, hot, and delicious! The ambiance is pretty cool too! I hand the spicy friend chicken bites (amazing) loved that it came with fried pieces of basil. The shrimp wonton noodles was good but great after I added a tad bit salt and pepper. The Mangonada was delicious as well. The gentleman at the counter was super nice!

The guy working there was sweet and super patient with my questions. I got the tropical island for something refreshing and it was super fresh. I could taste the real fruit in it and to my surprise was an actual stick of watermelon in there! I also got the popcorn chicken. It was light and fluffy. I was on the way to do some tech work and was looking for a place to grab a bite. Saw a bubble tea house - wasn't thirsty but they happen to have fried calamari "my favorite". Restaurant was clean quiet and quaint. I love that they have spicy levels from 1 to 5 and they're pretty fast with their service as well. read more

Waited 20 min for a rose cream tea there weren't even that many people/orders. They originally gave me the wrong order and had to remake it. The whole place was kind of chaos. I overheard other people's orders were messed up or were not inputted correctly in the system. My drink has an orange tint to it not pink at all and there was no cream on the top. The drink isn't bad but it doesn't even have a rose milk taste and it was still very sweet even though I ordered 75% sugar. Baristas seemed overwhelmed, confused and clueless. read more
Bubble Tea House is located in one of the last places I expected to find one in the Energy Corridor. What a nice surprise. It's bright, cheerful, and has a laid back atmosphere. As the other reviewers noted, you can pick your own level of sugar, which for me is a winning option as I'm not much of a sugar-with-my-tea person. What's also nice is having a choice of large or small pearls. Seriously, you can make the perfect flavor combination here. And the unsweetened peppermint green tea has a flavor punch not for the feint of heart. As with most places, there are at least 10-20 different flavor combinations of juice, smoothies, slurpies, cream, black, and green teas and that's in addition to the jellys/sinkers, coffee, and light snacks. The fish cakes and fish balls delivered to the table next to me looked pretty tasty, but I happily kept sipping my tea and thinking how much I'd miss this place when my visit was over. read more
Customer service is always so nice and great here. Their boba is soft and has a slight chew which is how I like my boba. It's sweet with a slight brown sugar flavor. What I love MOST about this place? When you ask for 50% sugar and less ice....... they actually put less sugar and less ice. A lot of boba places, Especially small local places like this just say ok and then continue putting normal amounts because they don't train their staff well. Not here. They listen to you and take your feed back. My favorites: peppermint green tea, rose milk tea, or almond milk tea. Cleanliness: 4 stars. (They're clean, but not entirely spotless but that's because they've been open a while.) Service: 5 stars. Even when they are training, they are conatantly keeping you updated about your drink and explain why they do this instead of just handing the recipe to the person and expect them to follow. read more

My boyfriend and I tried most of their drinks except coffee and food. Far more tasty than the ones down by Chinatown. It's sometimes a hit n miss with a few drinks but they're consistently good. My go-to drink here is Rose Cream Tea and I swear I never tasted tea that flavorful before until I tried it here. Their special drink Rose Lychee Tea is going to be my #2 go to drink for the Spring/Summer because it's delightfully refreshing. They use chunks of ginger in their Ginger Honey Tea which is so so good whenever either of us feel unwell. Coconut smoothie has real coconut in it. (Make sure to shake it throughly after getting it before popping the straw in) Taro Smoothie/Drink in my boyfriend's words, "exactly how taro tastes like in the Phillippines" *sheds manly nostalgic tears* (jk xd) Cookies n Cream smoothie pretty good. It's hard to mess up cookies n cream. Honorable mentions: Peach Matcha, Banana Smoothie, Mangonada, Mixed Berry Smoothie (you might want to half the sweetness for this drink)-- all these drinks are ok My boyfriend swears by this store and refuses suggestions to make a stop at any other bubble tea store. read more

i've had this place a few times since i started working in the area and everything i've had is really good especially the sandwiches and popcorn chicken. the drinks aren't too sweet and both of the guys that work there are super friendly and welcoming and it usually takes ten minutes or less to get your order. read more

Located in a bustling shopping center in the energy corridor with Kroger's, La Madeleine and Chick Fil A as an anchor stores, this cute spot is a hit. It is clean, freshly decorated with that modern yet inviting homey feeling. The staff, very friendly and welcoming puts a newbie's (like me) nerves at ease. I had the Taro boba tea with almond milk and tapioca. 2nd time ever I've had it after being wowed a few weeks ago at a diff tea house. This is where my close to home tea house loses a . The tea tasted watered down and felt like I had been served the generic version of the genuine article. Not to be deterred, I became a member of their loyalty rewards program. Came across this place after getting a massage in the area. I had been craving bubble tea and happened to spot this place across the parking lot. I got a mango smoothie which was made super quickly. They have a great variety of choices. The inside is modern and very hip! They have some outside seating as well if it's not too hot out! My mango smoothie was amazing. The staff was extremely friendly as well. The prices are reasonable too! You can't go wrong stopping here! They also have non bubble tea options if you're not a tapioca fan. There's definitely something for everyone here. It's great for a super hot day when you need something refreshing! I will definitely be coming back here a few more times before I head out of town. read more
