Had the duo strawberry boba. Of course it was super sweet, but came with a ton of ice so that helped mellow out the sweetness. They give you a free mini chocolate chip cookie with the boba, which was nice. There was a ton of options so I'll probably be back!

Always have great service!! And boba is always perfectly cooked!!!!! Their food is affordable and yummy for cravings! I would def com in again, I usually use the drive thru and the man at the window is always a joy! Thank you for the cute boba tea stickers!

They always have some promotional poster and toys next to the counter where you order

In-Store and Drive-Thru options available. I usually go In-Store and it never disappoints. Good pop music over the radio. All drink items on the menu (boba) serves for a good treat. All food items fill you up well except the elotes, but that's just my taste. Staff is friendly, takes your order quickly, and serves your complimentary cookie after ordering (they have complimentary stickers as well but you usually have to ask). Once even, I was able to strike up a chat / photo with the manager!

Drive through concept is great and the little building and decor is adorable. The boba here seems to be more syrup driven and the taste is less distinct. Service, however, cannot be beat. They add a cookie to your order and are totally fun. Lots of snacks on the menu, which we didn't try.

Love a drive through boba place! Not many with drive thru when you're thirsty and in a rush! They also have food items. It like a price of McDonalds for a meal but it's boba and the meal so in my books that is a BIG HIT. I ordered the Peach a Boo (what a cute name & I love peach teas so how can this go wrong?). Waiting on my basket of chicken and fries now. That shouldn't be hard to make yum either. Not the usual peach tea- it's a bit creamy. Not bad and drinkable. I'll have to try other options too next time along with the Elotes 1 star deducted for not having plastic bags. I hope my food doesn't tumble and fall all over my already messy car. I'll eat eat it once I'm parked

If you are in the area make sure to pay this business a visit. They have a nice variety of food items and tea flavors. I honestly didn't know what to expect but the hubs spotted this place and decided to stop. Real talk I'm always excited to try new boba spots and this one did not disappoint. The menu was clear and to the point and the cashier was very helpful with questions about a few items we hadn't seen before. All boba teas were a little over $5 each and we got two and a chocolate chip cookie. Ok so I was expecting a cup with a lid but oh no it came with a sealed plastic film and the drinks were a nice size. The cookie was for our daughter and we tasted a few of the crumbs and uhhhgg so good plus it was warm. Can't wait to visit this location again! Five stars all the way. Great service, quality products and amazing smiles from the staff.

Great new Boba place! I was driving around the area and saw the balloons outside so I decided to stop to check the place out. The inside is so pretty! They even have a section where you can take selfies with their logo and everything else is well done. Super cute decorations all around! I had no idea they made food too, I was just stoping for a Boba drink. But when I saw the pictures of the sandwiches, I had to try lol And OMG I'm so happy I did! They are this kind of Korean style egg sandwiches. They are just amazing! Everything from the bread tastes sooo yummy!.. The ingredients were fresh and full of flavor. I tried a couple of both savory and sweet and I already want to go back for some more!! You have to give it a try! Also, the stuff is super friendly :)

Back again! This time I tried their jasmine tea with regular boba and I love tasting the flower in the tea. Got a cookie as a surprise, really lifted my mood after work!

this place is cute and small. a lot of different drinks but nothing sounded good to me. no egg pudding either. The elote was okay but definitely canned corn. The bottom was all wet and soggy. it's good for the price. My friend got the katsu and it was good. They don't sell the sandwiches which is what i really wanted to try. The music in this hoe was soooooo loud. Strictly karol g music too LMAO it would be nice but you can't talk to ur friends without screaming.

I just went to their store today, and it was one of the best decisions I made today. I tried their Mangonada drink and it was amazing! Definitely recommend the store for anyone who loves Boba The staff is super friendly and I hope they keep growing their business.

drinks are so good! My favorite was the Peach-a-Boo. The service is amazing as well :))

Cute little boba place, didn't think I'd like their boba but surprisingly their texture is the kind I like. Which is hard to find so kudos.

I love their app, highly recommend it to pre-order through the app, it's extremely accurate in term of wait time and easy to use. However, there are a couple of downsides: their matcha is just average, their menu is a bit limited, and my favorite drinks are frustratingly often out of stock or out of season. My top recommendations are the Coconut Mango Boom, Cloud Jasmine Tea (basic but so good), Yuzu Oolong Tea, Brown Sugar Milk Tea, Mochi Yingde Black Milk Tea, Grapefruit Boom and the toasty/wheat-y Longji Cloud Milk Tea.

We tried the highly recommended mango boom and the yuzu green tea, which were both solid choices. I downloaded the app and was able to place my order from there by-passing the long line at the counter. However, it still took a significant amount of wait time for my order number to be called to pick up my drinks. The app had some deals that discounted my order, which was a plus. Not sure if I'd go out of my way to return, but if it comes up as a suggested place, I wouldn't pass it up.

I will say, the tea here is very good. They actually sell tea, rather than just sugar water. You can taste it. And for that, I appreciate this place. I tried their Alpine Green Tea with boba. It was good. I came back a second time to try their Wintermelon Alpine Green Milk Tea and thought it was even better! Quality drinks and I can earn additional airline miles per order? I'll be coming back. I also like that their in-store rewards program keys to your credit card so it recognizes your account and you can instantly apply small discounts to future orders every time, or save up your points to get a buck or two off an order when you feel like it.

I was never the biggest fan of 7 Leaves, as they never memorably shocked my taste buds or wowed me with their service as Chicha San Chen did. Still, I've come across this place enough times to recognize the regulars studying there and the fresh couples making this spot their first date. It's sad to see them go, but I hope the plaza finds a new business that captures the same kind of appeal in its own way. Brazilian Lemonade - Saw the ad and instantly knew I had to try it. As a Vietnamese, we're basically married to condensed milk like it's nobody's business. Brazilian lemonade is essentially lemon and condensed milk, so I knew this drink was calling my name. The first time I had this was at Chama, and I think I liked the flavor there more. This was still decent, but I tasted a stronger artificial lemon flavor compared to the more subtle one at Chama. Oolong Milk Tea (50%) - BOBA IS ON POINT, YO. This is probably one of the most fragrant oolong milk teas I've had in a long time. BF's favorite--strangely, the memory of this place convinced him to buy two pairs of socks. Okay. Hibiscus Tea - Such a great refresher. I would take this over a Starbucks Dragonfruit Refresher any day--my favorite of the three today. Overall, I'm glad we got two pairs of socks to remember them by, even though I know they still have other locations. This plaza is riddled with what feels like an infinite number of boba shops all competing for business, and 7 Leaves had one of the biggest spaces, so I'm sure the rent was brutal. Anyways... thanks for a pleasant last experience. We'll miss you.

By all accounts, it appears they've been closed since the start of 2026. Their Vietnamese coffees were one of the reasons I loved coming here. The Vietnamese coffee with sea salt foam, in particular, was a standout -- strong, rich, and just sweet enough to make each sip satisfying. The space itself was a big draw. They offered a private area for meetings, conferences, small events, along with very reliable WiFi. It was an easy place to settle in, get some work done, and enjoy a drink. On top of that, they carried imported snacks (#2) and a range of hot food items from Vietnamese fried dishes to Japanese-inspired bar food. Unfortunately, things started to decline over time. Menu items gradually became more unavailable, staffing seemed to thin out, and the overall experience suffered.
