We had a water main break on a Saturday while out of town. A relative was able to shut off the water to the house until we were able to get home. Long story short, DH found USA Pipe Repair, a small family owned business, who was able to deliver a quote, get Miss Utility to come out and locate the underground lines, obtain the needed permit from the County and drill a new water pipe without tearing (trenches pipe repair!) up my yard and restore water service to my house all in the same day! The entire drilling process and reconnection of water took less than 2 hours! Amazing! We are delighted with their work and with commitment to restoring our water service as quickly as possible and without tearing up my yard and driveway to do it! Super nice guy who obviously knew his stuff. The dispatcher was also great. He suggested I also get the water shut-off valves replaced while they were there since they were older and leaking. I didn't feel like I was being pressured to do something that was unnecessary but rather that he was just suggesting work that made sense to also take care of while they were there. I appreciated the advice and agreed to the extra work. The new faucet looks great and works perfectly. Even with the extras the total cost was less than the quotes I got from other local places. I'll be calling them again soon to take care of my wonky bathtub faucet as well.
