His inspection was brief and clearly he found "enough" to satisfy the buyer not purchasing the home. His estimates of repair were way off base and he asked prior how old the roof was and our realtor knew the roof was 1.5 years old and then he asked after inspection how old the roof was. He is totally incompetent and would never use him for any purpose. We had his list checked by another professional who laughed at his findings and pricing. In that email were easy directions to sign off on the inspection electronically. This was a great time saver so we didn't need to print, sign, and fax the forms. There is also a link in the email that allows you to pay for everything prior to the appointment. The day prior to the inspection we were sent a reminder email. Then the day of we arrived about 1-2 minutes after the appointment time and everyone was already there ready to go. The process was about 3 hours long.
