He literally missed several red flags inside the home which we are in the process of being repaired but found numerous inane things outside the home AND he left a radon detector in the house without our or our realtors knowledge. His inspection was brief and clearly he found "enough" to satisfy the buyer not purchasing the home. His estimates of repair were way off base and he asked prior how old the roof was and our realtor knew the roof was 1.5 years old and then he asked after inspection how old the roof was. He is totally incompetent and would never use him for any purpose. We had his list checked by another professional who laughed at his findings and pricing. This is NOT a new home and there are quirks but his list was trite, to say the least. I will say he has a nice van.

In that email were easy directions to sign off on the inspection electronically. This was a great time saver so we didn't need to print, sign, and fax the forms. There is also a link in the email that allows you to pay for everything prior to the appointment. The day prior to the inspection we were sent a reminder email. Then the day of we arrived about 1-2 minutes after the appointment time and everyone was already there ready to go. The process was about 3 hours long. After everything was done we reviewed all of the concerns that they saw. The pictures were great to show us what had to be done. The next day we received the inspection for review.
