Super nice guy who obviously knew his stuff. The dispatcher was also great. He suggested I also get the water shut-off valves replaced while they were there since they were older and leaking. I didn't feel like I was being pressured to do something that was unnecessary but rather that he was just suggesting work that made sense to also take care of while they were there. I appreciated the advice and agreed to the extra work. The new faucet looks great and works perfectly. Even with the extras the total cost was less than the quotes I got from other local places. I'll be calling them again soon to take care of my wonky bathtub faucet as well.

I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, but I had a horrible experience when they replaced…read moremy bathtub with a walk-in shower. 1) The job took 3 days instead of 1. 2) Measurements were all wrong, so my tub and drywall were removed before I was told that they did not have a shower kit that would fit the space needed. Only the shower pan fit. 3) I still need to find someone to finish the walls. 4) The icing on the cake of my bad experience was that they made some long scratches on my hardwood floor, yet are refusing to take responsibility for it because there were already some older scratches. They are totally disregarding the evalution that my flooring guy gave and continue to focus on the older scratches and say that they cannot take responsibility for them because there were already older scratches... they used no flooring protection, not even a drop cloth or paper, yet they take no responsibility for the damage. 5) No professional personel. I was sworn at by the technicians when I showed them the damage of the floor. When I called the office to report the damage, they said that they would send their flooring guy to evaluate it, but the "customer service representative" came to take some pictures but mainly came to pressure me into paying instead. He said that the owner would not address the damage until I paid in full, even though that is the only leverage I have other than leaving a bad review.. so here I am leaving a bad review. I made the mistake of calling Plumb Line back to install a vanity on my second floor the following…read moremonth of writing my original review. THEY FLOODED MY HOUSE. I ordered a vanity that had three wide, sliding drawers.Kevin informed me that the piping would need to be altered for it to fit properly. I paid for him to change the piping within the walls, alter the vanity so that the drawers would fit, and he also installed new shut off valves and altered their location. After he removed the original vanity and piping, nothing remained that wasn't installed by him. His failed installation resulted in my entire two-story home flooding and my family being homeless for over 6 months. It has almost been a year, and we still haven't recovered. Because the business wasn't picking up the phone at the time of the incident, I called my insurance company. Afterward, Kevin verbally admitted fault and offered to pay me partially for my insurance deductible in front of a witness. I had enough sense to decline his offer, but he admitted fault nonetheless. Nearly a year later, he's changed his entire story and is pretending to not know anything about the incident. If I were reading this review, I wouldn't need much more information to put this company on a list of businesses not to use, but just in case you do: Are you willing to risk your home suffering damages that cost hundreds of thousands of dollars? Are you willing to risk having to live in nearly a dozen different hotels, motels, and apartments within 6 six month timeframe? Oh, and imagine doing all of this during the height of COVID-19. Stay.
