While the claim not to use "glued" meat, my filet at this location showed signs of glued meat. No consistency in the cut and it came to pieces as cut it. Flavor was lacking. I gave a 3 hoping it was an isolated bad cut of meat. I plan to see what happens the next time I visit. If better I'll update this review.
