Oh for heavens sake, this location really needs to step things up. I hate having to write bad reviews but I would also hate for someone else to have a bad experience. So we pulled up to the drive thru, I had to get out of the truck and walk up to the menu as the words were so small neither one of us could make it out. It hey at least your pictures are big We pull up and pay and the girl tells us to pull up, umm ok no one was behind us but whatever. We pulled up and waited and when she gave us our food she didn't say thank you or anything just kinda shoved it at my husband. I open the sacks up and yay for me NO dressing or a fork for my salad.. so I go inside and tell them I need dressing and a fork. She never says a word to me, no smile or anything. That chicken salad was the worst! All I could taste was the grease from the fried chicken. I threw it away. And needless to say I was sick all night. We won't be going back to the Walker, LA location. They should have a staff meeting and teach them to be courteous to customers. read more

Came through, not expecting much as it is fast food. The service was good, nice people. My food came right out, pleasantly surprised.

Stop by coming from Florida to Houston. Service a little slow even though the restaurant was almost empty. Dirty bathrooms too. Food was as good as i expected. Not much different flavor than trying the same hamburger in Houston. This is my second best hamburger still. read more

Driving thru on our way to Florida and stopped here, figured familiar enough. Disgusting. Only 11:45 am and looked like it had been thru hell already. I stopped here Monday at midnight and there was only one person working. The food was cooked to order and hot. The only gentleman (tall, thin, dark hair, big gaudy ring) within my line of vision was quick and apologetic about the (very short) wait. They were the best nuggets I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. The above is the only reason I gave two stars. I stopped here Sunday night 12/9 around 7:30PM. There was a car at the pay window and two cars in front of me at the microphone. I waited TWENTY MINUTES until my order was complete and the food was in hand. There was one girl taking orders and payment at the first window. Here's how it went for her: - Take order on mic (4 minutes) - Take payment from person who just waited at the window 4 minutes (1 minute) - Take order on mic (4 minutes) - Take payment from person who just waited at the window 4 minutes AND spend extra time FLIRTING WITH HIM IN A WAY THAT I COULD TELL FROM ~20 FT AWAY (3 minutes) - Take my order on mic (4 minutes) - Ignore my waiting at the window while taking next order (4 minutes) - Take my payment (1 minute) - I then waited for my food (about 3 minutes). Waiting for food is reasonable. It was NOT okay that I had to remind the guy at the counter for BOTH a straw AND sauce for my chicken nuggets. Seriously? You just had at least 8 minutes from my finalized order to put my take out bag together, 12 minutes if you include the order. Sauce is ON the receipt. When I came at midnight and my nuggets were cooked to order, the entire thing (order to food in hand) was only five minutes. Oh, and if you aren't convinced that I could have possibly waited that long in a fast-food drive thru, my boyfriend got out of the car to use the BK bathroom just before I pulled up to the mic. When he got back, I was still waiting at the window for the girl to take my payment. This Burger King is no different than any other Burger King in the area. The only reason this is getting two stars is the order was quick and the meal was hot. The girl who took the order was friendly, spot on, and quick to take the card. As for the young punk at the drop off window, not sure if he could speak. Not one word, even when I thanked him. The manager was just chilling while playing on the phone, I guess he thought company time also means personal time. Would I come back here? Sure I will. Why? Because I like the taste of the cheap flame broiled meat. The main reason for this review to let everyone else know that the SERVICE is so-so at best, but the food has mostly been hot. read more

Ordered two whopper meals ! One was no ketchup or mayo but add mustard... not a mustard whopper! There is a huge difference! Well needless to say that whopper had so much mustard on it that it took 6 napkins to finish the sandwhich! That's ridiculous! So much so that next time there will be no mustard on it! Onion rings weren't hot and sat on the tray waiting for the two whoppers to be made! Coke tasted funny like carbonated water! This is the nastiest Burger King I've ever been in. When I first arrived there, there was a girl that had just started working there that day that was standing at the register waiting for someone to come help her from the back. That took a good five minutes. Once the girl did come take the orders, she was still yelling back and forth with the people in the back while she took my order. I went to sit down and couldn't find a clean table and chairs anywhere in the restaurant. Since there were only five or six other people in the restaurant at the time, you would think someone would have time to go clean up. The floor had smashed food and trash all over it. It was disgusting. After I ate half of my burger which wasn't good, I left as fast as I could, never to return. You would think a Manager would be on top of things. Apparently not. read more

It really does not deserve 1 star; but I had to put something. I was told this location was opened 24 hours. Pulled up to order our breakfast at 5:35 am. We were told that they could take our order in 4 minutes. What's up with that!!! We sat there for a few minutes; griping, of course. Finally the girl said that she did not know how long it would be; because her computer was down; and she could not get it to boot up. She did not care at all. So we had to leave. I really hated to give even one star. They deserve a minus 5 stars. Bethany, the cashier charged the wrong amount and was rude when I brought it up. She did not want to give us a receipt and when we insisted, she cut off the survey # from bottom of receipt. The meat actually tasted like it came out of the refrigerated.
