The lady that took our order was very nice and helpful. Looking around for a place to sit I saw all the tables were filthy dirty, some were actually occupied... We sat in the HighBoys those seemed cleaner than all the others. While we waited for our name to be called ... I happened to look around and saw the wall across from me the table was dirty but the wall, the wall was BLACK from dirt, grime and who knows what else ... I couldn't believe what I saw ... it wasn't just that one wall ... it was everywhere.... Made me wonder if the kitchen was just as filthy....My husband went to the rest room earlier and found it filthy as well !! I wanted a refill the guy at the counter just ignored me and said NOTHING to anyone ... I guess he had a cold ... cause it was the same guy I saw walking in when we ordered...I noticed him because he wiped his nose with his hand in an upward motion and wiped whatever on his shirt !! I pray he washed his hands ... a lady walked up and asked me if she could help me... because he still had not acknowledged me !! I am sure if the Health dept would make a visit... they would close you up until all that MESS was cleaned up. They weren't short on workers I saw 4 or 5 in the kitchen two at the register at least one at the drive through window and one standing outside.... No lines Again I love Cane's chicken but will have to drive a little farther to hopefully find a place with owners and managers, staff that care about their jobs and try a little harder.... When this place first opened ... the staff nor the cleanliness were not an issue and you didn't have to wonder if the kitchen was filthy or the staff washed their hands nor didn't you have to look around until you found a clean table. I hope a manager and the franchise owner see this rating .... !

At this point, I would estimate I've thrown away more than 25 pizzas. I also have coworkers and friends who have experienced the same awful taste and can attest to it. I've called these locations to complain, but nothing has changed. The pizzas seem to have an almost rancid, burnt, or sunflower seed oil-type flavor. It's really unpleasant and consistently bad. It's especially frustrating because the Mexican Pizza is the one item I truly enjoy on your menu. However, lately it has been completely inedible every time I order it. I'm my opinion the oil that is being used is either rancid or old. I can't figure out what else it could be. A quick google search on this is issue will show you several places where people have complained about this exact issue. It is unacceptable and needs to be resolved!!
