Horrible attitude! Stephanie and Jamie very rude! Order well done pizza and when I got it the pizza was totally burnt! The pizza was black top and bottom when I called they said that's well done and tried to make me believe when I been ordering well done for years. Well they said they would replace but when I called for replacement to be placed on to my current order they are very rude yelling at me and accusing me of lying. Placed an order for 1 pizza for first thing in the morning. Pizza was delivered hot and on time. I asked for light sauce, double jalapeño, and onions. It was light on toppings but not light on the sauce. I ordered a large (14"), but the pizza I got only had 8 slices and was 12"-13". I ordered a pizza and 1st was told that it would be 1.5 hours (it's right across the street on a Wednesday) I said that I wanted garlic butter. I was told it comes with every box. I got the pizza in about 45 minutes and there was no garlic butter. When I called, the dummy on the other end said that no, we don't give the garlic butter with a thin crust pizza. Why didn't you just say that? What an ignoramous! I would have paid extra for that. Instead, it was just a plain pizza. Thanks for nothing. Next time, I will save money and get a Domino's. I don't know why the walker chain has such bad reviews but I was a little nervous after seeing them when trying to get to the website but ordered anyway and the pizza was fresh, hot, and delicious! I did carry out and the lady at the front desk was as nice as could be. She even offered to carry my pizza to the car for me while I held a toddler on my hip. read more

The people are here are so rude. When you tell them thank you for your order they hang the phone up on you. A little common courtesy will take you a long way. If you hate your job get a new one besides answering the phone. Also the delivery time is horrible. Next time I'll just stick to dominos. They are very friendly when you call them.
