Just to make notice of a most wonderful employee named Austin. She exibited patience, caring and thoughtfulness in fulfilling my order. I had asked if the business honored Veterans discount and she thoughtfully explained that although some other stores may, this one did not. I placed my order thanking her for explaining and appreciated the courtesy. I will definately be back again. I am 83 years old and to find a thoughtful person of her age a blessing. read more

Came here to grab a quick soda and fries on our way somewhere. We went through the drive thru, because we all know Chick-fil-A is known for their quick service. We ordered our items, and pulled up, while our order was ready, our receipt was not, so we needed to wait. We weren't in a rush, so we waited. Normally Chick-fil-A is on top of it. I'm chalking this experience up to a one off. Staff was friendly and pleasant. read more

Food was good had a 30 CT meal, ppchicken sandwich, and a vanilla shake. Fries were cold tho

Everything is great here! The Frosted Key Lime Lemonade reminds me of a time when Chick-fil-A served the Lemon Pie slices. Nostalgic! read more

Dropped by to enjoy some lunch favorites during the breakfast rush. The staff was pleasant and full of energy. They seriously looked like human popcorn. The energy could be felt. We ordered a chicken tender kid's meal and a spicy chicken sandwich meal. The tenders and breast cutlet was well seasoned and cooked very well. We had to wait a few minutes for the obvious reasons. When we received the food it was delivered by one of the managers. A genuine smile accompanied by great food is what we received! Thumbs Up!!! read more

Very fast & accurate, amazing how they can serve this many customers and get it right. Great Job!

Love this place! Our server was sweet and very kind. Good was awesome! I can eat 30 grilled chicken nuggets all by myself!

I never thought I would say this but we went through the drive thru a few days ago and the food was awful. We got an order of nuggets. They were cold and hard. The sandwich and fries were cold too. The women that waited on us were polite and helpful, as always. I know this had to be a hiccup. We will go back. I have faith in them! read more

So excited to have them in Denham Springs!! The healthiest fast food option available. And their chicken has the best flavor around!! The salads are delicious with great dressing options. (Always ask for grilled chicken) The chicken wrap is good. And you can order fruit instead of fries. The best customer service by far. The company must have a "pep rally" because everyone is always so upbeat and friendly. Someone is always cleaning tables and offering refills. Just a great place to eat. read more

I just visited this chick-fil-a with my boyfriend. We are not from the Denham area, so we did not know what to expect. Upon arrival, a girl pointed us to the drive thru line for card purchases only, she was extremely friendly and delightful. I did not get her name. We ordered with another young lady. My boyfriend and I got 2 spicy chicken sandwiches, both with fries. I got a sprite and he got a sweet tea. The girl repeated the order pack to us and allowed us to scan our phone for rewards point. She was also extremely delightful. The staff seemed so pleasant and happy to be at work. Our food was fresh and hot. Everything was correct in our order. If we are in this area again. We will stop back to this location! read more

Went thru drive thru. Took way longer than usual for Chick-fil-A. All of the staff were not very polite. Finally got our food only to return home and it was incorrect. Called to let them know it wasn't correct and was given an attitude over the phone. Won't be going back to denham springs Chick-fil-A read more

I had lunch there yesterday. While eating I saw on social media a good friend passed of breast cancer. I couldn't hold back my tears and. Nice female employee came over to check on me. She said she would pray for my friends husband. As I was leaving she handed me a bouquet of red carnations that they would normally throw out but they were still beautiful so she wanted me to have them! What kindness. read more

Service is spectacular, food looks like it's advertised! and I told them this was my first time coming and everyone was extremely nice and patient with me and even suggested some sauces to go with my meal!! I've never been to a nicer, cleaner and well kept fast food restaurant!! I don't know what that other female is talking about, some people you can't make happy and if you look at her reviews most of the 17 she's done are 1star. I would definitely come here again and recommend it. This was on a Saturday at 4 and I recieved my meal within 1 minute!! Awesome place!! Josiah is the most sweetest kindest guy I've ever met and I'm just a 30 yr guy (nobody) ... His character says a lot and the people I came in contact with her have the same type of mindset! #JosiahforPresident!! read more

Very clean, very busy place. They keep the food rolling out quick here. Everyone was so friendly and nice. The salads are big and fresh. The super side kale salad has s very unique taste all to itself. I really enjoyed it. The chicken nuggets are by far the best out of all the fast good places. They also have very good breakfast sandwiches. read more

Best time ever bantering with Josh at the register. He was busy making fresh decaf and timing a butter biscuit for the gentleman who arrived before me. Josh kept me entertained as I waited for my to go order. I learned I should watch Pacific Rim, certain combos came out to the same odd number with tax, his mom is addicted to Diet Coke .... And so on. He kept me entertained and laughing with his witty banter. I have never written a review in a fast food spot but we would actually return here just because of Josh and his humor and professionalism ( he timed the other guests decaf and fresh biscuit perfectly) Thanks for a great start to our road trip! Ps Our biscuits were good to! read more

This place is amazing!!!! Staff is incredibly sweet. They are pretty fast with getting orders ready. Absolutely love them!!

My wife placed a mobile order so being a great husband I stopped to pick it up. Sat in line for 39 minutes to get to window to be informed that they were out of both items I had ordered a sweet tea and an Ice cream. Being a mobile order you would have thought since they had the phone number they would have had the ability to call so I did not waste an hour of my time. read more

Just got rear ended in the line here. Not much damage to my car but I wasn't happy of course. The manager immediately came outside to ask me if everything was OK. Same great food and great service that you are accustomed to at Chick Fil-A. But, I find it hard to believe that you can't get into the restaurant without walking through the drive thru line of cars. I've been twice with my two little girls, but next time I'll just drive to Millerville to avoid being forced to walk through the moving drive thru line with my kids. read more

Chick - fil -a is a great place to take the kids. Good food, great atmosphere and an in-door play area so they can socialize. Employees are always nice and ready to help read more

Excellent service, always friendly staff. I love the salads specially their market salad and their frosted coffee.

My family and I are avid Chick Fil A diners. If given the choice of a fast food restaurant we will always choose CFA. Until this location in Denham opened up we would always go to the one on Millerville. Since we live in DS it makes since to start dining at the local location. Errrrrr-Wrong! This location is probably my least favorite CFA of all the locations in BR and surrounding areas. Half the time you don't get straws or forks or sauces etc. You may order soup and not get a spoon. The staff has definitely taken an up swing in the last few months because previously the staff was very unfriendly. Have started to make that drive back to Millerville just to get better service. read more

We love Chick-fil-A and eat at it a;; over the country while traveling plus in our home state. The store in Denham Springs. La. has been a disappointment lately. Last week we went in at 11:30 for lunch and found empty tables to be dirty. Again today we went in at 4:30 pm and wanted a booth. Three empty booths had dirty tables. Asked for a duty manager and was told by them that they were sorry and would take care of it. I said if the place was busy I could better understand it but that was not the case. Regardless tables and seats( in that order) should be cleaned after each place is emptied. I chose another booth that looked like it had a clean table to find grease all over the seats. Training does not seem to be up to par at this location. read more
