Came here to grab a quick soda and fries on our way somewhere. We went through the drive thru, because we all know Chick-fil-A is known for their quick service. We ordered our items, and pulled up, while our order was ready, our receipt was not, so we needed to wait. We weren't in a rush, so we waited. Normally Chick-fil-A is on top of it. Dropped by to enjoy some lunch favorites during the breakfast rush. The staff was pleasant and full of energy. They seriously looked like human popcorn. The energy could be felt. We ordered a chicken tender kid's meal and a spicy chicken sandwich meal. The tenders and breast cutlet was well seasoned and cooked very well. We had to wait a few minutes for the obvious reasons. When we received the food it was delivered by one of the managers. A genuine smile accompanied by great food is what we received! Thumbs Up!!! read more

I never thought I would say this but we went through the drive thru a few days ago and the food was awful. We got an order of nuggets. They were cold and hard. The sandwich and fries were cold too. I just visited this chick-fil-a with my boyfriend. We are not from the Denham area, so we did not know what to expect. Upon arrival, a girl pointed us to the drive thru line for card purchases only, she was extremely friendly and delightful. I did not get her name. We ordered with another young lady. My boyfriend and I got 2 spicy chicken sandwiches, both with fries. I got a sprite and he got a sweet tea. The girl repeated the order pack to us and allowed us to scan our phone for rewards point. She was also extremely delightful. The staff seemed so pleasant and happy to be at work. Our food was fresh and hot. Everything was correct in our order. If we are in this area again. Best time ever bantering with Josh at the register. He was busy making fresh decaf and timing a butter biscuit for the gentleman who arrived before me. Josh kept me entertained as I waited for my to go order. I learned I should watch Pacific Rim, certain combos came out to the same odd number with tax, his mom is addicted to Diet Coke .... My wife placed a mobile order so being a great husband I stopped to pick it up. Sat in line for 39 minutes to get to window to be informed that they were out of both items I had ordered a sweet tea and an Ice cream. Same great food and great service that you are accustomed to at Chick Fil-A. But, I find it hard to believe that you can't get into the restaurant without walking through the drive thru line of cars. I've been twice with my two little girls, but next time I'll just drive to Millerville to avoid being forced to walk through the moving drive thru line with my kids. read more

We love Chick-fil-A and eat at it a;; over the country while traveling plus in our home state. The store in Denham Springs. La. has been a disappointment lately. Last week we went in at 11:30 for lunch and found empty tables to be dirty. Again today we went in at 4:30 pm and wanted a booth. Three empty booths had dirty tables. Asked for a duty manager and was told by them that they were sorry and would take care of it. I said if the place was busy I could better understand it but that was not the case. Regardless tables and seats( in that order) should be cleaned after each place is emptied. I chose another booth that looked like it had a clean table to find grease all over the seats. Training does not seem to be up to par at this location. read more

My family and I are avid Chick Fil A diners. If given the choice of a fast food restaurant we will always choose CFA. Until this location in Denham opened up we would always go to the one on Millerville. Since we live in DS it makes since to start dining at the local location. Errrrrr-Wrong! This location is probably my least favorite CFA of all the locations in BR and surrounding areas. Half the time you don't get straws or forks or sauces etc. You may order soup and not get a spoon. The staff has definitely taken an up swing in the last few months because previously the staff was very unfriendly.
