I got the Diana with a side of hashbrowns. Every time I go (3x now), they've been a little busy but the wait times aren't bad. I haven't had to use the bathroom so I'm not sure if they've got one. This was my first time visiting the new location. I'd visited the old spot for lunch once years ago. We visited on a Friday morning around 10am. The decor was nice and clean with great R&B playing. We had never been so we were unsure of what to order and didn't see a menu. Once I got the menu it was already time for to order. The lady taking the order was patient and gave suggestions once she heard what we wanted. The cost was reasonable. We decided to dine in but most of the patrons were ordering to go. Our food was made to order and was pretty good. I had French Toast, eggs, bacon, and grits. My hubs had the pancakes, sausage, hash-browns, and a side grits bowl. The food was decent. Please, don't waste your time and money. The food was not worth it! The location and prices were inaccurate on Yelp. The fish and grits plate has grits and three tiny fish strips that were heavily breaded, fishy tasting, and un-fresh (like they should have been thrown out, instead of cooked). I had to throw the food away, smh. I also bought two biscuits that were cold and hard(one came with the meal). I was charged for condiments that I didn't ask for, nor was I made aware I would be charged for. I was not able to return the plate for a refund within 2mins of purchase, because I walked out the door to my car, opened my food, and then attempted to return. I tried this place for the first time this past Thursday for brunch! I had the French Toast and 6 piece chicken plate with a side of Mac n cheese! It was amazing! The fried chicken was fried fresh and was still hot by the time I traveled back to work to sit down and eat!! The chicken has a sweet and savory flavor which I loved! The French toast pieces were also thick and fluffy! It was a great combination that was suggested by the cashier/cook. The Mac n cheese was also great, it had a good consistency and flavorful as well. The building was so welcoming had great music playing! There is a bar, as well as ample seating and parking!
