It came with onions rings and this special sauce. I really liked the special sauce with the onion rings. That was the best part of the meal. Started with the Crawfish Kickers: crispy little crawfish bites that were gone quick. The Top Notch Loaded Fries came piled with cheese, jalapeños, and bacon and honestly could've been a meal by themselves. The Top Notch Cheeseburger with Fried Shrimp is exactly the kind of Louisiana combo I didn't know I needed; juicy burger with crispy shrimp on top? Say no more! I also grabbed the Lemon Pepper Wings (nice citrus kick and crispy) and finished it off with the Crawfish Pasta that was creamy and loaded with crawfish. Safe to say I rolled out of here happy. We started out with an order of loaded fries and teas. Fries came quick and was plenty for two males who aren't afraid to eat. We didn't finish them. Loaded with cheese, bacon bits, ranch, HT special sauce and bacon bits. The tea was fresh made and was delicious. I had a burger/melt which had a 1/4 patty, grilled shrimp, grilled onions, sauce and cheese. It was big and piping hot when brought to the table with a side of cole slaw. Buddy had the crab patty burger. It was decent size with grilled veggies on the side. All food was phenomenal. They don't have a drive-through so I had to go inside. Being brand new, everything was nice and clean, but I was surprised that they didn't have more patrons. It was pretty obvious that the staff was not totally up to speed just yet; the light kitchen staff looked busy:, on the order side of the counter there were four or five employees standing around doing nothing; two ladies on the pick up side handled my entire order. The lady tried hard to make a milkshake for me, and it did taste good, but it was very thin. The burger was very good, but the Cajun fries were over seasoned (which is saying a lot, since I grew up around here and like things really spiced up) and soggy. I ate about half the fries, and after finishing the burger, it felt very heavy in my belly all night long. Maybe in a couple months I'll give them another try, but I'll be sure to tell them to make the fries extra crispy. I gave them one extra star for not using Styrofoam.

The counter service is fast and friendly, the menu is vast, with a LOT of variety - sandwiches, po-boys, comfort food, seafood, salads, pizza - something for everyone. And the food is good. Not the best you've ever had, but it's good. We came here this time specifically for the fried mushrooms. They are really good. Everything else was okay. The fried fish was good - nicely breaded, mild catfish (no muddy taste), and good crispy fries. The shrimp remoulade salad is kind of puzzling, though. Small, unseasoned boiled shrimp on a pile of lettuce. After being boiled with no seasoning, the shrimp are then heavily coated with red pepper (or maybe Cajun seasoning). And the remoulade sauce is in small condiment cups on the side - barely enough to dress the salad. But most of the food here is pretty good (the burgers are massive), and most plates come with enough for some extra to take home. The lady who *claimed* to be the owner was there and I asked her why so little meat, and she explained in her condescending child-like tone that they weigh each portion, which in my case came out to about 1/8 inch thick of meat at best. So it's not piled high, if it was piled high it would literally be... piled high, which means their updated menu is simply false advertisement. The cheese fries were donkey slop and the wings were overcooked as well. I got the "hottest" flavor which is spicy garlic, they were not good nor were they hot, the ranch wasn't even good lol, I can't make this up. I assume the locals just accept trash food in their community or perhaps y'all have never had proper wings or a legit poboy in your life.
