Burgers, wings and pizza are all great. The burgers are so juicy! The fire fries have a little too much kick to them for me so I just ask for no seasoning. It's always crowded but there's a reason. The food is great and not too expensive. My only complaint is that its a little loud but we always have a good time. They also donate food to the Medical Center NICU Ronald McDonald family room and we'll always be grateful for that. It was such a welcome treat during a very tense time in our lives. read more

Good always very tasty, service always mediocre. Get the buffalo chicken pizza extra crispy.

Great first experience on way back to N Dallas from BIBE. The atmosphere was perfect for Sunday football. We had the Meaty Meaty and 33 Deluxe Pizzas and couldn't have been happier. Will definitely make this a regular stop when passing thru. Thank you Bubba's! read more

Don't go hear to have an intimate conversation as it's just too loud but otherwise a fun place. Have liked all their food but the pizza crust gets thinner and thinner at each visit. The first time the manager did comp our pizza for us but subsequent visits have been the same - and I prefer thin crust. I may pass on the pizza but will return. Prices are reasonable and service is fine - except at 5:30 when they apparently have a staff meeting leaving us to wait ten minutes for a seat in a basically empty restaurant. read more

Really good atmosphere on game days! There salmon salad it is probably my favorite. You can't go wrong with the Cajun dry rub wings either. I've never had anything bad here read more

Always a good choice, foods always fresh and delicious. They are always a little busy just like Texas road house but for the price and quality it's definitely worth it! Never had anything here I didn't like. read more

After several tries I'm giving up on the food at this restaurant and the one in midland. The food just tastes like burnt out oil. When the best part of dinner is your coke that's not a good thing. The service was really good, especially for Odessa and midland. The bar area is nice and the beer is cold. Just stay away from the over salty fried pickles. read more

Normally we love coming to Bubba's but I have been standing here waiting for over an hour to be seated... little ridiculous... the hostess has told us we are next three times and I have watched parties for 2-5 go past us... this is the worst experience with the company if You want to eat at bubbas go to the midland franchise... way better staff and food. read more

Have been here a handful of times with zero complaints! I really love the margaritas from here. Yum!

Excellent experience with and without family. Food was and is delicious. All drinks are great, including the atmosphere. Will becoming back frequently. read more

(11/4/2019 4:00pm) I've heard of this restaurant having good food. So my family and I decided to go try it out before heading to the movies. When we entered I said "hello" the host then replied "have many" i then stated 4 people she then rudely replied "we don't have servers to attend tables so you guys can go look for yourself's what booth you want". Me and my parents then asked her "what do you mean at what time do they get here" she then said "4:30" so we just said thank you and left. This is my first bad rating I've done, but this was such a bad experience, there was no hospitality at all. read more

Well we finally made it here to watch some football The place was packed everybody was there for the food and the football I am from out of town from Chicago came in with six men to have some Appetizers in buckets of beer sit back and relax and we had appetizers and pizza pizza was very good and being down in Texas but Chicago pizza is better but you cannot complain when you're going to town I enjoyed myself I would recommend this place to anyone to go there and enjoy the atmosphere read more

Sometimes you go looking for something to eat after hours, and I've had the misfortune to wind up here a couple of times. I had pizza once and a burger another time. Neither would I ever order again or suggest to someone else. The pizza is just as bad as something you'd get from the major chains and the burger lacks the texture of real meat. The place is very, very loud, with more televisions than I cared to count. Aside from being open late, the appeal is just not there, and it didn't take much to figure out that it isn't for me. read more

The manager on June 3rd at 7 pm .. Supposably the only manager wow I don't know where to begin very very rude, and disrespectful to several customers. It cost 0$ to be a nice person. Definitely needs to work on His social skills. Also very rude to staff. Made me sick read more

Wonderful staff who work hard to keep you happy. Great food, cold beer, and good atmosphere. Have never had a bad experience here and the pizza is one of the best in town. Steak is better than most steak houses. read more

Tried numerous things. Love this place. Love the fried pickles and omg the steaks are the best.

Absolutely the best food, drinks and service!! The cocktails are delicious!! I could eat here everyday!!! Never had a bad experience!! I'll keep coming back read more

If you go to a place like this you know exactly what you're getting: huge burgers, greasy pizza, a crispy wings. For the competition in Odessa, this place beats the other bar foods in the area. Service has never been a problem for me and my friends the past few years and we've had waitress's that were actually fun every time they came to the table. Everywhere you sit you get the option of a couple TV's to watch, but expect a crowded restaurant if you come during a sports event. read more

The burgers were still mooing when they were served and dripping blood it was disgusting me and my family will not be back to this restaurant read more

Tori Table. 416/2 Bar As we sat in the bar, we waited 4-5- minutes before our server checked on us. I walk out if I don't get greeted by that time. It's an expected courtesy that I live by in any restaurant I've visited in the past 45- years. It doesn't happen very often, but I was about to leave when Tori showed up. We got our drinks quickly. We did ask for some napkins, so they had to get us some. The appetizers took 5- minutes. Very crispy fried pickles and cheese fries, and 20- minutes for the entrees. We had to ask for silverware, so they had to get some. Lots of disconnects in delivering this great food. We got our pizza with no stand, so we had to get one. After we got the pizza stand we had to ask for plates. You do use plates to eat pizza, right? Not a big deal, but it happens. Mind you it's a Saturday night 5:30 and this place is smoking with people. College ball is playing, and there are screams and a occasional loud taunt. What did you expect? Lots and lots of TVs. Just as listed on line, there's more TVs than tables.....very true. Very great! We met some friends here for dinner and the place is packed. I hate crowds because there's always bad service (and food) in especially Sports bars. Not here, under the circumstances, this place served quality food in a timely manner. This is done through good management (I never saw a manager on the floor), good servers ( Tori checked on us several times) and great cooks. It may suck to wait for food, let alone getting great tasting food quickly. You guys did pretty good. My little salad was probably the best dinner salad I've ever had. Surprised I didn't take a picture of it and post it on facebook.... My serious critique is with our Po' boy (we split one). I come from a 15- year Po'boy diet, and getting our sandwich not toasted ruined the crunching sound while eating one. This is a first for me, because I eat a lot of these, I make them too. Believe me, you slice, butter and grill your hoagie roll to a golden brown of perfection. If you don't do that, you could of just used some cheap white bread. The shrimp was crunchy while well sauced and filled the bun, fresh slice of tomato, crisp lettuce, good stuff. Make sure your cooking staff is aware of this problem, because I can guarantee, after the newness wears off. It doesn't take much to push away good paying customers..and like I said, I hate crowds but you guys did great. I had a great time last night. Thank you. Keno read more

Well it had to happen at some point, being in West Texas. The Odessa location has gone downhill. Very slow, inattentive service, fried pickles are fried in same oil as fish so they have that taste. Better beg for napkins and silverware when you get there or you won't be getting it. I don't recommend using the big cloth napkins because they smell like oil. Don't drink your drink too quickly because you will not get a refill. Your salad will be served after your meal. The manager could care less. Huge letdown, I guess I need to find a new place. read more

New favorite place to eat in Odessa!!! We all go every Friday for lunch and the weekends! Everything I have tried so far has been better than the menu said. I definitely recommend this place! Aleana has waited for us now every time, always great service and very nice! Would give this place 10 stars! read more

Terrible service. Food was sub par. Seemed like a cool atmosphere but don't think I'll be going back.

I don't get the negative reviews, we love their food. My absolute favorite is the fish and chips. The fish is perfectly seasoned, with a slight bit of heat, flaky crust on the outside and moist on the inside. Ordered a fish basket at another establishment today for lunch, and I couldn't eat it. Bubba's has ruined me. LOL read more

Delicious Food, Awesome Drinks, Great Service!!! Sporty atmosphere. Trying everything on the menu and thus far I havent been disappointed.

Best bar tender, manager, waitress is Krysten Chandler-she seated us in a section by ourself very nice

Just needed some good food while staying in the West Texas area. Not to mention I needed a place to watch some football. I ordered the chicken nachos and they were as expected. No disappointments. Only reason for not giving it five stars is because it was a bit chilly in the bar area. Being a pullover if you plan on staying for a bit. read more

Place was packed when we arrived but we were seated immediately. Our server was nice and attentive and super friendly with our kids. We ordered pizza all around and everyone enjoyed it. Beer was cold and didn't have to wait long for one after placing your order. Great atmosphere. Can't wait to go back and try their burgers. read more

Went on a Saturday evening early October with a small group of 11 friends. Had to wait 30 minutes to be seated outside. No room at the bar. Food was ok when we got it. Kinda pricey. But the waitresses were all rude and seemed to not give a darn about anything. Took 20 minutes to get our drinks which I gave up on and stood at the bar a few minutes waiting in the so called bar tender to acknowledge us to re-order our beer that the waitress forgot about. Had to order food twice . We were there 3 hours and it should have been 45 minutes. Had to sit outside also among smokers. The crowd was mostly millennial types. Never going back. read more

The service was poor and it was only 5pm. The order was incorrect when we finally got our food. Customers coming atleast 15 minutes after us received their food before we did. There were 4 in our party. Part of the group had to leave and never got their food because it took so long to get the corrected order back out. I talked with manager and she was going to look into the issue and she never came back. Yest was a one star visit! Worst experience I have had there. Frankie D read more

I've been to Bubba's at other locations and have never had a complaint but this one is not good. Every time we go there there's an issue. First we ordered nachos and what showed up was a plate of chips with a sprinkle of cheese and queso. The wings showed up in a basket swimming in grease. The wait staff in the bar is sub-par. You always have to wave someone down to get the drink they forgot or for anything else you need. When we walked in there must have been 6 hosts and not one of them said hello or asked how many? Sure wish this place lived up to the Bubba's in other locations. read more

The food was awesome! The wait for a table was literally like 2 mins. The beer was ice cold. Our waitress was very nice!

Shae was TERRIBLE. It took 20 minutes for us to get greeted, she cut us off after our drink order and didn't give us a chance to order an appetizer. We waited another 15 minutes for our drinks to be delivered. Took FOREVER to come back for us to order our food, we never got refills and had to communicate through other servers that we would like our food to go. read more
