Average fast food pizza. Prepared correctly. We used Door Dash and the pizza was not hot when it arrived, I wish they would keep the food in insulated bags in transit. read more

we ordered our food! watched tracker, order showed delivere.....not to us! called and the guy who claimed to be the GM said there was nothing he could do because the guy was "fairly new" but remake the food and have us wait another 25 minutes. Very unprofessional and didn't care!! read more

My order was cold because they passed it off to door dash who sat in my parking lot for several minutes before delivering it. Also, it took way too long so maybe that's why it was cold. 0/5 stars. read more

I tried walking in the store front to order a pizza . Staff couldn't find a menu and was very unhelpful . After 5 minutes of trying to order on my phone and being unsuccessful. I left with no pizza ! This store obviously can only handle on line orders . And someone on staff made a derogatory remark as I was leaving ! read more

We ordered a family deal. Paid extra for stuff crust. $32+ dollars for two large pizzas and the one with two toppings, a large, has barely any meat on it. It's a shame and a fact these places are going out of business. Don't waste your money. read more

Papa Johns Pizza - Here's the no meat pizza. - Pizza Near Me - Odessa, Texas

I ordered a pizza with their coupon for a special price of 12.99. By the time it was delivered, it cost $28 for delivery with a driver tip. When it arrived, the pizza had ranch instead of marinara sauce. It was disgusting. I called the store and requested a correction. They can have the inedible one they sent. I was informed that they delivered what I ordered. This is mot true. In any case, can they correct it? The answer was no. I could order a new $28 dollar pizza. This place is horrible. Order from somewhere else. I then ordered my new pizza from Dominos. It was much better. Don't waste your money at this papa johns! read more

The slowest delivery pizza this side of the mason Dixie (yes you could order your pizza from north of the mason Dixie and get it sooner than ordering from this place). I abandoned them after a 1.5hr wait time 4 years ago. Now giving them "one more chance" their online tracker has said the pizza was "boxing" for the last 45mins....so I drove there (yes it was delivery pizza). My pizza was ready...and cold. 20.00 for a cold pizza.....and it didn't get delivered...skip this joint in favor of any other. read more

I was craving a large pepperoni pizza today so I decided to order Papa John's for dinner. I ordered my pizza via the Papa John's mobile app and went over to the store to pick up my carry out order. My pizza was ready on time and was fresh out of the oven. When I got home to eat a slice, my pizza was so cheesy and fresh pepperoni paired well with their garlic sauce made for a great pizza night! read more

Nice job asshats! read more

Absolutely the best frikken pizza so far. Had a great dinner for my son's bday party and he was happy. Pizza was awesome, garlic knots superb, and the brownies were so good I thought I'd get diabetes from them. My kinda grub. The delivery dude was an older gentleman in a black car and was an extremely courteous and great delivery guy. If I knew his name he would be asked for Everytime. read more

My mom said her pizza had zero flavor, unlike the last time which she loved. Obviously there is some inconsistencies. Also the worker mumbled and looked at me weird when I went to pick it up which I understand people have off days so that's not why the rating is low. More consistency and flavor would be great. read more

I order for curbside pick up because I had my two-year-old daughter with me and the manager insisted on me going inside because they don't do curbside. read more

Papa Johns is usually really good. I placed an order online and called 20 minutes later to check on status because there was a mess up with the email. I was put on hold for a total of 20 minutes. Ten of them I was sitting in front of the store & saw the guy(or girl, not real sure) pick up the phone only to again say "please hold". I watched him get done with customers and still not pick up the phone. Pretty irritating. Terrible & unprofes read more

So far always great pizzas! Crust is awesome and the cheese and sauce is a great balance. The giant chocolate chip cookie is amazing! When you get it the cookie is still warm, it's hard to not eat a piece of it first!!! The delivery drivers are nice the girls just love our dachshund and he loves that they are bringing pizza! read more

Was sooo hungry and craving pizza so placed an order online. After placing it said there would be a 32-40 minute wait Order was ready in less than half the expected time. We got a meat trio, cheese stuffed crust pizza with bacon cheese sticks. It was fantastic everything was done amazing. Would have taken a picture but it was gone so fast, maybe next time read more

You know for their outrageous prices, the service here sure is shitty. Also, all the workers moving too slow.

Ok so found some decent pizza. Went in to pick it up for carry out of course. When I looked behind the glass wall at all of the young adults making the pizza, they were just digging right in the toppings with there bare hands to make the pizzas. The guy at the counter said they washed their hands. At a terrible time like this with a deadly virus going around ( who wants people directly touching your food with their bare hands)? Not me! No more pap John's for my friends and I !!!!!! One star rating is to good! read more

I ordered 1 pizza and cheese bread. I waited for an 1-1/2 hrs for my order. I called and they said my pizza had been delivered. I don't think So.... Then she said it was out for delivery. Well if finally got my pizza and it was cold...will NOT ever order from there again...The tracker sucks, it was boxing for 45 minutes. Terrible place to order pizza read more

The service was bad as hell and pizza had hair in it . Never go there ever okay ok had a toenail

0 star but yelp requires to leave at least 1 star, they took an 1hr40 min to deliver an order. Which sucks, I worked a 12 hr crazy long shift and just wanted to go home eat, relax watch tv but these people are done heads who half ass their job. The manager Ashley sucks too and gives attitude. read more
