When it arrived, the pizza had ranch instead of marinara sauce. It was disgusting. I called the store and requested a correction. They can have the inedible one they sent. I was informed that they delivered what I ordered. This is mot true. In any case, can they correct it? The answer was no. I could order a new $28 dollar pizza. This place is horrible. Papa Johns is usually really good. I placed an order online and called 20 minutes later to check on status because there was a mess up with the email. I was put on hold for a total of 20 minutes. Ten of them I was sitting in front of the store & saw the guy(or girl, not real sure) pick up the phone only to again say "please hold". So far always great pizzas! Crust is awesome and the cheese and sauce is a great balance. The giant chocolate chip cookie is amazing! When you get it the cookie is still warm, it's hard to not eat a piece of it first!!!
