Chipotle Mexican Grill - Chicken Build Your Own Burrito - Mexican Near Me - Odessa, Texas

The food was good no issues! The restaurant was a disaster! I have never been to a restaurant that was so filthy. The floor looked like it hadn't been swept in weeks. Trash and food all over. The drink station was just littered with straw wrappers and the tables were all disgusting. No way would I eat in there. Glad I got my order to go. They had plenty of staff behind the counter but apparently they can't clean the place up. The prices are outrageous as well. A double steak bowl, small Chips and a medium fountain drink was over $30.00 read more

They had no chicken and no attempt to make any more ran out of steak had no attempt to make more then proceeded to put queso on my bowl then sent it to the back and said it wasn't up to code the queso was full on chunky and still put it on my bowl and served it to me the worst chipotle I have ever been to. read more

This chipotle is by far the nastiest one cleanliness wise I have ever been to ever. I have been here twice and both times were off peak hours and the floors and counters were a freaking disgusting mess. I go to the one in midland if I can because of how bad this one is. read more

For some reason YELP would not let me edit the original post. This message is for the Management- Sheldon UPDATE: I sent in a message to Chipotle Customer care the same day we were there. So far NO reply at all from Chipotle. This is an example of why Chipotle is so inconsistent on the way they create their products. This particular location should be closed until it gets a makeover & retraining. It was that bad. PS - I typically do not write bad reviews. I understand how businesses struggle so a compliment goes further in my opinion. This place was just bed. read more

It's Chipotle! Even while traveling across the country, the chain delivers the same reliably consistent yummy flavor you have grown to love. Opted for the new Pollo Asado chicken bowl. Delicious! Caution: the chicken itself has a kick. Pair that with green salsa, and hot red salsa, whew!! Are there better Tex-mex than Chipotle? Of course. But has the chain moved the country forward in the fast-casual scene. You bet. And there's something to be said for that. I might not be a regular customer, but I'll always be a customer, kudos Chipotle read more

While the food is always good here, the restaurant tables are never bussed. I've probably come here 3-4 times over the last year, and EVERY time, we have to sit at a dirty table. The floors are trashed with napkins and straw wrappers everywhere, and there are never napkins or silverware on the drink bar. Tonight, we asked for large drinks, and the cashier said, "We're out of ice...is that okay? The drinks come out kind of cold..." We ended up having to get bottled drinks. We had to sit outside because of no clean tables. Why is the manager not on top of this? read more

Worst chipotle I have ever been to. They are never prepared and always always always missing stuff. And employees always have attitude like they don't want to be there. The three times that I've been here, it has been extremely dirty. read more

Our Office spent a large amount of money today ordering several Chipotle dishes. Needless to say once again this was a waste of money. Food was ice cold when we got it, pretty much all of the rice (white or brown) was crunchy due to being undercooked, orders were wrong and ingredients were missing in orders. Each time we go, things get worse so we will not be ordering from here again. Whoever owns or manages this place must not care at all about the quality. The chain should be embarrassed to have this location in their portfolio! It's awful!! read more

They were having a fundraiser for Permian. They had no clue what they were supposed to do, this was corporate approved. Many people came I specifically to eat and have a percentage go to the fundraiser on over half of the tickets they didn't give the fundraiser their profit. We ordered over $40 and on the burrito bowl they didn't add the meat, the order of 3 tacos, one of the tacos didn't have any meat. The chips were very stale. The manager has no communication skills whatsoever. Horrible service. read more

stood in line for about 20 minutes or longer and they weee out of chicken and tortillas!!!???

Not very friendly staff. Messed up on customers orders in front of me. Won't go back to this location for sure. Weren't busy either..

Dirty!! f you forgot a topping I'm sure you can find it on one of the tables leftover from the previous guest. The floor was covered in napkins and food around the tables. The only thing I saw cleaning tables was a black bird with a broken foot out on the patio. But at least he was trying. The drink station was a sticky mess with lids, napkins and straw papers all over it. What is it with Odessa restaurants? read more

They are not serving spoons anymore so you have to eat your food with a fork. The price is higher than other Chipotles; poor customer care. I don't give a single star for this outlet.ingle stars for this outlets read more

Very small portion of meat in taco for the supervisor or manager. I asked him to put more meat and he refused. Never have been a problem with the other employees; the worst service and experience was with the supervisor/ manager. read more

I made an online order and when I got to work I got a whole different order. The bag had my receipt and my name but what was bagged wasn't mine. I couldn't leave work again so I hope whoever got my food enjoyed it. read more

Id like to start off by saying the manager there is not very polite. I have also seen others in the back of the restaurant smoking vapes or smoking something IN the store. When i saw it i completely cancelled my order and left ... I was very surprised on how the portions were ,there was barely any meat on my bowl or even the burritos.... I would not eat there ever again.!!!! read more

Sloppy, unfriendly service. Restaurant was untidy. The Carne Asado meat was fatty and GROSS !! Cost me $22.00 to eat there just for myself. I will not be going back !! This was the location in Odessa, Tx. read more

The worker today filled the salad bowl like her dad payed for the lettuce. Who counts lettuce? She also was practically counting the beans. Never seen someone have so much ease closing a Chipotle lid. I hope all the workers aren't so incredibly stingy next time. read more

System is always down. Trash cans are always full. Place is always dirty. Double meat is pretty much a single.

I drove 30 min to come here. One of my favorite restaurants. This experience however was horrible. The new Guajillo steak was way over cooked, completely dry and burned. No chips available. I got a large drink because I wanted the teas but they were all empty. I then noticed there was no napkins at all which led me to look around and notice how gross the tables were and intense lack of management. Someone please help this location. She's looking low read more

This chipotle used to be on top of their game, always friendly staff. Now not so much. I get they're busy but when it comes to pick up orders no one acknowledges you or greets you. Food is still decent. read more

I visited my local Chipotle on Tuesday for lunch, As I arrived at the restaurant, there was no guacamole available, no Pibb Xtra available however that didn't stop me from getting a quesadilla with half steak and half chicken The quesadilla was a great portion however rather dry needed the hot red sauce complimented well with the tortilla chips. Most tables were dirty and it wasn't even busy. Overall Chipotle provides a unique atmosphere with fresh ingredients however limited selection on their menu, and for the money your better off across the street at Taco Villa. Average restaurant with exceptional employee service, if it wasn't for the friendly employees, this place probably be empty. read more

I absolutely love chipotle and I've been to different locations all over the country as I travel for work. But let me tell you this was absolutely the worst location in America and I have the experience to say. They don't stick with the tried and true method of every other chipotle of walking and o down the row of toppings as you go... they took my order and then told me to have a seat as them one of the employee's made a comment about how much faster this way was to another employee . Well it's not i waited 15 mins for a burrito that turned out to be nothing of what I ordered they even forgot to put a topping on and put it in a cup on the side save yourself and make the extra half hour drive to midland chipotle. read more

They always like to close 15-10 minutes before closing time which really sucks if u get out late. To bad they can't respect schedules

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Raise your standards @chipotle before your untrained and non-caring workers lose more customers or get someone seriously ill because of there attitudes. Not only that, but if someone can't work a cash register, then have them clean floors, not stare at you with an empty look like an emo kid at a country concert. Who ever does the hiring for this store is really scraping the bottom of the barrel. read more

Always enjoy a good fresh meal and this place rocks! The employees are super friendly which made my experience even better

Went to this location this past Saturday evening around 8:15. As we ordered we were told that they were out of guacamole. They make commercials about their guacamole, don't run out! Anyway, as we checked out we noticed there was a tub of guacamole at another prep station. We pointed it out and asked if we could get some of it and were quickly, and rudely informed that it was for online orders only! So....you're telling me that "potential" online orders take precedent over a guaranteed in store sale?? That's the dumbest thing ever. Even the girl ringing up our order said she didn't understand it. Makes no sense and they were NOT willing to give in on it at all!! Poor business practice! read more

First off the place is pretty clean compared to the rest of Odessa. The staff is super nice, I always find myself in little conversations with them. The place is trendy and the atmosphere is pretty chill. The complaint I have with this place was their grilled chicken was too well done. I kept finding burnt crispy chunks in my burrito. I tried to keep going and ignore the burnt taste that was spreading through my food. But in the end I could not even finish the burrito. I hope to return and give this place a better review, but until then three stars is all I can cough up. read more

Extremely friendly staff, they were very attentive and courteous. Great food awesome attitude. Two thumbs up for manger today.

It's so simple man !!!! Me and a couple of gym rats are watching out for bodybuilding show !!! We really take 8 oz of chicken and a cup of rice ,,, not a let me guess but can I please weigh my chicken and my rice to a cup exactly,,,, instead they throw a fit and wanna just guess what 8oz of chicken is and what a cup of rice for them looks like ,,,, stop going there we are payimg for our own food not asking for A free meal ,,, would be nice if they took it serious I mean their job instead of rolling their eyes at us !!!! read more

I come here to get my big burrito.. Spend $15 and it's the smallest burrito i have ever seen them make. So mad. I just kept shaking my head as she was making it. Everyone could tell i wasnt happy. I dont know if she was just scared to try to roll a big burrito or she just didn't care. You spend $15 on a burrito it needs to be bigger than a taco bell $2.99. Quaserito.. Such crap and i always love chipolet everytime.... Finally had a bad experience. read more

I don't know about you but rude people slamming burritos or your food into a bag or just being ugly doesn't sound very appetizing to me...
