Which I did twice and call went directly to busy signal after 10 rings. I go to location drive thru is packed cashier is taking order at the door so I go to door ask for my online order he denies me says I have to go thru drive. Waited in line for over 45 minutes & when I finally got to order my meal upon checkout I get everything except for my fries to be told that, "Only mobile orders get fries." Went @ 1130 before lunch rush and ordered a chicken bite meal, they were out so order the chicken strip meal instead. Recd order, fries were still raw in the middle, not crispy at all. After seeing all the stores throughout Texas, I finally tried it out. The good part, is everything is made to order like In n Out Burger. But they taste like they have been sitting there. It took 10 minutes for our order because the fried chicken bits took longer. Therefore, the burger that was part of the offer sat under the heater for 10 minutes. I got the A1 Thick and Hearty. It was neither. I had to add ketchup and salt and it still had no taste. The chicken bits were good tho. They resembled real chicken breast. Bi think the other advantage is breakfast menu and they are open 25 hours. So maybe if I hit one at 3am and nothing else is around, I'll crawl in. read more

This is my first time I've ever been to Whataburger, so this isn't a review of this particular store. I ordered the eponymous burger and fries. The patty was dry and flavorless. The toppings consisted of colorless, flavorless lettuce and mustard. The mustard was the only flavor for the entire burger. The fries were typical frozen then fried strings. Nothing special, nothing atypically bad. One whole star is given for the spicy ketchup, the only part of the meal with flavor. read more

We went to this Whataburger while on a trip, so we were just passing through. The cashier, Melinda, was so sweet and kind. Everyone in the place knew her. She spoke Spanish to those who spoke Spanish. Just chatting it up with everyone. She was sweet to my kids. Won't tell you what she comped them, but she is the sweet grandmotherly type.
