Food was great. Service definitely needs some work. We were there for 4 hours, had appetisers, dinner and drinks. We had made multiple requests for water that we never received. We had ordered drinks and about 45 minutes after we ordered drinks (never received them), our waitress came and told us they didn't feel comfortable serving us another drink??? We did ask to speak with manager, she did come out and was under the impression that we had cashed out with our 1st server, we did not cash out. We didn't even know he left until the waitress that was taking over told us. 1. Why didn't they say it when we ordered the drinks instead of waiting? 2. 3 drinks in 4 hours, that is less than a drink an hour? 3. The service was very slow... couldn't drink too much if we wanted to. read more

I always enjoy coming here and eating because they have such great food. However I was there with my boyfriend 2 nights ago and one of the waitresses felt the need to call my boyfriend out for quote "staring" at her. After that she proceeded to tell all of her coworkers and they all began staring at us. We were just trying to enjoy our meal and watch Selena Gomez's music video. I doubt that my boyfriend was staring at her as he was too busy criticizing Selena Gomez and her music video. However in the event that he was indeed staring at her I don't feel that it was necessary for her to call him out like that in front of all her coworkers and customers. She could have very nicely asked him to stop staring or taken care of the situation privately and professionally. This made us feel extremely uncomfortable and we ended up eating our food as fast as we could so that we could leave. I understand that being a women in this society can be very scary and we really have to be careful. However I also believe that not every man is a threat. Although this experience will not keep me from returning to this restaurant, it was definitely not the best experience. read more

If you're up for pizza, wings, burgers and beer this is the right place. Boneless wings were superb. Moist and tender.

It was really busy but I found a seat at the bar ( running solo this time) . Bartenders were working really hard and I think they did an awesome job. I had the California Chicken - really good! It's got a great sauce with fresh diced tomatoes! People came to the bar to wait for tables but moved pretty quickly as tables were cleared . It's got a good atmosphere for all. read more

Our first visit was this AM about 11:30. When we arrived we were seated promptly. Our host was a young gentleman named, MC. After taking our drink orders, he returned and took our order. I explained that we would be getting the Veteran's Day special and placed our order for the Grilled Chicken Salads. MC was an exceptional host with a pleasant smile and personality that made us feel most welcome. The salads were also excellent. I was a little concerned prior to arriving as the reviews seemed very mixed, some quite pleased, others equally displeased. I'm thankful to report that was not the case for us. I would suggest one thing, however. I saw two young employees with earphones and cellphones who seemed far more interested in their technology than customer service. Since they were not our servers, that didn't present a problem for us. However, I would strongly recommend that such employees NOT be allowed to use those devices while working. It looks bad from a customer point-of-view. Work is not the place for them as they can definitely serve as a distraction. Thanks. read more

Bad service! Had a waitress was very unatentive. My burger fell apart, as a place who does burgers 247? Figure you could form a burger patty properly read more

We had to wait an hour and 1/2 for our food to get to our table once we had placed our order. This was very frustrating for us because we had children with us and we didn't expect to wait that long for food. We have never eaten at Bubba's before. I feel that the wait time was beyond extreme. We asked to speak to the manager to see if some of our meal could be comped and she would not even consider it. She was indifferent and treated us as if we were a problem she wanted to get rid of. I am a disabled Marine Corps veteran and I am an honest person sir. I have no reason to lie to anyone or exaggerate anything. When I tell you that the service was horrible you can know that it is spot on the truth. I payed full price for an hour and 1/2 wait time. That's ok and I don't mind paying full price at all. It is not my goal to get anyone in trouble at Bubba's but the truth is the truth and there was hardly any customers in the restaurant. My family and friends felt like we were ignored and no cared at all about us. I will make sure to leave ratings on social media that are fair and I plan on contacting the Franchise corporate offices to let them know about our experience. If your evening manager would have treated us fairly and comped some of our meal there would have been no problem. However, she was indifferent to us and treated us like were a nuisance. read more

If you come in as a dine in, the food and service is great, I've had no problem with that aspect of Bubba's. The "take out" side on the other hand is lacking. I tried to use their website to order and was not able to. So I called the store and was put on hold by two different staffers for more than a few minutes each. Then when I showed up to pick up my order I was ignored by all the wait staff coming in and out of the dinning area for almost 10 minutes. Then when someone finally asked me for the name on the order she walked to the back, I thought to get my order, but I was wrong she filled her tables drink order first, then took it to them then came and brought me my order. When I got home to eat the pizza's they were cold. Now granted I live 10 minutes from the restaurant so I expect my food not to be has hot as when I pick it up but it was way to cold for a 10 minute trip home. Won't be getting take out from them again. But as a Restaurant from the dine in perspective they are top notch, just need to work on the take out side read more
