Great timing witty service! People are very friendly and helpful! Quiet place and good pizza

Great pizza done fast! Right on time with no problems price was right ! Will definitely be back

I placed a carry out order although my wait time was underestimated by 50 minutes I want to give a great shout out to Faith as she handled the calls and all the frustrated people waiting for their delayed orders. Instead of getting rattled she held her composure and manners all with holding a smile on her face. Faith if you see this kudos to you your parents raised you well. You demonstrated leadership skills better than most adults would have in your situation. read more

Been on hold for 30minutes between 4 calls , Ive asked for the manager 6 times keep putting me on hold

No wait staff had to go to the counter to order my pizza. Coke machine didn't work bathrooms out of order no napkins, no salt and pepper, cheese or peppers. I remember when Pizza Hut used to be fun to go to. This was a very horrible experience experience. read more

Wow everyone on there phone the whole place is dirty restrooms and the dining area, the food was good but the hospitality of the cleaning needs to be addressed as well read more

Pizza was out for delivery 48 minutes ago. Called the store to check on status and they know nothing and do not care. Very frustrating and very hungry. Well the pizza arrived an hour late. The driver admitted that he lost track and was under the influence. The food was cold, soggy and just not up to standards at all. I would call the store about it but I've learned they do not care. read more

This is the last time we will order from this location. We waited almost 2 hours for our delivery after the "out for delivery" notification was sent. We are literally 5 minutes away from this location. The pizza was not hot, we could tell it had been sitting waiting. Our delivery driver stated as much. The competition will now be getting our business. read more

This store is absolutely disgusting! It is terribly sad! Kids/young adults that work there clearly have no manager watching over them. All on their phones, and taking no initiative to do anything! There are leaks in the ceiling, disgusting dirty floors, vent above checkout caked in dust, food all over the floor, and boxes and plastic and trash in all the booths. Who owns this store?? Who manages it??! Ordered delivery on a Sunday night and it was going to be two hrs so called and said I'd just pick it up. Pizza was done but they said they had no record of me paying...even though I had an email. I wanted out of there so bad so I paid again. read more

Don't order delivery! Don't eat here! Driver felt entitled to a tip and didn't give me my change. Pizza was late 1.25 hours. Pizza wasn't even good. It was cut horribly and though dough on the bottom was half gone cuz it got stuck but nobody cares. Don't go here read more

I visited this Pizza Hut location on a Saturday evening and needless to say dining in here was a great choice versus carrying out or delivery which we usually do when we are craving pizza. We arrived and were told to sit anywhere. We placed our order and had the Pizza Hut to ourselves, the waitress accepted our Pizza and Wings coupon for $15.99, we couldn't complain. Our thin and crispy ham, pepperoni and sausage pizza was brought to our table fresh from the oven, tasted great, pretty much what you'd expect for Pizza Hut standards. Our boneless Wing Street buffalo medium wings were rich in flavor, nicely coated in the buffalo sauce and with ranch dipping on the side definitely complimented them. This particular Pizza Hut in Odessa is by far one of the cleanest and greatest customer service in town so if your craving to dine in at any Pizza Hut in Odessa this is the place! Also they were nice enough to give us coupons for future visits, an added bonus. OVERALL:GREAT SERVICE, FOOD, AND ATMOSPHERE! read more

Cold pizza and bad service. Just get domino's. Avoid this place if you want anything worth your money

Hungry for pizza we decided to come to this once popular location. We were very disappointed. It was freezing in the dining room . All of the pepper shakers were down to a few pepper flakes. Our thin supreme had onion skins on it. You are supposed to peel them before putting them on a product. We had to ask for plates and were not offered any silverware. The restrooms needed serious attention. read more

Order a medium pizza and I received a message at 7:11 stating my Pizza was on its way.....one hour later still no pizza. I called the store phone number and no one picks up. I hope I can get my money back. read more

I tried to order online and it wouldn't let me upgrade to cheezy breadsticks, so I called the store immediately to make sure it was done right they kept me on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up and called and again. I talked to them and they said thats the way it was ordered there'd nothing I can do about it. Even after I explained that online wasn't working correctly. The lady said ok bye and hung up on me. Give a damn about people once in a while and you won't get negative reviews. read more

I've had pizza here before and it was amazing the best pizza I ever tasted they even have the cheese pizza it's delicious you want to try it

This location is around the corner from me and it has steadily sucked worse and worse over time. The mangers lie and say they can't refund your money when they don't make your food correctly and you don't want it. Undercooked pizzas suck and so does this place. read more

Seems like these guys got a bad wrap. I ordered delivery and it was delivered in about 20 minutes just like the person said. It was hot and my drink was cold. Thanks Pizza Hut. read more

Service was super slow, we were the only ones in there and the dining room was still dirty. We were Told they were completely out of ice so we couldn't get refills, Saving grace was the pizza was pretty average for Pizza Hut read more

We have a love/hate relationship with this Pizza Hut. Most of the time, our pizzas come out great, every so often they'll be a little stingy on toppings (we typically order at least one super supreme pizza) - pizza condition aside, the managers and staff who run the register have always been very accommodating. I witnessed a manager (who I believe is no longer there now) get absolutely berated over something she had no control over (short-staffed for the day, extreme number of orders - felt like we were at Disney land the place was so packed) - customer was irate, rude and difficult and she handled it like a champ. Then after the ride MFer left, she apologized to everyone else n the room for having to endure him and provided us with a discount on our orders because of the extra wait times. Today, the online ordering system was overcharging for food and Thomas, the guy at the register was super polite, super accommodating and very quickly corrected the price on our order. Shout it to Thomas for 5 star service, your boss should give you a raise good sir - these are examples of why we keep coming here, even when our orders get messed up from time to time. read more

Ordered pizza last night. Had cheese and crackers for dinner. Two hour mark, after 4th phone call pizza arrived and I declined delivery. I was on the phone cancelling the order. Last straw was when the woman on the phone said I would have to give her my credit card number to get a refund. This is the third time in a year that I have had poor/no service from this restaurant. Do not waste your time and money on this place. read more

Ordered a thin crust pizza with extra cheese and pineapple. I asked for it to be well done - the pizza they delivered was burnt, cold, and had very little cheese or pineapple on it. Hands down the worst pizza I have ever had. read more

Horrible service from start to finish. Was put on hold for 20 minutes before our order was placed and then when we got our pizzas, one of them don't have any cheese. We called back to tell them and were him up on. We called back again asking for a manager, and were hung up on a second time. We called back a third time and was out on hold for 15 minutes waiting for a manager. We talked to a girl named Lisa who was short on the phone and didn't care to solve the problem. read more

My family and I have lived down the street from this Pizza Hut for 5 years and love it. We don't eat as much as we use to because we are trying to eat healthier as we get older. I have had a a few instances where I thought they were closed because the phone rang so many times before someone answered. If you want good pizza that is prompt and always balanced perfectly with the cheese and sauce; can't go wrong here. I have always been a pizza fanatic and Pizza Hut has always stayed up in the top pizza places to eat. read more

Every time I ol get food here they mess up the order. Whether is be delivery or carry out. Never fails. Such a shame. And when you tell them they mess up your order they make up excuses. Especially when they deliver. They try to find any way to get out of bringing the correct order to you. read more

Worst Pizza Hut I've EVER come across!!!!! They're always offline so you have to call and the people are so rude and hang up on you when you start ordering, I can hear people laughing and cussing on the other line. HORRRRRRRIBLEEEEE CUSTOMER SERVICE. read more

Hate this place do not call for delivery at all. Not only do they not come they try to overcharge you on phone and lie to you! When you call back and ask for manager all they do is say sorry! Turned them in to corporate and hope they lose their franchise!!!! Below zero stars!!!! read more

They need people that want to work ( including managers ). Customer Service is so bad . Buffet should start at 11am ,. We didn't get to eat until 11:30 because they were not ready . But they were playing and texting instead of doing their job. Such a big disappointment read more

WORST LOCATION EVER DO NOT ORDER NOT GO TO THEM! They will not give you what you order they will make up an excuse to what there mistake was! And still have the balls to lie! You know how I know the manager had the nerve to tell me that he let the driver know to tell me what my item was substituted for , when in reality he is a liar because it was for carry out nice try for saving your ass though Christopher! He even said it was His DM call! So I guess customers opinion doesn't matter anymore especially because we don't get asked what we want for our money instead! Shame on you! read more

This is the main pizza place I use for delivery and I have to say they do a really great job! The pizza is always hot and looks like they took a great deal of care to get it right! When ordering online sometimes this location is out of whatever deal they're running but the management typically makes up for it in a better way! Example: ordered a large two topping for 7.99 they had ran out was delivered 3 medium two toppings to make up for it!! read more

Worst experience. Ordered a pizza and hour and a half later we called. They said it should be out for delivery. Then we called back two hours in. We talked to the manager. He couldn't tell us what happened to our pizza but they could make another but it would take 25 min. We said we just wanted a refund. He couldn't even do that. We have to come up there the next day. What kind of service should we expect. What kind of manager doesn't know where a pizza is. I bet if his family ordered food and no one showed but took his money he would be just as disappointed. If this is the service they allow then don't go there or order there. read more

I guess their call in and carry out orders are more important than walk in customers. We waited 20 minutes with NO service. There were 3 tables with customers when we walked in. Two had their food one had no drinks or food. After being there 5 minutes the table with no food or drinks walked out. We waited 15 more minutes. A waitress asked one table with food how everything was and then went to the other table who had food and started clearing their table as they had left. She never looked our way. Terrible customer service. Never again read more

If there was a ZERO rating, they would get it! Almost walked right back out soon as entering as dining room was FILTHY. However, a long day left us craving garlic knots. Seated ourselves as no one greeted us, finally despite only one other table being taken in entire restaurant, waitress came to take drink order. Waters with lemons please--they don't have lemons, only lemon juice packets. Ordered the knots at that time. Took forever to get the knots that were COLD, TOUGH AND ONLY TWO HAD CHEESE. Had to ask for appetizer plates and real forks. They are not offered! Had to get up and take them to counter as waitress never returned and friend and I are both handicapped with limited mobility. Waitress agreed knots were cold and tough, said would replace with two new orders so we ordered medium spicy chicken wings too. Knots came out and while hotter, still only three in each tray had cheese and again were so tough you literally could not chew them. Asked for manager. No manager came. Chicken wings finally arrived....COLD--not warm, not lukewarm, COLD!!! Reported to waitress and again asked for a manager. After 15 minutes passed with no manager coming, we went to front to speak with them and advise we would NOT be paying for our order. Meanwhile, employees were laughing, visiting, on their phones and texting and four of them were in the dining room--our waitress and another girl SWEEPING WITH A BROOM THE CARPET, dust flying everywhere! Then lo and behold, out from under a table came a roach (well, no doubt with all the food on floor). They were eeked out by the bug but our waitress finally stomped it. Tables were filthy, menus coated in wing sauce and yuk, peppers and parm jars so nasty we didn't even use them. Upon finally speaking with asst mgr, Reagan, advised her we will NEVER return to nor order from this location again. She was completely non-apologetic, had a nasty lil attitude about our complaints and when asked who the manager was, she rudely responded "Ashley" (we believe she said). We were both so angered and tired at this point, it really didn't matter since mgr wasn't there anyways. Clearly NO employee on that shift cared about the quality of product, their personal appearance--several had nose, lip (Reagan had TWO lip piercings) and other visible body piercings besides just ears--one's looking like boogers hanging from her nose, dirty hair and unkept uniforms, appearance or cleanliness of the restaurant or whether the location had business or not. Sad! read more
