So I've been here alone to dine out and it was decent. My wife wanted to come try it out. Ordered at 7:38pm, a hour goes by and nothing. I walk up front to ask how much longer. I now notice only one person is still working. The girl hasn't even begun to start making our food. I don't blame her, but ownership and management is to blame for this. Asked for a refund and they wanted my personal info. While this dialogue is going on. The employee is talking to Monica the manager I'm assuming? Talking on the phone with gloves that she's prepping food with. Like I said this young girl was left hanging to dry with no help. I went there about a week ago and the customer service is some of the worst I've ever experienced here in West Texas. The pizza was cold and the dish they served it to me on had old food crusted on it. It took 35 mins for a 8" meathead. The bartender made my drink wrong and didn't even bother to fix it, just gave me a water. The managers also seemed pretty standoff-ish when I tried to bring it up to her. Tried this place a week ago and the pizza was solid. Tonight I ordered a hawiian pizza a lasagna roll up and 2 things of ranch on their website. My wife gets there and the girl working says she didn't know she had an online order and it'll be 10 or 15 mins. My wife waits and his handed one box. She opens it and there's no pineapple. She tells the girl the pizza is wrong and that she's missing the other 3 items. She tells my wife they're out of ranch, lasagna roll ups and I guess pineapple but that we'll be refunded for the missing items. I got one of the 4 items I ordered and it was wrong. Can't give zero stars, would if I could. This place sucks, I was really hoping it was good. For one, idk if their air conditioning's broken or they're just trying to save money and not have the AC running below 80°. But it's super hot inside. Plus the service sucks, went rhere around 3-4pm and there's only one person, some old lady. You'll be lucky to be attended if she's sitting down in the back room, which you can see from the front counter. Lastly, ordered the legends pizza and she didn't even put any buffalo sauce on it. When I went to show her she denied it and said she did. But it looked nothing like what you see in the photo of the legends pizza. It's no wonder they don't have customers. read more

I prefer 2 star but I need to give it 3 star for the look of the restaurant and good customer service. I leaving a picture and let the picture decide for you. This location is closed but the website will take orders. What a scam! I contacted the Midland store and they said that they are not taking orders at Odessa store at Medical Plaza. Also, they processed my credit card but I was able to cancel the transaction. read more

Service is great, pizza could be better, I think the sauce was a little bitter, reminded me of frozen pizza sauce. But overall okay, the subs are something to talk about! Highly recommend a sub sandwhich! read more

Love the pizza, thin crust - tried the Hawaiian this time and really enjoyed the flavor of the salami and banana peppers together. The kitchen area is separated from the seating (cozy booths) with some nice music for an overall enjoyable dining experience. Had to use my GPS to find it(next to Pinkies off Faudree). Really enjoyed the fresh salad bar. Tons of options.... added a little 8 inch ultimate pepperoni and left full. Store has wonderful booth seating and even chandeliers to add to the atmosphere. Little diamond hidden next to Pinkies off Faudree! read more

Ok I tried legden's pizza again. Everyone deserves a second chance! Now it's NEVER again! They didn't even make my hairy pizza right!!! Not only did I have a long hair mixed in with my toppings it was still doughy in the middle. The wings had a bitter smell! When I picked up my order they weren't wearing gloves when the pizza when in over or boxing. Dishes were pulled up all over the sink and on flood. When I called I was hung up on twice, then asked if it was my hair! They didn't offer one apology or to make it right. Took 40 min to get my order for dine in. Food was ok. Pizza was hot and pasta was cold. Over priced for the taste.

Service and location was great however not the pizza. My husband and I have visited the Greenwood location and we really liked the pizza that one time there. Pizza at this location had way too much cheese, you could hardly taste the pizza sauce, the bread tasted doughy (I think because of too much cheese). WORST experience. Spent $116 dollars for a family of five. The soup looked like soggy cornbread, the lasagna roll was cold and hard when I bit into it. I immediately informed the young lady that brought the food out. She stated that she would get with her manager and issue a refund, she then came back and stated since her manager Calvin was not in she could not issue the refund, but allowed me to talk to Calvin on the phone who stated he was out of town and would be in at 10:30 am the next day and would take care of my refund, I arrived at 10:40 am to give him a bit of grace period and he did not arrive until 11:40 and that was not until after I called to speak to the owner in at the Midland location since I could not get a refund at the odessa location were the incident occurred. While I waited a customer came in and only one guy working so they waited for him to finish with truck and he gave them cups for a drink and the fountain machine contents were disgusting and the consumer was looking at it in disgust, it had spewed out mud looking stuff all over the cup and foamed up like soap. The gentleman working said it may be "sanitizer?". When the manager Calvin finally arrived after I missed a hour of work waiting on him and I stated that to him. He stated "oh well shit happens get over it. " I still have not received a call back from the owner after my request and after submitting an email for a request.
