This was only okay. I honestly had some pizza to go from the first night I got into town and I thought they were delicious. I would have given 4 stars but on my last night I decided to get a burger to go for dinner and it took way longer than it should have. I ordered a bacon burger and the waitress/hostess went to put it in and then came back and said that she had ordered me the one with bacon and avocado because that's all they had. I pointed out that this was not the burger I had ordered. I showed her the menu when she said that it was the only one they had with bacon and asked what she meant as the very first burger listed - on top of all the other ones is a bacon burger. So I will say I gave this restaurant at 1 because from start to finish my experience was horrible. The only reason I gave the restaurant at 1 is because the chef cooked my chicken the way I wanted it and the manager held the door for me when we left. Now as far as my experience went when we set down we waited about 15 minutes before anyone even came outside to help us. Then it started raining so we came inside and sit at the bar our food came out fairly quickly. However my pasta was cold but I try to make the best of it but I really couldn't get through it. I asked a waitress if she could get me some Tabasco sauce. She then returned with the Tabasco sauce but gave it to a different Patron. So then she pass by again and asked if everything was okay and I said well I'm still waiting on the Tabasco and she said oh well I already gave it to you and I said actually you gave to the table behind me. Our waiter kept disappearing. He took forever to bring us the check we tried to pay I had to go track him down in order for us to pay our bill. The restaurant was extremely cold. Pretty decent food with lots of tvs to catch football on Sundays. My favorite is the meaty meat pizza and their crust tastes like garlic bread which is a plus. Burgers are good as well. Only downside of this place is the service kind of sucks...plenty of time where it took almost all eternity to get my beer even one time where I got seated and then a couple was seated after me and got served while I sat and watched countless of servers walk right pass me. Went to Bubba's 33 with my family who was visiting for Thanksgiving weekend because we had never been there but always talk about it when we drive by. We were seated immediately, and our server Courtney was super knowledgeable and sweet. We actually found out that she had just moved from Illinois like I had, so that was fun as well! My mom likes to joke around, and Courtney was a good sport and really made it an enjoyable experience for us. Food was great, drinks were great, and it all came out pretty fast! I'm excited to go again sometime to try more of their menu. My sister and her boyfriend got the wings ($14.99 all you can eat per person on Wednesdays!) and said they were delish, so I'm excited to come back on another Wednesday to try them out myself, because a lot of the big wing chains have gotten so bad over time. I was excited about a new bar/food place close to home. The only thing I have eaten here is the pizza. It is good. I would recommend it. I also have only sat at the bar. The service has been hit or miss. I have either gotten exceptional bar staff or abysmal bar staff. It's a roll of the dice. The other reason it's only 3 stars is simply price. We have been to Bubba's many times and enjoy the food. The last few times the bill was notably incorrect. We have been overcharged 3 times. We ordered a medium rare hamburger and it came back well done. We sent it back to be recooked and when the bill came we were charged for 2 burgers. I expressed my concern to the manager that this is the 3rd time we have been overcharged at Bubba's. He blamed it on an computer glitch, corrected the tab, and was not sorry nor was he concerned. Pleasantly surprised by this place! Went on Sunday and it was crazy busy with football blaring from a million TVs. Sat outside and despite the fact that they were busy and we were the only ones outside our service was great! Waitress was awesome, listened to her suggestion for the garlic knots. Omg. Get them, they're amazing. I'm pretty serious about my garlic knots, these were on point. Also had the kale quinoa salad, boyfriend got the stromboli. My salad was delicious! Very fresh and tasty.
