Family came here tonight for casual dinner and we had a good time! All the staff working behind the counter were really friendly. Tables were clean, bathroom was clean. The barbacoa hard shell tacos were soooooo good. I love that they have pineapple as a topping. My dad's taco salad shell was stale which was the one big complaint at the table. I had been eyeing this place since they opened, we went for pickup, the two burritos were good and I had the nachos, all was good. My only issue is the customer service, two people behind counter, no one said welcome the Bubbakoo's or can we help you, nothing! I had to ask for my order, and when I left the only person who did say something was the employee who was sticking the soda and drinks. So to me customer service is just as important as getting good food. We will go back but I'm not expecting any good or even great customer service read more

Bubbakoo's was decent, I wasn't a huge fan, but my family was. I had the shredded chicken with rice, pinto, corn and house salsa burrito, my daughter wishes she had gotten the same, I must admit, if I had added one of the sauces it probably would have been more enjoyable, but the chicken was yummy. My husband really enjoyed his grilled chicken burrito, my daughter and I were not big fans of the grilled chicken. Lastly my daughter got the quesadilla, it was simple but had a great crunch. The staff was super friendly and a lot of fun, they were educating us on how the process works. It was also nice to see that they were fully staffed! 10/10 Experience all around from the fresh ingredients to the amazing customization options! It's great to see other burrito locations opening up besides the large chains! Great meat to cheese ratio on the quesadillas with tons of options for additional toppings and meats. I didn't actually visit this place, my sister dropped in for a pickup order for all of us. I had never heard of this place before. I got the Honey Sriracha Chicken Burrito. Absolute HEAVEN!! Crispy chicken, strong honey sriracha glaze, fajita veggies, white rice, and corn. Believe me when I tell you: all ingredients were bursting with flavor! And the burrito was HUGE. And warm, nothing cold. Best burrito I've ever had, by far! We also ordered a side of Curly Fries and they were pretty good. But I've found my new thing: Bubbakoo's! Can't wait to try one of their other burritos, or maybe even a quesadilla or a taco! But the Honey Sriracha? Absolute heaven! Highly recommended. read more

A nice addition to Stuart as you know what you get here with this chain. I typically eat organic and local food restaurants but sometimes you crave something quick and easy. They had the full crew in their opening day so I was 18+ in line and it took them only approx 12-15 minutes to get my order in. Very fast service. I got the Nashville hot chicken burrito, it was what I expected. It can be customize beyond the listed menu description so that is definitely a plus. White or brown rice. More sauce. Some veggies. The ingredient bars looked fresh. The only thing is the parking lot gets full at lunch as this plaza (1st time there) has a lot of businesses so grab a parking spot when you see it. Also going south on 1 to this plaza is a little tricky if you have gone past the Speedway gas station you'll need to pull a U. I hope they get outdoor seating option as I typically have my little dog with me. But this place may cater to grab and go customer. My first visit was not great. I replied to a request for comment and was promptly contacted by a manager inquiring about my experience, inviting me to return and offering a discount. The second visit was much better. My food was fresh and tasted great. Generous portions of shrimp and steak in my burrito and friendly service. There is parking out front, the store is clean and the bathrooms are well maintained. So glad I was encouraged to visit again . I am impressed with their customer service and will return. read more

It doesn't take long for a place to go down hill when it's run by kids. This place is no exception. Besides my psychiatrist diagnosing me OCD I have been taking my OCD meds religiously but I noticed something during my visit that had triggered a complete panic attack. The young lady that had made my quesadilla had pinned my dilla against a dirty tin. What was in the tin? Not sure maybe oil. But the entire griddle was open you need to learn basic food handling skills before cooking please. You might as well put a dirty rag on there. Or perhaps place the tins away from the griddle so you are not pinning food against visibly in front of customers. I've worked in restaurants before this is no surprise but it's disgusting. Tried it once, and will be coming back every time that I wanna rice bowl! There was so much food, I was stuffed by the end... Which was great! I love that you have the option to choose your meat and items in your bowl. Very similar to the bigger chain restaurants but 100 times better! read more

I didn't like anything about the food here, but it could be that it's new and employees have not produced quality yet. Burrito was not rolled right and is mostly rice and not a ratio of ingredients to show off flavor. The breaded rice thing looks way nice in photos but not in person.... I thought it was stuffed but it's not! I A large football shaped deep fried rice with crap topped on it is all your getting and you end up with greasy, soggy that has very tile taste. White cheese sauce is thickened like a gravy which is not the texture your liking for. You would probably need to get everything super hot and fresh eaten right away to have made what I had better, but I would still not return for a second meal. If this is a new business and not a franchise focus on quality and not the very expensive Togo containers your using. Get quality in control and if your going to serve heavy in rice make sure that rice is outstanding alone first. read more

I love this place for burritos and tacos, since they opened this Restaurant is being great. But now, the guacomole and cheese is extra and it is just a little what they serve you, so not happy and not going frequently like I used to. those extra charges are not fair and it is not .99 cents. Heard about this place online and needed to see the hype on it. I drove an hour to try this place, nice area. When I got inside there were 4 workers behind the counter, no customers, standing and talking amongst each other which didn't bother me. But when I was ready to order they were suddenly busy doing online orders and I had to wait. When they were ready to take my order, they proceeded to take my order made my burrito so slow and then my food was just sitting on the counter waiting for the shrimp to be cooked because it was not started.
