I told the person in the drive through that I don't want to round up my change for their charity, and b I paid with cash, I didn't catch it right away, but when I saw my receipt, i wondered how 10.37 suddenly caused me to receive no coins. Pretty good for a Taco Bell. Always fast. Food seems freshly prepared. Service is friendly. Forget the sauce sometimes but that's all right. Couple things wrong with my drive thru. It's a franchise store so they don't participate with all the national advertising deals. Order was wrong and not confirmed. Wasn't asked or offered a receipt. I had to personally ask the staff to make my order after 15 minutes of waiting and my order being one of only two orders in the building. They were extremely unprofessional while the man making my order declared that he was attempting to "make it as bad as possible so nobody ordered the combo ever again". I went last night after my shift at a bar (9/16/23). I got there at 2:45 am. The person who answered drive through for ordering was so nice. He took my order, when I pulled up to the window my food was fresh, hot, life giving. I apologized for coming almost at close. Being in the industry I'm completely aware of what a pain in the ass that can be. I really wanted to like this restaurant because it's close to my work However the first time I came here I placed a mobile order and they kept pronouncing my name wrong after I corrected them the first time. I get it my name may not be familiar with everyone and I'm fine with that just don't be rude over and over. Now today I went back because the food was decent last time I went. When I placed my order today I walked in there and told them I had a pickup and I hear the lady and the man that were in there the last time I ordered, mocking me after they heard the name again, I don't understand what the big deal is I even pulled out my ID last time to show them Job is my real name (Pronounced Joh-b). It is rare you want to tell people about a fast food restaurant experience, except to say, "don't go there". This Taco Bell was truly the exception. We were automatically greeted by a young lady named Nicole and our order was taken by a young lady named Rachel. They were both pleasant and took time to engage my two young children. Went to this location today and my order wss not too bad . On my crunch wrap they need to clean the press machine that they press it together with because it leaves burnt pieces on it from previous pieces left on the press. The worst part was my daughters order which they messed up on . They gave her a beef burrito when she ordered the chicken instead . I was very disappointed today with my visit, came in to get something quick lunch around 230, placed my order at 235. Now when I went in there were already people waiting and about 4 people ahead of me. Looks like maybe a basketball team came in, I waited till about 250 and asked for a refund. Now during the process of my refund I observed there were 2 people working the regular line and about 3 working the drive through and 1 cashier and that's included what seemed to be a supervisor. I also noticed one of the people working a young lady she end d up leaving for a break. Now the other person that was with her a young man was working the line as fast as he could, while the other was just taking her time. Anyway, since there was only that one guy working that line he served d the food and apologized for the long wait. Now, not one time did the manager come over to us to apologize for the long wait. So now back to my refund, the cashier had to wait for the manager to open the drawer, not once did she acknowledge me and ask d what happened or apologized. I thought this was really bad customer service. But I want to give credit to the young man that was working the line as fast as he could and he apologized. read more
