Service was good, they checked on us frequently and everyone was polite. The steak on the tacos was chewy and rubbery, not very good at all. The enchiladas weren't flavorful, very simple. It was very hot in the restaurant, you can hear the fans but no ac. This place is definitely a pass for me, for the price I'd rather go to Casa Amigos up the road.

I have dined here twice now. I will say the server was very attentive and nice, but the food took a while to come out especially since both times there was only one other table in the dining room besides us. The first visit I had the Birria tacos which were highly recommended by the server. My daughter orders the Nachos after trying to order Carne Asada Fries, which they said they do not make. I also had a Margarita. I would say the Margarita honestly tasted like there was no alcohol in it. The Birra tacos were lacking flavor as well. The Nachos were nicely presented, and the portion was huge! The second visit was with my husband, and I did not mention anything to him about the food from the first visit. He ordered the Birria tacos (same server, highly recommended) he said the exact same thing about them lacking in flavor. I wanted posole which they sadly do not serve. I ended up ordering the ceviche and tried to order a taco ala carte which I was told I couldn't order a single taco. You can only order the meal portion. A little odd for a taco place. The ceviche was good, but not ceviche. The shrimp were actually grilled and not cooked in lime juice like traditional ceviche. The shrimp did have nice flavor just not what I was expecting.

I stopped into Casa Del Taco after driving by it for years. I read some reviews on Yelp and decided to give it a try. I came in for lunch and glad I did. I was welcomed warmly and took a seat in a comfortable booth. Looking over the menu I saw the veggie burrito and ordered it. I had some chips and salsa and was offered the spicy salsas as well. I like spice so I definitely wanted to try it. The salsas came on a separate plate and they were nice and flavorful. My veggie burrito arrived quickly and I was quite impressed. The menu says it's full of fresh veggies and it was. The burrito was big and filling not to mention delicious. It comes with rice and refried beans which were very tasty. Add in some of the spicy salsa and I really enjoyed my meal. The servers are incredibly friendly and kind. They checked on me several times to make sure everything was ok. I really enjoyed my meal and the service was excellent. I'll certainly be back and suggest you give Casa Del Taco a try.

Our 1st visit to Casa Del Taco! Thanks Yelpers based on reviews we popped in for lunch. It was old school Mexican food that was delicious. It seems like a family owned business who were very friendly. The food is so fresh. The chips are served warm & the guacamole was perfect! For lunch, we had the taco salad w& 2 tacos which were a perfect choice for us. Everything is made fresh to order & fresh. We can't wait to come back to visit.

Came here the other day with my hubby for lunch. Service was decent. The food was amazing! We both got the burrito supreme with shredded beef and it was so good. My hubby ordered the chorizo queso as an appetizer and it was pretty good too. The verde salsa is spicy but really good so make sure you ask for that and extra of it.

You feel like you have been invited into someone's home.... Authentic Mexican fare with personal service that makes you feel like a guest, not a customer. Situated in a small strip mall on US 1, you could almost miss it, but I highly recommend that you do not. Chicken Enchiladas with mole sauce were amazing. The sides consisted of refried beans and rice and were very good. Hubby had the Asada Pablano and loved it! We were also treated with some samples of the other salsas that were spicy and delicious. Great find in Jensen Beach!

Loved this place! Complimentary chips and salsa while you wait for your food. The tacos are pretty authentic, and even have a Tex-Mex option which is the lettuce, tomato and cheese version. I had chicken and pastor tacos and they were delicious. Lots of flavor in the meat. They make some more varieties or tacos such as tripe and goat which is not so common to come across in these restaurants. Pricing is very fair and the menu options are great with everything from taco salads to burritos or seafood dishes. They make spicy salsas that are true Mexican nature with the level of heat! Very fresh, and flavorful. Our server was super friendly and courteous, great atmosphere. Definitely a place to go back to!

Authentic & super flavorful Mexican cuisine!!! Love it!!!

I love the fact that it's fresh authentic Mexican food! Get some Quesabirrias and then some flan, it's the perfect combo!!! lol

Taco Thursday anyone? I was searching for a local restaurant for our date night and this place struck my interest. Tacos and great reviews... can't go wrong. For whatever reason, the GPS on yelp sent me across the street. Nothing annoys me more then wrong directions. Yelp needs to fix these kinks. They're located in the Hobby lobby shopping center off to the right at the end. There was plenty of parking for a Thursday night. The inside was cozy and festival. We sat at the booth closes to the front door. Our waitress was super sweet and attentive. We were served with salsa and chips to start off with. The menu itself had a full variety of many different options. I like the fact that pictures were included for certain items. We tend to pick one of those. We started the night with a bang ordering margaritas with salt. Two large glasses came out and it made you forget that we had one more work day tomorrow. I ordered the Chimichanga which came out in a large plate of delicious food. It consisted of, deep fried burrito with pulled pork, beans, lettuce, guacamole and rice. Enough for dinner and lunch the next day. Just kidding, I cleaned my plate it was so good. I did skipped the rice, no extra carbs needed. Our witness did offer us two types of house made sauces. I couldn't refuse. We did try both sauces and we felt like they didn't have much flavor. I tried it a couple of times and there was no wow factor. This wasn't something I would request next time. Our bill came out and for everything we ordered, it wasn't breaking the bank. The cost was on point and for how high everything is now a days, this was nice not to squirm. I would differently keep this on our radar for next time.

Spiro's Taverna -- Yelp Review (Real Plate, Real Talk)…read more You know that moment when the plate hits the table and you instantly know you made the right decision? Yeah... this was that. Let's start with what matters--the food in front of me. This wasn't some dressed-up, overthought "fusion" attempt at Greek cuisine. This was execution. Clean. Confident. No shortcuts. The chicken? Perfectly grilled with that slight char that tells you it actually touched fire--not a pan pretending to be one. Juicy, seasoned with real herbs (not just salt and hope), and sliced like someone cared about how it hits the plate. Then you've got the gyro meat tucked in there--savory, rich, and exactly what you want it to be. Not greasy, not dry... just balanced. This is the kind of combo platter that quietly flexes: "we don't need to choose one thing--we do both right." The pita? Warm, soft, with just enough toast on it to give it structure without turning into a cracker. That's a detail most places mess up. Not here. And I respect the simplicity on the side--fresh cucumber, onion, olives, pepper. No overcomplication. It lets the protein shine, which is exactly what this plate is about. Even that rice sitting in the background--fluffy, clean, not clumped, not an afterthought. Here's the truth: A lot of places can make Greek food. Very few make it feel like this--intentional, balanced, and actually satisfying without trying to impress you with gimmicks. Service matched the plate. Efficient, attentive, and not trying to be your best friend... just trying to get it right. And they do. Final verdict: This isn't "good for Port St. Lucie." This is just straight-up good. No notes. Just bring your appetite.

The atmosphere was cozy, warm, and lit with very nice while Christmas lights, this being the season and all. The waiter was friendly and not overbearing. I was quite surprised at the prices...very reasonable. I had a gyro with a side Greek salad for $12. The salad was fresh with lots of feta. The gyro was absolutely delicious...and fairly large. The meat was roasted just right and tender. The sauce was tasty, and the pita bread was warm and soft. My friends had spanakopita. They loved it. The portions were large, the food was fresh and delicious, and the price was right. They're a fairly new restaurant in town, so I wish them well. If they keep it serving food like this at these prices, they'll be in JB for a long time g time!

I have been wanting to try COLAB forEVERRR and finally found the time!…read more Such a cool place, great vibe, clean AND farm to table. Also, every employee we encountered was so friendly! I will say, being cleaner food, some food was more bland, like my burger. I sort of wished it was like the kids burger at their sister restaurant (District Table), which it may be, but it wasn't as flavorful the day I had it. I also wish fries were an option. Since chips or a side salad didn't appeal to me, I upgraded to their potatoes, which I will say were delish! I was so excited to try their dry rubbed wings that were mentioned in many reviews, but they were no longer available, which ended up working out because their sticky wing replacement were AMAZING! My daughter (10) also really enjoyed her avocado toast which had a bunch of ingredients she's not usually fond of, but once incorporated with the dressing, she has now become a tomato fan! Instead of getting dessert at the table we decided to grab the Swiss roll cake in the market that we had seen on our walk in. If you like real buttercream, I highly recommend it! So yeah, I will definitely be back! I do wish they offered some type of brunch promo fun...maybe bottomless or pitchers of mimosa...?!
