This was a pickup order from a location only about five minutes away, so freshness shouldn't have been an issue. The burritos were extremely mushy inside. I'm not exaggerating when I say about 80% of the filling was plain white rice -- and it tasted like it hadn't even been salted. Before I start with the actual business if you come here on a Friday late afternoon like I did just be prepared to deal with parking. There is definitely not enough parking in this plaza for all the businesses surrounding it. However, once you walk in you see the setup is like Chipotle. The walls are decorated and they definitely embrace the color green. To place your order you join the line and you select the item you want to purchase. I thought customer service was pretty good. The ladies behind the counter were polite. I'm not sure if the man who was refilling the food items was the manager but I didn't get friendly or polite vibes from him. Very enjoyable quick family dinner out! The menu has a good variety of options bound to have something everyone will like. Chicken quesadilla and curly fries are delicious! Chips tasted fresh and queso was flavorful. Tostada Chicken salad was good with lots of add on options at no extra cost and a few with an add on fee, same with the rice bowl. Cool concept, with lots of options. I went with the 3 pack tacos, soft shell. What I like is each taco can be different/custom with proteins, toppings and sauces. I had Nashville grilled chicken, pork barbacoa, and shredded chicken with all the fixings I wanted. Fajita peppers, japs, onions, lettuce, beans, brown rice, cheese, salsa and choice of sauce. See photo it's hard to see a taco underneath all the fresh toppings! It also comes w tortilla chips and I requested salsa on the side too! It wasn't extra $ like other popular taco places. Great lunch time value for around $10, fresh healthy food made custom and courteous staff. They also have $8.99 daily specials with a drink! You don't have to wait to Tuesday like other places for a deal. Everyone is watching how much we spend on lunch now a days, it's common to spend $20+. Nice to find a local place for around $10. We came in for the first time on a Sunday at 8pm (they closed at 9) there was only one person ordering before us and no one else. They looked like they were wrapping and cleaning to start getting ready to leave, but right after us starting to order a huge line formed. Employees look a bit annoyed that they had to start getting stuff from the back to throw on the grilled (steak/shrimp) refill the corn etc. We understood since we work for customer service as well and I'm assuming they were expecting a big rush at that time. But nevertheless we felt rushed. The location itself is on a great spot , open and inviting and has tables outside as well as inside. So for the food we had a steak and shrimp burrito which was HUGE and very good flavor. And we also had a Chiwawa which I have never heard of before and it's like a huge rice ball that gets cut in the middle and you add the toppings you like we had double steak for that and all the toppings we wanted in it. Nice Mexican food menu and surprising salsa and sauces selection. It ranges from mild to wild. Chips tasted very fresh and the queso was quite nice. Tacos can be ordred crispy or soft. Limited soda selection was the only drawback here...mainly Pepsi products. Ice tea only in bottles, would like to see a homemade option. Prices are affordable. Staff is great, seriously working to make you happy and that was the case. Absolutely terrible service. The one employee working was beyond rude, had AirPods in the entire time, and made it clear that customers were not a priority. I had to wait 30 minutes just to place an order, even though the restaurant wasn't busy. When I finally got to checkout, I asked to add chips to my order. Instead of just adding chips, she charged me for chips AND guac, even though I never asked for guac. At this point, I was mentally checked out and just wanted to eat and leave. I nicely asked if she could just give me sour cream instead of guac, and that's when things got worse, she started arguing with me, saying, "next time don't ask for guac, if you don't want guac" I calmly corrected her, explaining that I never asked for guac in the first place, but she just kept going back and forth with me over something that was her mistake. As a manager in the hospitality industry, I have never encountered an employee as rude as this person. The lack of professionalism and basic customer service was shocking. For the price of the food, you're better off going to Chipotle, where at least you'll get better portions and won't have to deal with an employee who argues with customers over their own mistakes. If the owners of this location read my review, please install 2 more cash registers. Right now, they only have one. More on that later. I got the Taco Salad in a Tortilla Shell to take home. From the bottom up, I chose lettuce, shredded cheese, taco meat, Pico de gallo, and sour cream. The Garlic Parm Sauce was on the side. There was a man in front of me that ordered several items. When it came time for him to pay he mentioned he had coupons on his phone. Coupons?!! A magic word for this extreme couponer. While I waited for him to finish, I looked for a coupon. It took me awhile to find one and that's when I realized we had been standing there for 10 minutes. I don't know what the problem was, but there was back and forth dialogue. Finally, one of the servers who was huddled over this lonely register could spot I was getting a little irritated. She must have parked his sale and rang up mine. By the time I brought the bowl home, the meat was chilled. If I go back, I think I'll chose to sit inside rather than take out. A note about others saying the taco meat is flavorless. Their point is valid. However when you start adding the sauces, the meat will soak up those flavors. read more

I went on Tuesday and they have special for taco Tuesday. You can add as much toppings you want on the taco for like 3$. I also ordered the taco salad, which was amazingggggggg. The portions are huge for such an incredible time. The manager and service was also amazing, he was super helpful and informative about the menu.
