Thursday evening I ordered for pick up. When I get to the store or it's only two other people placing an order and one sitting down on the table. The place looks clean, cashier friendly. I ordered and I just waited for it to be completed, took about 6 to 7 minutes. I ordered a bowl with chicken, rice, beans, cucumber, plantains, and corn. I've been to Pincho Factory a few times. One thing I truly appreciate is their very generous 25% first responder discount with badge that definitely does not go unnoticed. The burgers are well seasoned and absolutely delicious. I ordered the double smash burger with bacon jam and it did not disappoint. It had the perfect sweet and savory balance, and the bun was soft and nicely toasted. I also ordered a kids' cheeseburger meal, and my daughter thought it was delicious. I tried the sweet potato tater tots and regular fries both were undercooked initially, which was definitely a minus. I had to return the fries and request them well done. They corrected it, but it would've been better if they came out right the first time. The restaurant itself was clean, and I love the decor very chic and modern. Customer service was friendly but a bit mediocre at times. They do offer a lot of options beyond burgers too, like protein bowls and hot dogs, which is great if you want something different. I came to Pinchos to pick up lunch for one of our offices. I have never been there before and the staff had requested it. The restaurant is super cute and has a fun aesthetic and vibe. The food was very yummy, too! They have a nice variety of menu items - definitely something for everyone. They also have a different daily special each day of the weekday! The staff were all very friendly and helpful, as well. They went out of their way to help accommodate our order and tax-exempt status. I came here with my coworkers for a quick lunch. We all have the app so we kind of know what we are getting before we get there. I decided to try something other than the burger amd was really happy I did. We get pretty fast service and they bring the food to you which is always nice. Burger was fresh and tasty and the Cajun fries are so delicious I would come back just for this alone. My boyfriend got the protein bowl and he said it was really good as well! Tried this spot last night on my way home from work. Not sure if I got the wrong thing but it was just an ok meal. I ordered the tostone burger and added a fried egg to it. The burger was good and the fried egg was cooked perfectly. My issue was there was not much flavor. I dipped the burger in some of the sauce options but it still felt like it was missing something. Where I went wrong was I believe with the side. I ordered the combo so it came with a side and a drink. I got the Cajun fries. They were so salty that I could not finish them. I was also a little disappointed in the drink options. I'm a big fan of iced tea and all they had at the soda bar was, well, sodas. If I try it again I will be sure to try the fried cheese since this looked like a delicious side option when I saw some come from the kitchen. Overall, it was an ok meal. Whenever I'm craving a juicy, flavorful burger or a colorful, huge portion bowl, Pincho is my go-to! Every location I have gone to has provided continuous flavorful food with great customer service and a spotless seating areas to dine in. If you follow Pincho on social media, you would know when they have new menu items, free add ons, featured burgers, etc. The Pincho Burger is what you would consider their "well-known" burger and if you want to keep it simple. This burger contains a beef patty topped with American cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, potato sticks and the secret Pinch sauce. Getting this burger but with grilled chicken, also called the Classic Chicken, is one of my favorites if I don't want anything crazy. The Vaca Bowl contains 16-hour braised beef, fresh tomato salsa, black beans and Madura bits which is served over rice and a drizzle of cilantro sauce. The flavors in this bowl are super delicious as not one ingredient over powers with flavor. My second options for a bowl would be the Latin or Tex Mex but they all taste so good to choose just one as my favorite. Their sides are a must try from their soft sweet potato tots with Apple butter dipping sauce to crunchy, well season tostones. There's times when I become so indecisive that I order multiple sides just to try a little of everything. If you haven't tried Pincho yet, I recommend you do as you won't be disappointed. read more

When I cut the burger in half and took one bite, my wife looked at the half of the burger in my hand and noticed something strange on the bottom bun. With further inspection of the bun we were able to determine it was a LARGE spot of mold on the bread.... We were immediately repulsed and threw it out. My wife called to complain about the mold on the burger. While on the phone, We could tell both employee and manager while apologetic didn't even care what so ever. we used to enjoy pincho. We used to frequent Pinchos quite a bit, but fell back a little because they failed to give items when we ordered on more than one occasion. They got better with it. Today when I was at work, I got tons of notifications from the Pinchos app offering 15% off, buy one get one free Pincho plates or burgers, or $10 off. I figured what the heck, we do take out on Wednesday so I will order tonight from Pinchos. I have learned to check my bag before leaving because I don't live close by and again it happened. They forgot to give me the beans for one of my pincho plates. And it's very strange that as soon as I walked up to the girl at the front to tell her, she was handing me a bag with beans in it. Now, this leads me to believe she forgot to put the beans in the bag and then she saw me checking my bag. This is the kind of stuff that bothers me and makes me think twice before visiting again. I have never reviewed on Yelp before, only through the links that I get in the text after putting through an order. Today, I figure it's time to put it on Yelp. Please get it together, Pincho! Came in to try the Krabby Patty Kollab and it was awesome. The meal comes in the cutest spongebob themed box. (Think OG mcdonalds happy meals). The meal itself consists of a Krabby patty (of course) and kelp fries. (You can also opt to get regular fries). The meal does not come with a drink fyi. We ate in so we could have a fresh burger. The dining area is really nice and has a beautiful mural painted on the wall. The burgers didn't take too long to be ready. Once they walked out with our Spongebob boxes, the excitement was real!!! Lets start off with the krabby patty. It was so yummy! The burger is covered by a delicious sesame bun. The patty itself has great flavor. And the "secret formula" sauce is delicious. It has a tangy taste and gives a great kick to the burger. The fries were equally as delicious. Fried to perfection and seasoned with a shredded seaweed which was delicious. Not overpowering at all! Pincho Factory is such a great option for a variety of foods! The burgers are phenomenal but what I found to be the best option yet is the Latin Bowl! It has so many unique flavors all mixed together! I ordered the Latin bowl with white rice and chicken which was cooked and seasoned to perfection. It's made to order so you know your food is going to be fresh when ordering too. Inside the bowl there are a variety of toppings to include black beans and pico de Galla. I highly recommend the Latin bowl if you are unsure of what to order. It's also a huge portion and surpasses the size of other fast casual options for the price. The inside of the establishment is spacious and has ample seating so you shouldn't have a problem finding a seat even during lunch rush. read more

As a review of their burgers, Pincho is just not that good. The meat is tough, overcooked, and dry. I really can't recommend, especially with the other nearby options. Less than 100 feet away is 5 Guys and a little more than a mile away is North South. You will have way better burgers and fresh cut fries at either of those other two options. I had to drown my burger in sauce to make it edible. The pink sauce was ok, and the cilantro sauce was terrific. We also tried the fried cheese. This was ok but very small, and was served without sauce. I did not have their kebobs or bowls, and there may be some value there. I will not return to find out based on the burgers. read more
