Grilled Smoky Chicken Cheese-Crusted Quesadilla, Create Your Own Surf & Turf Bowl
    Mauro D.

Great service. Ordered the three cheese quesadilla, tacos with shredded meat, pork and chicken and my absolute favorite the crusted bowl with chicken and all inn with veggies. Service incredible by Jada, Luid, alex, malik, tyler and honorific mention to Yaneisi, she is truly the best! The place super clean and you even spots to where to sit outside! Super qdoba experience

We tried this for the first time the end of the year. It reminded us of chipotle, only without having to pay extra for items that should obviously come with the meal. I didn't care too much for the queso dip. It wasn't bad but if not hot for long it doesn't taste as good. The location is convenient and inside was clean. I'm happy we finally had the opportunity to try it out. We all enjoyed our bowls and burritos.

Going to be skipping this place from now on. A severe lack of leadership at this location from what i witnessed, staff felt untrained and overwhelmed, food options were bare as everything was out. Ordered a simple quesadilla, cheese and meat only as there wasnt much else available. They put it on the press and forgot about it for way too long, I'd say about 7-8 mins which left me with a burned crunchy shell seen in the pic, all while they attended to the line of people behind me and those waiting forever for their online pick up. Everyone looked annoyed. Then the girl also had to clean up a broken taco bowl that spilled all over the food station due to not being put into a bowl. i was done and at that point I was ready to just go and had to remind them about the food on sitting on the hot press. Zero starts for last night's experience

We decided to order lunch from here and I don't regretted. It was my first time trying so I didn't know what to expect. I had the build your own bowl with steak , riced and other fixing. I must say that the concept is similar to chipotle but it was so much better. Food tasted so much fresher . My order was done correctly and it arrived fast. I haven't been inside the store but I look forward to going back.

Qdoba in West Pines! Located right in the corner of Dykes Rd & Pines Blvd, it's in the same plaza as the Crunch gym and First Watch. Came here after a workout to share a bowl with my partner and it did not disappoint. I haven't eaten at a Qdoba since college! Of course, I'll always compare it to Chipotle but one of the things that they have a one up on them is the free guac and queso. Their portions might not be as big but the free guac and queso is a plus, along with more flavor options. We ended up getting a bowl with the seasonal habenero lime steak. It was really good! The place was super clean and the staff was quick and friendly. We came 30 minutes before closing and never felt too rushed to get out and we finished eating 10 minutes before close. Overall, a great location if you love Qdoba!

We had such high hopes because the food looked delicious and definitely tasted great. But shortly after, my boyfriend and I both experienced violent stomach pain. We decided that we definitely won't be returning. The restaurant is in a relatively new plaza with ample parking and tables both indoors and one or two outside.

I decided to give in a try this Mexican spot around my area. And I was not disappointed. I decided to go for the classic bowl with chicken . To start off the process to order online was super easy and when you're selecting your toppings there no limit and you get to have guac at no charge - which is a plus ! I ordered a side of queso and it just was not cheese enough , it was watered down. To pick the order took a little longer than expected but the food was fresh. It's worth trying, if you're in the area.

Stopped in around 7 pm and the place was busy with a long line that moved pretty quickly. It's very similar here to Chipotle in the fact that you can build your own bowls, burritos, tacos, and quesadillas. Unlike Chipotle you can also get nachos here. I ordered a steak burrito with rice, black beans, salsa , sour cream, guac and cheese . I've read some reviews that said the portions were on the small side but I didn't find that was the case at all. The flavors of the burrito were very fresh and I liked that the steak wasn't too spicy. We also ordered the queso and homemade tortilla chips and they were delicious. The chips weren't greasy at all and delivered the perfect crunch. I think I liked the chips and queso better than the burrito, not that anything was wrong with the burrito. The place was spotless inside and the staff were all so nice and so helpful. Prices were reasonable. I'll definitely be back.

Qdoba opened a couple months ago and it is a very clean and modern restaurant to eat at. The staff is friendly. I ordered guacamole and a chicken burrito. I thought the guacamole was a little bland. Still good bit maybe could use more lime in it. The chicken burrito was delicious and very filling. I was able to save some for lunch the next day. They have enough employees but the line still moves very slowly. It is definitely a popular place so it might be best to avoid popular times.

Excellent food and good service with a compelling menu and prices are reasonable for what you get..

First let me start by saying I loved the guacamole and chips !! The chips were fresh with a nice crisp and just enough salt. They have a great variety of toppings and they offer to add the queso and or guacamole to your dish at no extra charge. I had the 3 taco dish and loved that you can choose different proteins for each and the type of shell. The staff were friendly and efficient. It was pretty good.

Was good while it lasted! Tried it when it opened and had pros and cons compared to Chipotle.... Gave it another shot and will stick with Chipotle I think. Tried their New Mexican street corn... not even worth the $4-5 dollars... they skimp on the corn and not even fill the container 1/2 way .... Think they put more cheese than corn. Chips were great when first tried it but now so oily and greasy and had a bad taste of old frying oil. I think I'll stick with Chipotle.

3-Cheese Nachos with beef, spicy queso, pico de gallo, black beans, sour cream, guacamole.

The restaurant was similar to a place I was at in Bristol Virginia and I understood the concepts. I ordered a particular wrap and after waiting 15 minutes for my food I received it. I know I had the vegan option though I am not vegan thankfully i just wanted a healthy meal. After nearly completing eating my food, i learned that they gave me the wrong food and I ate a completely different item. They presented me my right wrap that I ordered on top of a $5 off coupon to come back next time as an apology. that I can't use since this location doesn't exist back home in the Chicago area. I'm not overly upset about it just because I have no dietary restrictions but if this was someone who actually is a vegetarian or a vegan ( and I wasn't told about what wrap I actually got) they probably would have freaked out. I do love the kind gestures so the company was good on their part if this was anyone else it might have been a different story. They were really busy but they did happen to screw up a few other people's orders besides mine. Price point was a little expensive as well but again the company made it up to me.

I ordered the ginger turmeric juice, the salmon wrap, and the egg boiled sandwich, and everything tasted incredibly fresh. The ginger turmeric juice had the perfect balance -- strong enough to feel the wellness boost, but not overpowering. You can tell they use quality ingredients. The salmon wrap was flavorful and well-portioned. The salmon tasted fresh, and the combination of ingredients worked really well together without feeling too heavy. As for the egg boiled sandwich, it was simple but done right -- fresh bread, perfectly cooked eggs, and great seasoning. It's the kind of light but satisfying option that hits the spot any time of day. Service was friendly and efficient, and the overall atmosphere just feels healthy and uplifting. Whether you're looking for a quick juice, a healthy lunch, or a casual brunch spot, this place is definitely worth checking out. I'll definitely be back to try more from the menu!

We stopped by for a quick lunch- 2 Jessie's breakfast bowls and 2 strawberry matcha latte. The service was friendly and the restaurant was clean. The only thing that I felt like could be improved was that the Jessie's breakfast bowl at this location was salty. The quinoa had too much of soy sauce taste compared to other locations that we have tried. This location is located inside Pembroke Gardens Mall and I can see that parking can be tricky and limited on certain special days. But today there was plenty of parking spaces. Some visits everything runs smoothly, and other times my order is incorrect or there's confusion. I understand this is fast-casual, so I'm not expecting white-glove service--but I am expecting a basic level of accuracy and efficiency. The biggest issue, though, is the pricing. Paying $47 for a Caesar wrap, a vegan salad, and a Perrier is honestly hard to justify. At that price point, I expect consistency and a seamless experience, not a gamble every time I order. The food itself can be good, but between the inconsistent service and the high prices, it makes it tough to be a regular.
